Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

As originally stated I will not pay for return shipping and you didn't need an image to send a courtsey replacement.  You're replacement got lost or stolen, deal with it and do what you said you were going to do and ship a replacement.  This is the only way you will satisfy me.  I do not have the original ones that were broken or I would simply send you a picture.  I threw them out when  you said you were sending a replacement, the replacement got lost or stolen by the USPS.  If you don't believe me then just say that and move on.  I can't send you a picture because they are gone, the only reason I pointed out return shipping is you refused to do that in the first place when I asked otherwise this will all go away.  All for a pair of glasses that cost you about 10 bucks....jeez.... It's fine, I don't want them and I have already but negative comments everywhere possible about the way I was treated.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I can only conclude that the sole intention of "Army Universe" employees is to harass and abuse their customers, and hang on to money that isn't theirs.  "Army Universe' appears only online, and is one of the mythical "sellers" on one of  [redacted]'s online shopping departments.  I made 10 purchases from [redacted] at the end of December 2014, and [redacted] took all of the money for all 10 purchases in exactly the same way.  It is impossible to discern which purchase(s) were related in any way to the mythical "Army Universe".  "Army Universe" gave a bogus address for returning the defective, nonconforming and dangerous goods.  "Army Universe" is not located at the address I was told to use for the return of the goods, and they knew it as they admitted they weren't there.  This is the same bogus address "Army Universe' has given to Revdex.com.  I contacted the Tavern next door, and they agreed that it was all a hoax.  So, I sent the goods to [redacted] by [redacted].  Those [redacted] labels have been provided to Army Universe's partner in crime, [redacted].  Those goods were received by [redacted].  If "Army Universe" is unwilling to communicate with its partner, [redacted], then there's not much I can do with this kind of unlawful trade practice other than warn other consumers to avoid [redacted]/Army Universe.

Please e-mail us directly and we will have no problem looking into this order for you. If you did not get it, we can provide a reshipment or a refund, whichever you prefer.

This customer purchased a pair of brand new socks and sent us back a pair of used smelly socks. we are willing to offer a refund for the customer, provided they take down all the false reviews they posted online about us. The socks they sent back are disgusting and were used. We do not sell used...

socks or such products. If the customer also wants we can send them a new pair of socks since the one they received was "defective". We are offering this as a courtesy only and normally would not do this for a customer who returns back used products.

Review: I purchased a pair of Coolmax Socks through this company, ordered on 11/**/2014. Received them 11/**/2014. They smelled horrible like harsh chemicals, and there were strings hanging off them like they were defective, I requested to return them and they sent me an email and RMA# to include. I mailed them back 12/*/2014. They were received back 12/*/2014. I questioned the return on 12/*/2014, and 12/**/2014. They are stating that I used them and then tried to return them, I replied that I returned them with the brown label still wrapped around them, never opened them, they then claim that they photographed them before sent and again when returned. This is a boldface lie, I have been ripped off $19.99 and I paid to ship them back, they were shipped back exactly how I received them, defective.Desired Settlement: Refund of $19.99 to my [redacted] account.

[Your Answer Here]I am still waiting for a refund form Armyuniverse.com, I returned the merchandise to them at my expense, and returned the item exactly as it was sent to me, they continue to make false aligations that the item was used and then returned. I am an honest consumer looking to be refunded with a business showing professionalism with their customer service. I have no desire to receive anything from this company except a refund. Best Regards.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. It wasn't until the Revdex.com got involved that this company was willing to show some courtesy of professional customer service. I am very thankful for the efforts of the Revdex.com.

