ARM Solutions Reviews (33)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11499758, and have indicated that I would be satisfied only when I receive a response in writing from the ARM company indicating that the action has been cleared and closed with no credit damage to my account..
Regards,
[redacted]

After a thorough investigation into the complaint made by Ms. S[redacted] we have determined that our client had referred...

this account to our company on 05/28/15. We reviewed the information and substantiated that it matches what was sent to our office from the client. In regards to the claimed payment, it does not appear that our client has updated us of this payment.  At this time, the account is updated as disputed while we investigate further with the client.  We have not credit reported this account.

After a thorough investigation into the payment Ms. S[redacted] had indicated was paid directly to the client, we have determined that there was a timing issue in the update from our client. As of 07/22/15 we had responded we had not been updated of the payment by our client, subsequent to that response, an update was received. The account has been updated to a closed status and brought to a 0 balance, there will be no more communication in regards to this account from A.R.M. Solutions.

We have contacted Mr. R[redacted] and explained that at this time the account is on hold pending further review.  Mr. R[redacted] stated that our client has “taken care” of this matter and we...

need to determine exactly what that means.  If our client has closed, written off, etc. this account, we will permanently close this account.

We have not credit reported this account.

Review: I have been threaten in a hostile tone by a representative (raylene Bera 805251814) while trying to resolve $53.17, that I am being billed. When I called the company to asked what I was being billed for, the rep refused to inform me. She told me she was going to damage my credit rating. She said I might be being billed for garage pails that I leased. I requested a copy of this lease. She offered no satisfaction and grew more hostile. Again, I asked what I was being billed for (when, what service were received) She told me I have one minute to voice my concern . Then she hung up on me. I have made three written attemps to contact the company. To no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like to know what I am being billed for. When, what service were received. If I am being billed for leased garbage pails, I have allegedly violated a lease on . I would like a copy of this lease. I would also like to deal with a different rep who will not talk to me in a threaten, condescending and hostile tone. I asked the rep to let me talk to her supervisor or a different representative. She said there was no one else.

Review: I received a phone call from phone number in Camarillo, CA, ###-###-####. Have received this call for several days and they always request to speak to [redacted] (my husband). I asked if I could help them, as my husband works during the day. I was told that I needed to have my husband call them, with reference #1629603, and speak with [redacted]. I asked what this pertained to and was told by [redacted] that it concerned a Waste Pro problem. I questioned further and was told they could not discuss with me, as [redacted]'s name was the only name on the account and he should call. I immediately called Waste Pro and told them what was going on and told Waste Pro that someone claiming to be calling for them, wanted to speak to my husband. I was told by Waste Pro that there was not a problem on our account and they should not be calling for [redacted] because there is not an account in [redacted]'s name, which I already knew. I told Waste Pro they might want to look in to fraud charges as it seemed someone was using their company's name. I called Camarillo, CA back and was told by [redacted] that I should let [redacted] handle his own financial business. As [redacted] has no Waste Pro account, I don't see how it could be my husband's financial business. I think probably there are more people out there who may have the same name and maybe [redacted] could be mistaken in his collection efforts. I have received numerous calls prior to todays call from this same number, it is very annoying.Desired Settlement: I would like my telephone number removed from ARM Solutions file for this debt.

Regards,

Review: ARM contacted me regarding a debt owed to AmeriGas. I sent payment to the address detailed in the letter I received. Payment was received, check sent to AmeriGas was cashed. ARM was notified of this payment by me in early October, yet they continue to contact me in regards to this debt, threatening to damage my credit. I have tried to get in touch with them to notify of the issue, but the customer service line has told me "they cannot help," and hung up on me multiple times. This has gone on for over 2 months since payment was submitted and they were notified.Desired Settlement: I'd like them to stop contacting me and to stop threatening to damage my credit. If this continues or if they do attempt to damage my credit, I would like payment for any damages incurred.

Regards,

Review: They sent me a bill. I paid the bill. They refuse to send me by mail or even email a receipt showing payment in full. This is a shoddy business practice. If I give someone money then I should receive a receipt. How much simpler can it get than that? The woman I spoke to was polite, but the business practice and policy is ridiculous. This is common sense. If I give someone money I should be given a receipt. A confirmation number is NOT a receipt. Something that shows that a bill has been paid in full after being processed - any real paper receipt would do. Thank you for your time.Sincerely,[redacted], Attorney at LawDesired Settlement: I would like a receipt showing payment in full for this $60.00 bill. They can keep the money, I just want a receipt. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:

Review: On July 17, 2015 I received in the mail FOUR collection notices from A.R.M. Solutions on behalf of Amerigas. The fourth and final notice said it was reporting a bad debt to the credit bureau. When I called them to dispute the debt I was transferred to a none working extension, when I called back they hung up on me, the third time I was put into someone's voice mail and left a heated message and told them to call me. I sent them an online message and directed them to communicate with me via email as I wanted no misunderstandings and a written trail. I called again on Monday, July 20 and left another message disputing the debt and requested an email back and left my email twice and phone number. I have been receiving calls from an ###-###-#### number about 11 in all, no message was left just 8-16 seconds of breathing. I am assuming this is A.R.M. I do not answer calls I don't recognize but return messages left. They are intent on ruining my credit and going out of their way to do so by not leaving messages and refusing to communicate in writing. I want them to cease and desist or have the backbone to leave a message or send an email. At of FEAR I mailed a small payment for something I do not owe and I am not making any online payments as they charge $4.95 for the "convenience"Desired Settlement: I want them to cease and desist and obstruct them from putting a bad debt on my credit report. They need to communicate with me in writing via email or call and leave a message with a contact name, number and extension.

