[redacted] with ARS Rescue Rooter came out and took care of the leak we had that was getting worse. He took care of it fast and professionally and I appreciate that. I would recommend this company to a friend.

I had a 11am appointment and due to them having several people out due to illness wasn't to see them until 5pm but they continued to update to the situation so I was able to adjust my schedule easily. I had an emergency that I was able to take care of because they kept me up to date. The technician [redacted] was courteous quick and competent. He broke the old toilet allowing me to retrieve the toy my grandson had been obsessing about for weeks. He immediately installed the toilet I provided and I am very happy with the work involved.

ARS / RESCUE ROOTER IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND GETS THE JOB DONE [redacted] WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SAVED ME TIME AND MONEY BY SHOWING ME THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MY HOT WATER HEATER INSTALLATION AND THE UNNESSESARY WORK OTHER CONTRACTOR TOLD ME NEEDED TO BE DONE. AFTER HIS INSPECTION WE AGREED TO HAVE THE WORK REQUIRED DONE IMMEDIATELY. HE WAS DONE IN ABOUT AN HOUR. THANKS AGAIN [redacted] AND ARS RESCUE ROOTER

We wanted to make sure the quality of our water was still up to par. [redacted] of ARS came and flushed/drained our water heater. He also wanted to take a look at the anode rod but unfortunately was unable to unscrew it after many careful attempts. So, he educated us on what to look out for as the water heater ages and nears replacement. He then regenerated our HALO water system, and even offered to taste/drink some of our water to make sure it was fine. We were happy when he confirmed it was. Not only was [redacted] nice and personable, but he was also very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. We learned a lot today, and thank [redacted] for his service. We hope he will be the technician who comes and inspects our water heater next time. Thank you [redacted]!

[redacted] did a great job. He was fast and effective and explained what the problem was. He also gave me some helpful hints about Mansfield toilets. Personable guy, competent and worked quickly.

Review: Dear ARS Management,Thank you for ceasing to call us with reminders for appointments for HVAC service. Even though we have service contracts with you, we have previously asked you to terminate these contracts, refund our unused credit and consider us as former customers.We have asked for this since we determined that ARS was using high-pressure tactics during almost every previous visit, in trying to sell us some additional modification to our existing system or an even entirely different product like an air cleaner.Finally the situation became untenable after one of your men sold us a service contract even though we already had an existing contract in place!We do not want to create an adverse situation and just ask that you take steps to immediately refund our remaining service contract credit. Somehow our repeated phone calls requesting this have not been acted on.Failing this, we will take matters forward.Desired Settlement: Refund of unused credit

On October 14, 2012 Mr. [redacted] contracted with American Residential Services LLC D/B/A ARS/Rescue Rooter ("ARS") to provide the routine maintenance at the property located at [redacted], Carlsbad, CA [redacted]. We encourage all consumers to have a Home Service Plan which provides two visits annually to perform the routine maintenance on their equipment. Additionally, a discount on any other work we perform is available along with many other benefits provided by our Home Service Plan.

ARS prides itself on providing premier customer service. Nevertheless, we realize consumers have choices in a competitive marketplace, and feel that our quality service guarantees, people, and products set us apart from our competition. Although Mr. [redacted]'s request was processed prior to us receiving the Complaint, we have confirmed Mr. [redacted]'s satisfaction with the resolution via his written response to ARS.

