Very happy with the work. Miguel [redacted] came to my house the same day I called Homefix. He was very professional and didn't pressure me into purchasing doors and windows. I didn't need to look any further. I signed a contract and had 10 Windows, an entry door and storm door installed yesterday. Antonio and his crew of 5 did an excellent job. David from the installation department called me several times during the installation to make sure there wasn't any problems. The doors and windows are beautiful.
Overall, HCR provided excellent, professional work at a reasonable cost in the re-roofing of my home. I was most impressed with their onsite team's ability to complete major roofing tasks in half a day with an additional half day follow-up to complete trim and other touch-up details. Workmanship was great as well as responsiveness to my requests.
Homefix Custome Remodeling installed our custom windows on July 23, 2016. They did an absolutely wonderful job! The guys that did the installation were friendly and very efficient. They worked in incredible heat, and never once complained.
They finished in one day and cleaned up everything when they were done.
We LOVE our new windows! They look amazing and we have already seen a big difference in the temperature indoors. We are able to keep our AC about 3 degrees higher than we used to because these windows are so efficient.
We would HIGHLY recommend HCR to anyone needing window replacement!
We hired HCR to replace our gutters, downspouts and the facia board / trim and also three large windows. The entire experience went smoothly from the initial estimate appointment, to the measuring appointment to installation. Workers were professional, friendly, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Michael [redacted] is very passionate about the Homefix Custom Remodeling company and its products. He's very knowledgeable and worked with us not only earn our business, but was there every step of the way making sure we were satisfied. We will be hiring him to do more work very soon.
I recently had some windows replaced by Homefix and could not have been happier with the results. The windows look great and the customer service was terrific. I spoke with Jonathan M. and Mike S. from their office and they were both very courteous and professional. As for the actual work done, the crew was very friendly and they knew what they were doing. They were also very professional and I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of the work. I would recommend using Homefix and will definitely use them again in the future.
Had roof installed 5 years ago. Called numerous times because its now bubbling up in some areas. Lady said roof is under warranty someone will call you and set up time to come out. Ok they called said Thursday and never came. I've had it with calling them. No point in having a warranty if they can't even uphold it
My experience with HCR was pleasant from the presentation to installing the doors, front and French doors to patio. The price is pretty steep, however, I hope my doors will last longer then 10 years of beauty. I have gotten compliments how the doors look well made, sturdy and insulated, and professionally installed. Thank you Michael and HCR.
I would like to compliment Miguel on his knowledge and personable demeanor. He was mindful of our budget and was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. I did not have the impression that he was trying to "upsell" any features of specific windows and he provided several price comparisons on windows with similar features. The installation team was phenomenal - they were efficient and did not cause any damage to our home. They also left no debris behind that would have indicated they had been there, which was a nice bonus. The windows are exactly what we were expecting based on our consultation with Miguel - the AC runs less and there is no longer a draft in our home! We are very pleased with the entire process.