Review: I was called by ARM Solutions from a Paola, KS phone number, 913-937-0996, saying that I owed The Kansas City Star money. I told them that I did not. I promptly called The Kansas City Star who told me I had a balance. After explaining to them that I never received the service they charged me for, they moved my account balance to $0. They told me they would report this to ARM Solutions and stop their harassing calls. For the next two weeks ARM constantly called saying I owed them money. I continued to tell them to follow up with The Kansas City Star, who was saying I owed nothing. They continue to harass me over money I do not owe. I don't remember the exact words, but I was told by one of the ARM Solutions associated that they would make this affect my credit if I did not pay. I would appreciate a business like this actually doing their research before they continually harass someone.Desired Settlement: Stop calling me and threatening to ding my credit.

I am rejecting this response because:

Review: A.R.M. Solutions has been sending letters to collect a service fee from me. I have not received the service that they are collecting, and therefore am not paying for a service I never received. I have called, left messages, and mailed a letter to the company requesting proof of the alledged service in the form of a receipt and no one has responded to my request, I just continue to receive the threating letters. Additionally I called the company who had turned over for collection, and they told me not to worry about it, that they had resolved on their end. I need the collection company to resolve this case and close it as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would like the collection company to answer my phone call, or respond to my letters with a receipt of service.

Regards,

Review: I have been in contact with ARM Solutions for a Gas bill that was in dispute, however, was willing to pay it. I initially thought I would be able to pay it all and that fell through. When I received the call today, I explained to the woman that I was not able to pay it off, but could make a payment of $200. She told me "Well, that's not enough to keep you from reporting to the credit bureau" I asked her how much I needed to pay and then she said why don't you just wait till you make this payment and then see what you are able to do. I told here I did not know how much I owed and she said she told me and I did not remember. To make a long story short, she was very rude and would not make a payment arrangement for me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she initially would not transfer me and then she did. There was no answer. After, that I called Amerigas directly and asked if I could pay them directly instead of dealing with the collection agency since they will not give me the information I need. She told me yes and that she would call me back tomorrow with all the information. I called the California number ###-###-#### ) back and the woman answered and hung up on me. I left two messages. After about 15 minutes the "Supervisor" "R[redacted]" called me telling me they were having phone trouble, which was why I was hung up on. He called me back because I left a message on the above number telling them I was going to report them to the Revdex.com. That was the only reason he called me. Although I tried to explain the conversation to him, he was equally as rude telling me what I was saying was hard to believe. He spoke over me all the time and would not let me finish a statement. I do not appreciate being treated like this and feel this company owes me an apology. Neither the woman or R[redacted] should be working in this line of business. They were very nasty. The call was recorded and took place on January 6, 2016 at 3:34 pm. Thank you.

Respectfully submitted,

S[redacted]Desired Settlement: If I can deal directly with Amerigas then I will. I spoke with V[redacted] there(Amerigas) and she is going to speak P[redacted], the manager at Amerigas and explain to her how I was treated and try to get my payments made directly to the Amerigas office instead of going through ARM Solutions. If not then I do not want to deal with the same representative( and I will recognize both of their voices) or Raymond in any capacity. I would like an apology from both of them.

Business

Response:

Please be advised we are in receipt of your correspondence. After a thorough investigation into the complaint made by Ms. T[redacted] we want to first apologize to Ms. T[redacted] as this is not the experience we want a consumer to have when dealing with A.R.M. Solutions. We will be sure to discuss with our internal staff what is expected when we are speaking with our client’s customers. We appreciate the time Ms. T[redacted] has taken and her feedback so we can better service the consumers we contact in the future.

Review: I received a letter from this company on May 29, 2015 regarding a past due balance with T[redacted] and it said it was now in Collections with this company A.R.M. and I needed to pay $100. I mailed out the check to them on June 5, 2015 and it was cashed from my bank account on June 9, 2015. Late June I received another letter stating they had not received a payment. This time I called Truly Nolen themselves and they verified I did not have an open balance with them. Now over a month later, I receive a THIRD letter from A.R.M. dated July 13, 2015 saying that this was the final notice before the negative report was sent to the credit bureaus. I mailed out a copy of the check they cashed with a not so nice letter. I called and spoke with a lady who was ridiculously rude and would interrupt me without even knowing why I was calling. I in return was rude and told her to let me finish talking and once she saw why she gave me a bull excuse saying the letter and my check probably were crossed in the mail. I told her NO mail does not get crossed for a whole MONTH! I mailed out the check a MONTH ago and here they are sending me Collection letters a month and a half later. I do not appreciate the bullying in these letters especially when they are not correct and I especially do not appreciate the customer service this Collection agency has, it is ridiculous and condescending.Desired Settlement: STOP SENDING ME LETTER AND UPDATE THEIR RECORDS.
