As you can see, there has been no refund of the transactionThere has been no communications from them in regards to any mattersUntil this complaint, there has been no interactions on their end to me
There is no refund pendingand you can clearly see the charge on the credit card and the fact that there is no pending transaction to validate their claim that a refund has been made

Customer issued complaint after only 5 business days about lack of communication that occurred after business hours and over the weekend. Customer was contacted early the following week and assured her items were shipped to[redacted].

As stated earlier, the refund was issued. Sometimes the banks take 2 to 3 days to issue the credit to accounts, but we confirmed this customer was refunded in full and we had numerous contact attempts.

Customer was responded to on 4 different occasions and was issued a refund in full as of 4/3/17

my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did not except what they said. If I had received the order I paid them for then I would never have filed the complaint. I placed the order and paid for it and then I waited. I waited for an email with a tracking number, I NEVER got any emails from them nor did I get a tracking number on the order I placed. I was NEVER informed that the purse even was shipped.  Bottom line is I paid them $74.98 for a purse That I NEVER got from them. All I want is the purse I ordered and paid them for from them or my money back. I don't feel I'm asking for too much. Just the order I paid for or my money back. If they sent emails telling me it shipped with a tracking number, and sent the purse, and answered any of the emails I sent to them about this matter Then Where Did They Go? Because I NEVER got them. I think 7 and a half months is a long time to wait for something.

Customer has been issued a refund after discussing back ordered items and discontinued items.Customer also claimed to allow a full week for refund, which is time  for the banks to process the transaction, but instead has issued this complaint. Web site and product availability were clear...

I got the item today in the mail...I love the item they fit perfect but, there getting back to people about their products and feed back is very slow and shouldn't taken this long to simply reply to an email about when they would ship the item.  I would like to just say they need to work on there communication with there customers.  I am afraid they may get more ccomplaints or no orders at all

Order was shipped via USPS. We even upgraded shipment to Priority. As our website indicates, some sizes/products can take longer as we are at the mercy of the manufacture.

Even though tracking shows delivered to the customer. We will refund the price of the purse.It is unbelievable that a customer can make a complaint when we have proof of delivery to their provided address by a large carrier.

It's funny, the review above is exactly the same complaint I have, I want my order cancelled now and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. I've emailed both addresses they have listed, commented on facebook, called, no one will answer or send a response. My advice, steer clear there are other companies that meet customer expectations, this one doesn't.

Review: I ordered items from Armed in Heels on Friday, January 23, 2015. They sent order process email back to me with my order number[redacted].

I have tried calling and emailing the company everyday, requesting a tracking number or confirmation sent email, to acknowledge when the expected date of arrival of my order would be. Still, I have not been able to get a phone call or email to confirm any of this.

Armed in Heels processed payment on Monday January 26, 2015.

I would like to know if Armed in Heels will be sending me my order or will I need to take legal action on this matter.

Very DisappointedDesired Settlement: I would like that Armed in Heels either deliver my order or give me a total refund.

Review: I ordered an item from this company on March 20, 2014 and I have not yet to receive such item and I have sent emails, called and I get a recording when I call the business. They have already gotten their money and I have not yet seen or heard from anyone in regards to this order. My order number [redacted]. I have checked the website and logged into my account to see if there is a ship date and of course there is not a ship date of any kind.Desired Settlement: I would like the product or my money back of the $60.38. I will not order again from them if this is not taken care of ASAP