Review: On 12-**-2014 I ordered three products from the only place Army Universe is located, ie. [redacted], and I bought 3 products to take advantage of the heavily advertised free shipping offer. One of the items was a 70% virgin wool blanket, which Army Universe/[redacted] failed to disclose was manufactured and shipped from India, and further, failed to disclose that the blanket had been saturated in harsh, toxic poisonous chemicals. There was nothing virgin about this blanket. It was coarse and stunk bad. I held the blanket to my nose, and it burned my entire face. I had to deal with severe facial burns for more than 3 months. Army Universe is not a company or an entity of any kind. It's a fiction, a tradenames. It's only "store" is the [redacted] website, and [redacted] does all the fulfillment, payment processing, etc., etc. The people behind Army Universe are foreigners, and appear to be involved in brokering slaves out of Malaysia. Even the website [redacted] is owned by foreigners trying to conceal their true identity. [redacted] knows all about the sham, the scam, the fraud. [redacted], and whoever Army Universe is stole $61.00 from me, and ruined my skin and appearance. I have permanent scars on my face. I sent the three items back to [redacted], and I have never received any refund. The foreigners who pretend to be Army Universe care only about good product reviews, not good products or honest dealings. They are totally dishonest. They stole my $61.00 and severely injured me.Desired Settlement: Full Refund and Full Disclosures on the [redacted] website concerning the products being sold, including country of origin, presence of harsh chemicals, nature of synthetic materials use, if any, and the like. Seeking honesty in advertising, and if FREE SHIPPING is offered, then provide any excuse why that advertised free shipping would not apply (in my case, after the fact, Army Universe claimed that they only give free shipping to street addresses, not PO Boxes). Had I known that I never would have bought anything. Had I known the truth about the alleged virgin wool blanket, I never would have bought it.

Response:

I looked up this order and correspondence and I would like to apologize for any inconveniences. We are more than happy to provide a full refund for this customer if they were to return the items to us. Customer says they returned the items to [redacted], but this was purchased from us, not [redacted] so we are not sure why they were returned to [redacted]. The customer requested to return this order via email almost 10 months ago and we approved the return and provided all the information for them to return the items for a full refund. We apologize once again and once we get the items returned, we have no issue providing a full refund. We can even provide a return label if the customer needs one and can set up a pick up for the package if they are unable to drop it off at the post office.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The address provided by whoever owns army universe is not a business at all or legitimate mailing address. It's a fraud. I have proof from the residents of the building, the neighbors, the [redacted] maps (satellite views), the post office. The package was originally mailed to me from [redacted], and the only identifying information on the package was Army Universe [redacted]. No address. Army universe refused to provide free shipping, and sent nonconforming, harmful goods that severely injured me. Army universe is a fiction, a fraud, concealing material facts about the products sold at [redacted]. The products were returned to [redacted], and I have proof of that. The only company I ever dealt with is [redacted]. I had no dealings with whoever owns army universe. [redacted] took my money. [redacted] took my order and confirmed my order. [redacted] sent the goods to me. [redacted] has the goods returned to them, which were returned with other goods in the same package for which [redacted] confirmed receipt. [redacted] guaranteed the purchase. [redacted] censored my product reviews at army universe's request because army universe has no intention of other customers learning how dangerous their products are. Army universe is a fiction....a fraud. Army universe's website and domain name are hidden and concealed behind several nominees, straw parties, and no one knows who they are. For all we know, [redacted] is Army universe. That's what Rothco believes. I was the victim of a huge fraud. Bad, defective, harmful products sent to me that severely injured me by people whose identity is totally concealed and hidden. There is no physical address for army universe. Their activities occur out of a post office box. That they provided the same bogus address to Revdex.com shows what fraudulent actors they really are. [redacted]

Review: Purchased sunglasses and received them damaged, company offered to ship free replacements to me but the replacements were lost by the USPS during shipping. Company refused any further retribution, so essentially I got nothing but the original pair of broken glasses.Desired Settlement: Send me a pair via UPS Signature required so we can all prove I got my replacement glasses, not USPS that loses packages daily without proof

Business

Response:

First this customer claimed the order was damaged - but they did not say how or send us any proof to how it was damaged.

They filed a claim with their credit card and stated that they wanted a replacement. We told them close the claim with the credit card and we will replace it.

We sent the replacement and tracking shows it was delivered. After we sent it, we get notification from the credit card company that their is a charge back. Customer then e-mails us asking us where their order is. We responded that the order was shipped and shows delivered. He says he did not get it. We apologized and said we will only reship a 3rd pair if they close the claim with the credit card.

We are not going to reship anything else to this customer until they close their charge back. We have been more than willing to work with this customer, but they are just taking advantage of the situation. We would like to know how the first order was damaged in shipping with some proof and we would like the charge back closed. If those things are sent we will send over a 3rd replacement. If not, we have nothing else to offer this customer at this time.

