Review: My boyfriend (currently deployed to Afghanistan, so I'm handling the issue) ordered two items from Armed in Heels as gifts for me - a range bag and a purse.

My first issue is I never received a range bag.

Secondly, I wished to exchange the purse for the exact same item in a different color. A store employee said they were more than happy to do that for me, provided I include relevant information about the order and what I wanted. I included the information given on the packing slip and requested my purse in another color. USPS tracking says the package was received on January 27th. I called the company on February 19th and heard a message saying the company was dealing solely through email and provided an address.

I emailed on the February 18th, explaining the situation and providing order information. I received a response asking for the order information. I replied on the 19th again giving the order information and received no response. I emailed checking about the issue on February 24th, March 4th, and March 6th. I have not received a response to any of these emails. I have provided contact information in each email.

Please help me. I love the company's products, and I just want to find a resolution.Desired Settlement: I would be equally happy with a full refund or the merchandise paid for.

I usually don't leave a review, but this business went above and beyond when a package arrived damaged. Armed in heels promptly replaced the item and included a few extra goodies for the trouble. I was concerned that I was going to be in trouble as there are a couple negative reviews. Maybe I was lucky, but I will be buying from them again!

I placed an order on January 21 and I have not received it. I tried to call their phone number but you get a recording and unable to reach a live person. I have sent several emails without a response.

Review: On September 2,2014 I ordered a purse from Armed In Heels . Order#[redacted]. As to date I have not got the purse I orderd and paid for. I have sent emails to every email address they show about this matter with no response from them. I have called only to find out they do not take phone calls. as it is now 7 months and no order or refund. And now I can not find this purse any where, as no one has it. If they had just let me know something sooner I might have been able to get this purse from somewhere else. I paid them $74.98 for this order. I would Like know if Armed In Heels will send me my order or give me a full refund. I am very Disappointed . A response will have been nice.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the purse ordered and paid for or a full refund

I did not except what they said. If I had received the order I paid them for then I would never have filed the complaint. I placed the order and paid for it and then I waited. I waited for an email with a tracking number, I NEVER got any emails from them nor did I get a tracking number on the order I placed. I was NEVER informed that the purse even was shipped. Bottom line is I paid them $74.98 for a purse That I NEVER got from them. All I want is the purse I ordered and paid them for from them or my money back. I don't feel I'm asking for too much. Just the order I paid for or my money back. If they sent emails telling me it shipped with a tracking number, and sent the purse, and answered any of the emails I sent to them about this matter Then Where Did They Go? Because I NEVER got them. I think 7 and a half months is a long time to wait for something.

Even though tracking shows delivered to the customer. We will refund the price of the purse.It is unbelievable that a customer can make a complaint when we have proof of delivery to their provided address by a large carrier.
