As an attorney, Ms. [redacted] should have the ability to read and understand her lease. Neither her lease, nor Arizona law requires the property manager...

to forward the tenant a copy of a complaint. The lease clearly states that she is to abide by the HOA and pay any fines for violating the HOA rules. In accordance with her lease, we notified Ms. [redacted] of her multiple violations of the HOA rules for neglecting to maintain her landscape in an acceptable manner. She has admitted in writing that she was in violation. At the time of her complaint to the Revdex.com, we did a drive by inspection of the property and she was STILL not in compliance as evidenced by the photos we took.
Had Ms. [redacted] spent as much time maintaining her landscape and following the lease as she did filing false complaints, she would not have been in violation of her lease and the HOA rules to begin with. This complaint is nothing more than harassment and an ongoing smear campaign by Ms. [redacted] because we had the audacity to hold her accountable for her actions.

We followed the lease and rightly charged Ms. [redacted] for her egregious and ongoing violations. There is no legal precedent for us to waive the fees or to acquiesce to her demands. We follow the lease and the laws of the State of Arizona, and we would encourage Ms. [redacted] to do likewise.

Wow even after my horrible experience with arrow and Damon and all the bad reviews and poor ppl I have talked to who this company has bullied in his awnser to my mother was to call her a liar well Damon here's some facts smart guy the whole time u thought u were insulting me thru emails u were talking to my mother/accountant I have never talked to you nor do I ever wish to ppl that read this this man is smart but most con men are he awnsers all complaints acting like a victim of deadbeats its a out right lie my mother did stay with me on the property for I am a disabled decorated military veteran and she stayed to help me get settled and when I bought my own home she came back and stayed to help me move Damon thinks she has all her info second hand surprise tuff guy u have never spoken to me u have been treating a 64 year old women like garbage I take offense cause u were trying to treat me like garbage u have been caught this time sir u have no idea what ur talking about or who u were even talking to yet u claim my mother is the lair I am a patriot and I have never been a deadbeat u on the other hand ruin everyone's life u get involved with even on ur own face book u have 2 out of 5 stars my lawyer told me to stay away from u when I asked about ur made up fees I should have listen my father is a veteran and so am I we have been moving since I was a child and never been treated with the disrespect and greed that arrow has shown me they are bullies and don't understand how they are in business I'm sure Damon will say something witty or insulting to awnser why they are in bussiness but I implore anyone who reads this they are bad ppl even owners of property have dropped them because there lack of caring for tenets was ruining there reputation it's all over Google Yelp and here read his replies he always blames everyone else soon the Revdex.com will see this and realize he is not the victim he is the bully damon u sir my save ur insulting reply to my complaint to urself I will not argue with a man who is not a real man but a child who lines his pockets with others lunch money I will not show u the respect of any reply u have to offer for I can predict it will be rude and full of lies ur not fooling anybody anymore sir u are buried deep in the it's everyone else's fault child like response grow up and act like a man take credit u have gotten away with ripping ppl off for this long congrats sir and I truly hope karma exist

We are currently tenants in a Arrow managed property in Gilbert, Az. Working with Arrow is the most unprofessional disappointing service I have ever recieved. I cannot urge any potential consumer not to do business with Arrow Property Management. We are now trapped in a lease for twelve more months with this less the professional company.

Beware of this company! I applied and was approved for a property and was told to send the earnest deposit via mail on Monday (MLK Day so there is NO mail service anyway), then email them notifying them that it was in the mail. I worked in the morning and intended to mail the check at lunch time (even though it would just sit in the mail box). They sent me an email at 9:21AM saying only this, "I have not heard from you. You are declined. We are moving forward with other applications. J--- S----, Leasing Agent" This company's practices seem unfair which can only result in problems for the consumer.