[Your Answer Here]

A picture of the defective product is not in the company's return policy. They did send a replacement which was lost by the USPS. I filed a claim with the USPS and was told it must be the shipper who files a claim. The company refused to file a claim calling me a liar. I cannot proceed any further based on the USPS rules and the company won't help me. This is fraud, false advertising and totally unacceptable service, purely poor and shady, shame on them for getting away with it.

We are not sending a 3rd replacement unless we get proof the first item was damaged. We sent the order twice and we cannot send it a 3rd time unfortunately you comply with our requests. If you want a return label, we will e-mail you one to send them back, just to make you happy.

If you do not have the glasses and you got a refund, then I do not see what the problem is here. You got your refund and you threw away the item. You could have told us from the beginning that the glasses were thrown out but you did not. And since you got a refund already, you basically want a free item. We wanted an image of the glasses if you wanted a replacement, but now you are telling us for the first time that you do not have the glasses.

The glasses do not cost $10 - They are expensive and we have been trying to help, but you have not been honest from the beginning.

Review: I ordered two (2) Watch Caps-Item#8492 and Item#5444 on August **, 2014 at a cost of $9.98 and with a shipping and handling cost of $5.00 and have not received either items as of September **, 2014. I would like a current updated status of when I will receive my products. The estimated date of delivery (EDD). If they can not deliver the product a refund will be fine. Thank You for your consideration to this matter. Status Sheet from Army Universe Website says the products were Shipped under Order#[redacted]-Shipped. Tracking Information Shipment#[redacted].Desired Settlement: The product please.

Review: hello purchased these boots May [redacted],2013 off the [redacted] website about one week ago noticed a cool sensation on my left foot when I took off the boot noticed a good sized hole in the sole of this shoeDesired Settlement: still have second pair of these boots for doing yard work

Business

Response:

Hello,

There types of damages generally come from normal wear and tear and misuse of the item. We will have no problem with providing the customer with a $30.00 refund. The customer must send the item back to us to receive the refund. The customer must send back the item at their own expense.

Return Address:

Thank You,

Army Universe.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Hello I am expressing my not being

satisfied with this response from Army Universe and Amazon, and according to my

records from Amazon my A to Z Guarantee Claim was denied by Amazon August

[redacted],2013. In addition,there is a gift card transaction for $34.58 7/*/2013 but

does not say this is a refund for the merchandise purchased from Army Universe.

The bottom line is very simple Army Universe offered to send me a refund of $30

provided I send the product back to them at my expense which I did. It is my

intention to make sure Army Universe holds up their end of this agreement by

sending me a $30 refund check. In the event they were aware of Amazon

potentially sending me a refund for this purchase there is no written record of

Amazon refunding me this amount normally a record of the refund is on my gift

card transactions which is not there for this purchase. Army Universe's

response is not accepted, and I intend to pursue this until I receive the $30

refund they offered provided I sent them back the boots at my expense.

sincerely,[redacted] ###-###-####

Response:

Hello,

We are sorry but we are UNABLE to send you a check. You have already been refunded and we have presented proper documentation that clearly shows you won the amazon claim.

"The Buyers Claim Was Granted. We found no reason to believe that your responsible for the claim, so amazon.com reimbursed the buyer. Please consider the transaction closed." - This means you were refunded on the behalf of Amazon.com for your order with us.

It appears you are trying to get additional funds from this sale than you are due. You were refunded $34.58 by amazon, for the amount of this purchase.

Also, attached is another document showing a $29.99 refund has been issued by us directly. If this refund does not show on your account it is because you have ALREADY been refunded in full by Amazon, as stated.

Thank You,

Army Universe.

Review: I ordered item number 3386XL woodland vintage paratrooper BDU Fatigues (Womens) order number [redacted] totaling 39.63 with shipping and tax, from Army Universe, that I would like to return due to I ordered the wrong size. Their return policy states to contact them to receive a "RMA" for the item or the return will not be accepted. I have made multiple attempts to contact, two phone calls and three e-mails to army universe and have had no response at all from the company. There is also a time limit for acceptance of returns I am at this point within the time limit however with them not answering inquiries for the return I am in danger of going beyond this time limit.99Desired Settlement: I would like the required information to returnitem number 3386XL woodland vintage paratrooper BDU Fatigues (Womens) order number [redacted] totaling 39.63 with shipping and tax, and full refund of the item ordered.
