Great work. Very pleased with outcome. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the attention to detail.

Excellent job. The entire process from the estimate to completion adhered to the

contract agreement with absolutely no issues. Special praise goes to the foreman

Nick B[redacted]. He was an experienced professional who paid attention to detail

and was a pleasure to work with. Request Nick for your paint job. You will not be

disappointed.

We used Arizona Painting Company to re-paint our living room, bedroom and bathroom. Jose and Victor were the team that worked on our house and we couldn't have been happier with the results! They were very clean and professional and made sure we were satisfied with the job. We will be using them again for future projects!

We had Arizona Painting Company paint the exterior of our house and the job they did was absolutely amazing! The house looks better now than when we first moved in. The entire experience was very pleasant, from my initial meeting with Joe C[redacted] to get the quote and work out the colors, through the actual work that was done by his highly experienced team. The house had not been painted in 20 years, so most of our trim and fascia boards were rough and dry from 20 years of direct sunlight. Somehow they were able to get the wood to look brand new. The time and effort that they put into the prep work alone far exceeded most companies' total efforts. I will certainly use Arizona Painting Company again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality painter!

An excellent painting company to work with for any job. Customer service and follow-up is beyond extraordinary and the painting staff on-site were extremely professional, hard-working, great attention to detail and overall A+++ painters. Will not only recommend to others but will work with them again for other projects!

100% Outstanding! From the time [redacted] came to do the estimate, through our dealings with [redacted] in the office, and the actual job, done by Peter and Oscar, we have been 100% delighted with Arizona Painting Company. They have been responsive to questions, patient with the changes required by our HOA, respectful of our neigbors' property and very easy to work with. And when we look at the quality of the job done on our house compared to recent jobs in the neighborhood done by other companies, we KNOW we made the right choice!

