Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
It is a complete fabrication.  I am currently compiling my response, and a will add it to the record once it is completed.
Regards,

In response to Revdex.com Case Number [redacted] (the “Complaint”), [redacted] Honda Cars of Katy (the “Dealership”) hereby answers the Complaint as follows: By way of brief background, the Dealership is a Honda-brand automobile sales and service facility, located in Katy, Texas. ...

The Dealership sells new and used automobiles.  On May 29, 2017, [redacted] visited the Dealership in connection with her interest in buying an automobile.  On that day, she agreed to buy that certain new 2016 Honda [redacted] with Vehicle Identification Number [redacted] (the “Vehicle”) from the Dealership.  A true and correct copy of the Retail Installment Contract signed by [redacted], which agreement details the terms of her [redacted] purchase of the Vehicle, is submitted herewith.  [redacted] traded-in a 2012 Honda [redacted] in connection with her purchase of the Vehicle.  The terms associated with her trade-in are also detailed on the aforementioned contract. The Dealership categorically denies [redacted]’ assertion that, with respect to that certain leased 2016 Honda [redacted] anyone associated with the Dealership told [redacted] that such vehicle could or would be accepted by the lessor without any further obligation by [redacted].  The Dealership does not have the authority to modify the terms of an existing lease agreement, including the lease agreement between [redacted] and her lessor governing the 2016 Honda [redacted].  Had the Dealership intended to make an agreement with [redacted] concerning its purchase of, and her disposition of, the 2016 Honda [redacted] such agreement would have been reduced to writing in order comply with the laws of the State of Texas.  See, e.g., Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 2.201. The Dealership admits that [redacted] told sales personnel on the date of her visit that she wanted to drop off the 2016 Honda [redacted] in order to give such vehicle over to the lessor.  However, the Dealership advised her to contact her lessor directly to make such arrangements and agreed, as an accommodation to her, to temporarily hold her vehicle (i.e., the 2016 Honda [redacted]) pending further direction from her lessor concerning her proposed disposition of same.  [redacted] has given the Dealership both sets of keys to the 2016 Honda [redacted] but the Dealership has received no instruction from the lessor concerning [redacted]’ proposed disposition of same.  [redacted], the 2016 Honda [redacted] that [redacted] brought to the Dealership in May 2017 continues to sit on the Dealership’s property.  Moreover, the Dealership has repeatedly requested [redacted] retrieve the 2016 Honda [redacted] from the Dealership’s property insofar as no arrangements have been made, or communicated to the Dealership, for her lessor’s retrieval of said vehicle.  To date, [redacted] has refused and otherwise failed to remove the 2016 Honda [redacted] from the Dealership’s property. The Dealership takes matters such as these seriously, and has investigated each allegation thoroughly in order to ensure the accuracy of this response.  Notwithstanding this letter, the Dealership would be happy to discuss any further questions or concerns regarding this customer’s complaint.  Please contact Kim [redacted], Controller for the Dealership, or Derek [redacted] attorney for the Dealership (d[redacted] or via phone at [redacted]). The Dealership declines [redacted]’ request for payment of $41,205.00 and further denies wrongdoing in any manner. Thank you, in advance, for giving this matter your prompt attention.  Derek *. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. Whoever is responding in behalf of [redacted] of Katy, no name is ever given, obviously is not reading my responses. As I had stated the price was suppose to be 35230 plus the $880 shipping, less the $1000 owner loyalty. with no extras i.e. paint sealant, etc.As for the running boards if Rob Wooten said he told me no to  the running boards,  he needs to rethink that statement,  He said" let me pull your deal jacket, and Ill get back to you"  can we at least be truthful in these statements? As for the cross bars, when I ask about them from one of the many people I have talked to since purchasing the vehicle, I was told they were included in the price.  Again I told them I  did not want or need them, and certainly would nothave bought them. Also, they are not listed on my copy of the buyers order. The $1000 was showed as down payment, after the sales price was raised by a $1000. Example, sale price of  $37048, instead of the $35110.Again, what I am seeing is the same old redirect [redacted] of Katy has been sending since I bought the  vehicle.  That was a decision I sorely regret, now knowing what type of people I am dealing with at the time.Would someone at [redacted] of Katy have Chris [redacted] respond and lets settle this.  He seems to be the only one that has any authority to get anything done there. Next response, please include the name of the person, or persons that will be served.  The small claims court needs them.
Regards,[redacted]

Yes, I received it. Thank you. I will get the check cut to you today. It will go in the mail today or tomorrow.Tell us why here...

We spoke to Mr. [redacted] yesterday and I believe this is resolved. He is coming in to cancel his warrant, and maybe GAP. Please advise if this is not the case.

Review: I bought a Kenworth T660 2008 model from the Arrow truck sales at the end of April 2014. When I picked up the truck from Reno, NV, the check engine was on. I called the company wright away. At the scale, on my way to CA, I've got pulled over by DOT for level one inspection. They found seven mechanical and electrical issues. The DOT officer told me to take the truck back wright away since there are so many problems with it and placed the truck off duty. I called the company to complain about it. They sad that they will fix it. And if I'll fix it on my own, they will reimburse me the money. I have replaced the air tank on the trailer, fixed the breaks that were bent and replaced one injector. I've spent close to $2000 dollars on the repairs. They refused to reimburse me the money. They sad that they will fix the truck on their own terms. After having the truck at their shop for over two weeks, the problem wasn't fixed completely. The truck is still inoperable. Min while I'm paying a $2000 monthly payment on it plus $1000 insurance. After addressing the problem to the manager of the business, he kept saying that they'll take care of it.... but never did. They sold me an unsafe, inoperable truck.Desired Settlement: I want my truck repaired and inspected for safe operation in US in timely fashion,(one week) and reimburse the payments that I've been making on it and couldn't drive it.

Response:

We were unaware of customer’s complaint to Revdex.com. Matter has already been resolved as of July 7th. Items under customer complaint were not under warranty, but as good customer service we have reimbursed him for the repairs as we had agreed to do when he complained about the break down.
