I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Again I have paid the bill for the work I hired them for. I did not call for the service I am being billed for nor did my husband. Since when can a person hire a buisness and have the fee be charged to another person who was unaware of the work being done. This is not a service call I made or was aware of.

I did contact several times on the phone however I was told to pay it the try to get the money from the man that called. They told me the man that called was demanding so they went out, but I was never told or made aware of the call therefore I am not the one who hired them   I have explained this clearly I paid in full the bill I did generate I am u clear how the feel I am responsible for a service I did not call for and did not have knowledge of.