Review: Now we have a house and we will never call ARS to take care of our house. Before we had a condo this happened 4-5 yeses ago we bought two toilets payed 400.00 each total around 900.00 for the two toilets. The plumber worked well was professional. Next day looking at the toilets the were both two little plastic things tiny toilets cheap little things. Their original price was around 100.00 each. We called ARS they gave us warranty for 7 years in case something happened. I called them about a year later the two toilets were clogging had clogged about twice each of them. Sent a technician he was professional only came to the house looked around called the manager called her " everything looks fine " took picture of letter-warranty that we had for the 7 years that was it. He looked extremely frustrated irritated asked me " why I was lying " he explained something about toilets then left. The toilets were made of only plastic the plumbers always looked frustrated but would answer all questions. Paying almost 1,000.00 for two toilets little plastic things is outrageous. This happened 4-5 years ago we used to have a condo now we have a house and we WILL NEVER CALL ARS TO HELP US IN OUR NEW HOUSE!!!!Desired Settlement: Even though this happened few years ago to would be nice they aknowledge they treated us like crap. We called them. Second time hoping they would honor the warranty for 7 years to replace them instead the technician called the manager said everything looked fine only sent her a copy of the warranty-letter. After that just left before leaving asked me " why I was lying " I really think that company needs retraining of ll of their personnel and to fix all prices of all of their items that are for selling. Before when we first had the problem the next day after installing the two toilets I called " ARS " to let them know I do not remember who answered me he was very extremely rude said " we are looking into the problem and I do not know what prices we have in the warehouse " after that he just hang up on me.. They are extremely rude their plumbers try to be " professional " but they just try.

On April 1, 2010 American Residential Services, L.L.C. DBA ARS/ Rescue

Rooter ("ARS") responded to a plumbing service request at the property located at

2011 Lakeridge Circle, Number 301, Chula Vista , CA 91913. Upon arrival, our service

professional provided a written estimate to Ms. [redacted] with options to install a new

water heater, riser, ball valve, two toilets and two shut off valves. Ms. [redacted] signed the

authorization to proceed, and the work was performed as contracted. ARS appreciates

the opportunity to clarify that all work performed had a one-year warranty in cluding

labor that expired on April 1, 2011. Additionally, the water heater tank had a six-year

warranty which expires on April 1, 2016 as indicated on invoice number [redacted],

which we have enclosed for your review.

Recognizing that we have not serviced the property since October 2011 , we

attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] to gain a better understanding of the instant

Complaint. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in our attempts to contact Ms. [redacted]

as the phone number on file has been disconnected.

I am not satisfied with the response because we payed almost 1,000.00 dollars for two little plastic toilets. I am trying to reach an agreement of them repairing the damage by at least between 300.00- 400.00 dollars given back to us. The original price of the toilets back then was 100.00 each. The technician was very professional and explained they had those prices because of paying " Billing Dept. and Warehouse expenses and so on " is unprofessional to charge more than double because of these expenses.

Got excellent, timely service from [redacted] w/ARS San Diego--Thank You!

They were on time and did everything in a timely manner. [redacted] was very kind and solved the clogged drain in less than an hour. Would highly recommend this business for the future.

[redacted] came out on the weekend. For a kitchen sink blockage Saved us!! very professional and cleaned up (made it spotless!) after he was finished.

Review: I paid a large sum of money to have air conditioning installed in my home. After it was completed and I went to use the system last week and only half of my house is getting air from the duct system!! When I called and asked someone to come out and look at it, I was told they don't do duct work and I would have to call someone else to come out and do that for me. I asked the receptionist why I was not told that before they came to install the air conditioning then I could have taken my business to someone who would.

Now I am a single woman and don't know squat about air conditioning or how it should be installed! That is what I expect from the company I have come into my home. I paid for air conditioning and feel like I still don't have air conditioning in my home. They took advantage of me as a single woman and yes I was naive, but I took the chance and entrusted my business with their company. Never again and I hope in writing this review that you don't make the same mistake that I made. They only gave me a half finished product and I now have to find someone else to come out and finish the job for me.Desired Settlement: To complete the job that I paid for. Fully functioning air conditioning.

install a new gas split furnace, coil, and condenser. Ms. [redacted] signed the

authorization to proceed , and the equipment was installed as contracted on June 21 ,

2014. We contacted Ms. [redacted] to gain a better understanding of the Complaint, and

are actively in communication to hopefully achieve an amicable resolution very soon .

I would definitely recommend ARS to anyone with a commercial or residential problem. Competitive pricing and exceptional service. Thank you [redacted].

We were very impressed [redacted]'s quick response to our call for service. He is very professional. He located a root intrusion in another area of our condo section that had caused a sewage back up in our Condo.
