I contacted this organization for help with a roach infestation in my apt. when I moved from Indiana to Arizona in June 2015.This organization was professional and quickly prepared paperwork to allow me to break my lease with my former apartment in [redacted], Arizona. I highly recommend ATA to support and advocate for you as go through the break-lease process with your landlord or rental property. MY only criticism is that the process requires you to read through a lot of paperwork and it can be confusing but the staff is there to answer questions and support you and they did just that. I was in a rental home for 3 years and the rental home had issue's from the beginning.

The property owners would be notified and stated okay but it remained ongoing and house deterioration got worse through the years.

The property owner have anger issues which I was scared to request items fixed and to even move.Boy I could go on and on.

I finally was able to move with the Support,Guidance of ATA and Ken V[redacted]!!!Yeah!!!