I am writing this negative review not to bash Arizona Painting Company in whole, but to provide other homeowners with information in order to help them make an educated decision when hiring a painting contractor to work on their home as well as to make Arizona Painting Company aware of the issues they may be having in the field so they can correct them. Unfortunately a company's reputation is very dependent upon the workers they hire and the actual work they perform. In my case I was very disappointed with the quality of workmanship. There was a big difference between the quality of work I was led to expect and what I feel I received. My decision to use Arizona Painting Company was based on their impressive credentials ([redacted] on the House certified, A+ rating Revdex.com according to their website, Winner of [redacted] List, and recommended on 92.3 News Talk). I still did my due diligence and got 3 estimates. Arizona painting Company was a bit more expensive, but I was impressed with their credentials, the salesman was thorough, they provide a 3yr warranty and they use a better quality of paint (Dunn Edwards). The scope of work of to be performed was exterior painting of my 1400sf single story house and perimeter block fencing. This was to include: power washing whole house and block fence & to scrape and prime facia. My first concerns arose when the workers arrived 1 1/2 hours late (9 am). I had to work that day so we decided my wife would take off and stay home in order to give the workers any access to the house they may need and more importantly to walk the job site with them and point out the areas of major concern. The areas of concern included: southwest facing facia as well as the upper entry facia. The southwest facia was in bad condition (peeling and cracking) because of the harsh sun exposure and the upper entry way facia had never been painted when the house was built 11 years ago - this area of facia can only be accessed by using a ladder and getting onto the roof. These areas were all pointed out and discussed by my wife with the on-sight foreman at the start of the day. These areas were also discussed with the salesman during the sales call and is why scrapping and priming the facia was included in the estimate. My next concern arose when I walked the job site alone later that evening. I noticed lot of dirt on the block wall near the bottom that has been there quite a while. There was no evidence of water at the base like there was around the house. I ran my hand down the wall and dirt came off, I also ran a hose on a section and noticeable dirt and grime ran off leaving water marks. At that point I assumed they had not gotten to power wash the wall yet. I went inside and asked my wife if they had washed the fence. She did not notice if they had, but she was certain they did the house because she could hear it and there was evidence of water. The next morning the workers arrived and began working. This was Saturday and I was off. I got outside shortly after what I mistakenly thought was the sound of them pressure washing the fence but was them painting the fence. I stopped the foreman and asked if he planned on washing the wall and he informed me he had. I showed him the dirt at the bottom of the wall, the dirt that came of on my hands and the clean water stain from where I wet the wall the evening before. He assured me he washed it and told me he would brush the bottom down with a broom. At this point I rationalized the he must have washed it because with 11 years of dirt on the wall it would probably peel quickly and they would have to repair it under the 3 yr warranty and why would he lie? At a later point in the day when the foreman was working near the entry way I stopped him to discuss the upper section of facia I was concerned about and to verify that my wife had pointed it out to him clearly. He assured me it would be addressed. The work concluded and I walked the job with the Forman. When we arrived at the entry way facia I asked him if I needed to get a ladder out to inspect the upper facia to which he said no and assured me he had taken care of it. I signed the final paperwork. A week later I had to get up on the roof to address another issue when I looked over at the upper entry way facia I was disgusted - no primer and no paint!!! I immediately called Arizona Painting Company to explain the situation, my disappointment , and my concern. They were apologetic and set set up service to get it straightened out. When the original crew arrived to due the work I initially did not confront the foreman who previously lied to my face twice, I just explained it was missed and that there was bare metal and wood up there and that it would need to be scrapped, primed and painted. About ten minutes later I heard them putting the ladder away. This couldn't be right as primer would take at least that long to dry. I insisted he put the ladder back so I could inspect the work - I got shot a very agitated glance from the foreman and a ladder positioned inadequately for anyone to climb. I adjusted the ladder and went up. What I found up there infuriated me: no scrapping, no primer, bare metal and wood showing through paint, and areas completely missed. At this point I confronted the foreman on his initial lies about the work being done in the first place and for not properly completing what we had just discussed he was going to do. I told him to let the first coat dry and then second coat it completely and that I would inspect it again. They finished and left. I was left wondering what other items did not get done as contracted for. This is unacceptable workmanship and I am sure this is not how Arizona Painting Company expects their workers to perform. I do believe they want to maintain their reputation and will warranty any work as necessary. I'm not sure if what I experienced was a fluke or an issue with a particular crew, but in whole the job was nothing near what I expected for the credentials presented and money paid and I have no doubt I could have gotten the same quality for a much lesser price. Also, upon reading other reviews I see a couple other customers that had issues with work not being performed in areas no expected to be seen or inspected by the homeowner. I did call and talk directly to the production manager who was understanding an sympathetic and hopefully will address the issues in house as promised. I believe feedback from customers is important whether positive or negative in order to help us has homeowners to be wary and as companies to improve our service. I believe this is another area Arizona Painting Company needs to improve upon. Part of the final paperwork I had received was a handout with instructions on how to provide a testimonial/review of the work completed. In an effort to provide some feedback for other homeowners I tried to post a review accordingly, but in order to do so must create a google account which I do not wish to do. I then figured I would try the referral sites - I tried to post at [redacted] on the House which had no discernible way to post a review and then to [redacted] list which I would have to join for a fee.

Using Arizona Painting Company was a fantastic experience. They did a great job painting the house, looks awesome. [redacted] was a pleasure to deal with as he had great communication through the entire project, he was a true professional. I would definitely use them again for my next project and will highly recommend them to anyone.

AWFUL!

These guys are used car salesmen! I was made to feel like a criminal because I contacted [redacted] the salesman twice after our horrible job and never got any contact, apparently the fact that my husband and I have jobs and lives outside of having to do their work for them isn't acceptable. I have never been made to feel like I did something wrong when all I wanted was the money back so we could get a company that knows what they are doing to fix their mess. They keep harassing us to come back and fix it but IF THEY COULD NOT DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE SUBJECTED TO THE HORRIBLE WORK AGAIN.Below is the dreadful timeline and service we received. If you want to be disappointed call them and you will be sold a bill of goods that is nonsense and then harassed when you write a bad review.

