I recently had some windows replaced by Homefix and could not have been happier with the results The windows look great and the customer service was terrific I spoke with Jonathan Mand Mike Sfrom their office and they were both very courteous and professional As for the actual work done, the crew was very friendly and they knew what they were doing They were also very professional and I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of the work I would recommend using Homefix and will definitely use them again in the future
HomeFix walked us through the process and provided great information regarding the replacement of our roof and gutters JTand MCwere extremely informative and helpful The only real "issue" was the roofing crew leaving a good amount of nails in the yard, but they eventually came out again to take care of it I would recommend them for sure!

They came at 6pm after knocking doors in the neighborhood for the past few days offering free window estimates and didn't leave until 10PM on a Sunday night! They said it would only take minutesThey kept trying to high pressure sell and get us to buy it that eveningWe asked multiple times for his business card and he gave many excuses why he couldn'tNever did
After multiple requests to leave, he would procrastinate by finding a reason to continue to talk about his company, the quote etcAfter he packed up and put his supplies in his car, he came back and made some excuse to continue to talk in our house
He finally left shortly after that, but I was about minutes from threatening to call the police
I contacted Glen at Homefix today and requested a repair on my roof he stated only complete replacement, no repairs but I asked why there website said replacement and repairs couldnt answer I called for a roof repair and hes trying to ask me if I have any other projectsHell yeah I have alot of projects in a homeowner

The sales person first came to my home in an unmarked car, wearing absolutely no uniform at allHe addressed himself as being with the company and he was going to give me an estimate on siding for my home that would take approximately minutes He started on the outside by looking but didn't do any measurementsWe then went inside and he talked about his million dollar company for about minutesI already informed him previously I'm not buying anything today, I just need an estimate for the upcoming springAfter he calculated some random number a guy off the street would charge, home Depot would charge, and his competition would charge, hours later he gave me an over inflated $38,estimate for my sq ft homeAfter questioning where he made up these numbers he just wrote on a piece of computer paper he tried to justify it for another min He gave us anther number of $24,if we signed today we could be a pilot homeAfter telling him no and he basically kept pushing, I increasingly got more angry because he started saying things like "you'd be stupid to turn this down"
My husband asked for his card and he said he didn't have one
He said my estimate was good for a year but it was written up on a piece of computer paper that he took with himWhen I asked him about it, he said he would email it to meI have yet to recieve that email
That minute estimate was a 4hr sales pitch to screw some one over big time

I had an introductory discussion with Mr. Michael H. which was very educational, informative and helpful for my understanding beneficial features of [redacted] windows and incentives offered by HCR such as an impressive life-time warranty. [redacted] vinyl windows are engineered based on latest technologies, including fusion welded frame and sash, type of insulation and heat reflective coating of the glass, which are designed to provide maximum thermal performance throughout all year seasons. While I was hesitant in the beginning of our discussion, the detailed comparative information and demonstration of window performance given by Michael H. as well as his attention and knowledgeable responses to my concerns convinced me that I was making the right decision. Thank you, Michael, for your guidance and overseeing the progress of the project.
I would also like to emphasize the exceptional customer service: HCR was willing to work with me on finding the optimal financing for this project, and was agreeable to schedule the installation at the time convenient for me (April 2016). The installation team (team lead: Antonio) worked professionally, effectively and accurately, and all members were very polite. The entire process was well organized from the setup of tarps, with specific activity roles distributed among team members during the installation, and to a thorough clean up at the end. HCR replaced our entire roof (including decking and shingles) on our recently purchased home. Scott our Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and put us at ease with this major decision. He answered all our questions/concerns and explained the various products/options and benefits so that my wife and I could make a confident and informed decision.
It was a large job and the install took two days. Both days the crew arrived on time. They were friendly, hardworking, and very precise. I observed the entire process and I saw that my roof was in good hands. After the install they cleaned up everything, even taking several sweeps with a high power magnet to get all nails and debris from the tear down of the old roof. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the cleanup since we have small children and pets.
My wife and I highly recommend HCR and looking forward to our next home project.
