Review: I have purchased 3 Persian hand knotted rugs from them. All three rugs were advertised on their site as 329 knots per square inch (KPSI measures the density of the carpet) On Arrival all 3 rugs measure not more then 200 knots. I called them asking to return at their expense for a refund. They did not want to cover the return shipping and I spent $90 to send back.Desired Settlement: I want them to bay for the shipping back in the amount of $90.00