Day 1- 1 person showed up 3 hours late and had no idea what the job was about or any specifics. We went through it with him and he seemed like he was fine with it but then proceeded to sit on the phone for the next 45 minutes. Another person showed up and they stayed a total of 3 1/2- 4 hours and painted one ceiling and taped off one room. No apology call from anyone just a call that said the truck of the crew that was supposed to be here broke down.

Day 2- 2 guys showed up I went through everything with them and told them that the job was to be finished by the end of the next day per the agreement that I had signed and they said that was not possible and that was unacceptable so I called [redacted] and then got a call from [redacted] stating that 2 more guys would be there within the hour , they showed up 2 hours later... they painted the rooms the wrong colors after I went through it with them and made sure they had the sheet that was sent to your office. At that point I was PISSED but because of the limited time frame we had to get this done I held my tongue.

Day 3- Only 2 guys showed up again and the job was finished very quickly and sadly not even the least bit professionally.

All doors with the exception of the front door and the door to garage were supposed to be painted front and back- there are 6 doors that are not done correctly.

All nail holes were supposed to be filled in on ALL new doors, one door was completed.

The molding around the kitchen door was supposed to be sanded down in one area due to damage so it was smooth, this wasn't done it was pained over as is.

There is a small area between the door and the wall where paint was left over that was not removed before the new paint was put on so it is now peeling.

The 1st guest bedroom top border is a slightly different color than the rest, this was pointed out and I was told once it was dry it would be fine.

There are several areas that the paint is not even in all rooms, the master bath is awful: you can actually see white through the paint.

All of the doors have nicks and paint on the hardware.

There are areas that have thick globs of paint in little spots.

The area over our pantry dried looking like dripping paint, there is also an area in our master bathroom that has the same look.

The paint around the window in the master bath is bubbling.

Review: I hired Arizona Painting Company (APC) on August 10, 2015 to paint the inside of my home. The total cost came to approx. $3000. While Arizona Painting Company was completing the painting job on my home, they broke 3 window blinds, 2 turning mechanisms and several valance clips.

Arizona Painting Company finished the painting job on my home approx. August 14, 2015 and stated they had broken the blinds during the painting process and would replace the blinds within 1 week. I paid the bill in full based on the acknowledgment that Arizona Painting Company had admitted to breaking the window blinds and agreed to replace them. 1 week went by and I had not heard from anyone at APC regarding this issue. I contacted Doug at APC, who had completed the estimate on the paint job and left a detailed voice message regarding the issue and requested a return call; I never heard back from Doug. After several more days I contacted the front office at APC and left a message to have Doug contact me; Again, no return response. After 2 weeks without a response from anyone at APC regarding my broken window blinds, I contacted the owner, Joe Miller whom said he had heard "something" about the broken window binds but believed someone in his office was handling it. He stated he would personally come to my home and take measurements of the broken window blinds and immediately have them replaced. Joe Miller subsequently sent over 2 window blind companies in September 2015 to match/replace the broken blinds and stated he had paid the chosen company to do said work.

It is now December 2, 2015 and I have not heard from Joe Miller or the Window Blind company that he hired to fix the broken blinds. I have called him and left several messages but have yet to receive a return call from him.

Arizona Painting Company and owner Joe Miller have failed to remedy this situation in a professional or timely manner and have left me no other option than to seek the assistance of the Revdex.com at this time.Desired Settlement: At this time, I am requesting a refund of the total cost to paint my home, as Arizona Painting Company failed to fulfill their contractual obligation by breaking the window blinds in my home and failing to replace them and/or pay me for the cost of the broken window blinds in the manner/timeline agreed.

OR I will accept Replacement of all Window Blinds, within 20 days, by a licensed Window Blind Company that has been approved by the Revdex.com, and/or Payment to me within 20 days for complete cost of all broken window blinds, to include installation of such.

We hired the Arizona Painting Company based on the recommendation from [redacted] and were extremely pleased. The house looks fantastic and I would would not hesitate to use them again in the future. All of the people both in the office and in the field were a pleasure to deal with. Everything was done as quoted in a timely professional manner. Now we have the "Best" house in the neighborhood.
