I recently received my Art Juler Rosette Medicine Cabinet. It is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't ask for anything more perfect! Every detail is exquisitely designed, and the genuine wood is stained a beautiful dark walnut, as are the shelves for the interior. I couldn't find a flaw anywhere!

I selected the brass hardware and it is perfect, especially with my brass fixtures. The size (20w x 27h x 6d) is just right: not too big nor too small. I love the fact that it hangs on the wall rather than fitting internally, since the sides of the chest are so beautifully finished. The owner even contacted me by email prior to the completion of the piece to assure me that everything would be exactly as I requested and to let him know immediately if anything was amiss once it did arrive.

I could not be more pleased.

After reading a lot of reviews, mostly very negative I changed my mind about ordering from Art Juler Cabinets. It's very obvious Mr. Martos gives the impression that he is making these cabinets by hand which is a lie. The exact same cabinets are available from Amazon and Etsy. A.J.C. had the best price but now I know why, So if anyone is still interested just check out Amazon and Etsy. Seems like a much safer bet.

I ordered three cabinets in September and finally received two of them and one had several spots missing finishAfter waiting two monthsWe tried to call but number was disconnectedAfter contacting PayPal with a complaint he finally emailed us and said the third cabinet should have been shipped with the other ones, which it wasn't, it finally came three weeks later broken and scratched upAfter several emails and threats to contact paypo again he emailed and said he would replace itThat what the last contact I've had with himAnd now it is mid March, and too late for PayPal to do anything about it

We ordered a medicine cabinet for our bathroom that was being completely remodeled I didn't get any information about my order other than from PayPal that showed I was charged I attempted to call the number that was listed on the website (which it no longer is), left a message and no response So I sent an email and got a one line response he (the owner) was "out of office" and would contact me in two days days passed and still nothing so I tried calling again and the number was disconnected - how very professional I emailed again and said I needed a response or I would be contacting the authorities This got me a response which said something about how everything is made by hand and that it was in the painting phase No other info as to when I could be expecting it I just got an email today that said the medicine cabinet was being shipped- no tracking info or approximate arrival date I put in the order April and the email saying it was being shipped came today May They should really have something on their website that says it will take approximately one month (or more) before you order is even shipped to you I do not think this is a professional company at all and do not plan on using them again

Fraudulent company! After paying $391 for a medicine cabinet, they strung out email communication for a month until the paypal deadline had passed (after 45 days), and I could no longer receive a refund.
Run away from this company. These other "good" reviews are most likely fraudulent.

I ordered 2 medicine cabinets from Art Juler Cabinets in California. I'm from Canada and was a little apprehensive in ordering something from out of country but after seeing pics of the cabinets on line, I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. They arrived today and are beautiful. The attention to detail is superb. The color I ordered ( Ludwig Cherry) is a perfect match to my vanity. It took about 4 weeks from ordering to receiving the cabinets and every email I sent them regarding the status of the order was promptly answered. They definitely get a 10 out of 10 from me and I won't hesitate to order from them again or recommend them to anyone else. GREAT JOB! Thank you

I was a little worried about purchasing a medicine cabinet from an on-line seller that I was not familiar with, however I am very glad I took the chance. The cabinet is exactly what I wanted, and the service from Art Juler was very good. They responded to my email questions immediately, shipped the cabinet when they said they would, and checked in to make sure it had arrived in good condition. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am satisfied with my new medicine cabinets! Well, they are actually open shelves with small drawers (the Arco cabinet without doors), since I asked Art Juler to take off the doors and reduce price. These cute cabinets fit my bathroom perfectly. Art Juler is very easy to work with, timely responsive to emails and satisfied my needs without any problem.
Please keep in mind that each cabinet is customer made, so it will take longer. I received my cabinets one month after I placed the order. It will not be a problem if plan ahead.

payed through PayPal and sent correspondence to AJ Cabs regarding time of completion, time of delivery to UPS. I received
correspondence from AJ Cabs within 1 to 2 days answering all my concerns. After a 3 day delay Medicine Cab was packaged and UPS made a pick-up at AJ Cabs. I received Cabinet on April 6, 2015 in a condition as stated above.

Our cabinets are just gorgeous. Beautifully constructed and painted, and they arrived in perfect shape.

I´m pretty satisfied with the product quality and finish. It is real solid wood, the product I purchased is the Michelle White Medicine Cabinet. After looking all over internet I found this webpage that have very accesible prices and a variety of models. When I received the Medicine Cabinet I was impressed with this skilled craftmanship, and the time of fulfillment was good.

Review: I ordered a medicine cabinet from Art Juler Cabinets on October 29, 2014. I paid $200 for a custom build cabinet via [redacted]. The [redacted] transaction ID is #[redacted].

Over the course of November and December, I communicated several times with Art Juler Cabinets (the owner's name is apparently [redacted]) as to the status of my order. Initially, I would receive replies from [redacted]. His messages were almost always the same. To my query as to when the cabinet would be shipped, he would reply that it was 'almost done' and that it would be shipped in the 'next few days'. Again, this back-and-forth communication happened several times in November and December, but I never received the cabinet.

Starting in late January/early February, Art Juler Cabinets has not responded to any of my e-mail communication. I've submitted queries both directly on their web site 'Contact Us' form and using their e-mail address. My last communication was to cancel the order because of the delay and lack of communication. There was no reply. I can only conclude that they have taken my money without any intent to deliver the medicine cabinet to me. I have attempted to dispute the transaction both through [redacted] and my credit card, but too much time has passed for me to be able to dispute the transaction.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund via [redacted] or by another mechanism.
