I ordered three cabinets in September and finally received two of them and one had several spots missing finish. After waiting two months. We tried to call but number was disconnected. After contacting PayPal with a complaint he finally emailed us and said the third cabinet should have been shipped with the other ones, which it wasn't, it finally came three weeks later broken and scratched up. After several emails and threats to contact paypo again he emailed and said he would replace it. That what the last contact I've had with him. And now it is mid March, and too late for PayPal to do anything about it.
Review: Ordered an Art Juler Cabinets medicine cabinet from its website on Oct. 6, 2014, and paid for it through [redacted]. The cabinet was never delivered. I emailed the company several times, and usually got no response. On two occasions a person signing his name as [redacted] insisted that the cabinet had been delayed, but that it would soon be finished and sent to me, or a tracking number for shipment would be. It never was. On Feb. 6, after a four month wait, I gave up. It was too late to get a refund from [redacted], but I took my complaints to the [redacted], the state of California consumer protection office, and the (federal) Consumer Protection agency. I lost $180.25.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.
We had been looking for medicine cabinets for months, but we could only find ones that were made with particle board, pressed wood, or plastic. We finally found Art Juler Cabinets - and we were so impressed with the quality and the affordable price. Our cabinet was custom-made, shipped quickly, and fits perfectly in our bathroom. Thank you Art Juler, you do beautiful work!
Review: I ordered a cabinet on 7-8-2014. I have had no response from this company. The phone number is a non working number. The company is a scammerDesired Settlement: I would haves like to have had the cabinet. Luckily I was billed through BILL ME LATER and I am not out any money

payed through PayPal and sent correspondence to AJ Cabs regarding time of completion, time of delivery to UPS. I received
correspondence from AJ Cabs within 1 to 2 days answering all my concerns. After a 3 day delay Medicine Cab was packaged and UPS made a pick-up at AJ Cabs. I received Cabinet on April 6, 2015 in a condition as stated above.
Review: On June 3, 2014, I ordered a custom medicine cabinet online from Art Juler Cabinets. I authorized a charge of $208 on my Mastercard through PayPal. Subsequently, I received an email from Art Juler acknowledging my order. When several weeks went by without delivery, I emailed Art Juler asking when the cabinet would be shipped. They replied that it was being constructed and I would receive it soon. On July 9, 2014, I got an email from Art Juler saying the cabinet had shipped via UPS. It included a tracking number. But when I checked with UPS today (July18) they had no record of the item or the tracking number. I filed a dispute claim with both Mastercard and PayPal today. I wanted to notify the Revdex.com because I don't want other people victimized by this "company."Desired Settlement: Mastercard will refund the $208 conditionally while they check out the claim. PayPal is also investigating. I would like the Revdex.com to warn others about this so-called business.

9/17/2014- emailed [redacted] cabinets to get a delivery estimate- response was that the cabinet would be completed by the following week
10/30/2014- did not receive the cabinet, sent email to ask for delivery intentions- no response from [redacted] Cabinets- [redacted]
11/5/2014- attempted to contact [redacted] through email- no response
11/14/2014- attempted to contact [redacted] once more- no response.
Tried to call the number that I found to be associated with this address and it was not working.
At this point I found these reports on Revdex.com and so I contacted [redacted] to report this as a scam. At this point the payment was over 2months old and [redacted] at that time would not honor a refund. I asked [redacted] to please investigate this business and because I actually used a credit card through [redacted] went to my credit card company for a refund. That was on 11/14/2014.
As of 1/6/2015, my credit car company sent me a letter saying that after reviewing this they are unable to assist me in resolving the dispute. They sent me a copy of his web page and suggested that I try to contact them.
I have every reason to believe that [redacted] Cabinets is a scam and needs to be prosecuted.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and I would like the Art Juler website taken down for misrepresentation. [redacted] should not allow this business to use their services.
We ordered a medicine cabinet for our bathroom that was being completely remodeled. I didn't get any information about my order other than from PayPal that showed I was charged. I attempted to call the number that was listed on the website (which it no longer is), left a message and no response. So I sent an email and got a one line response he (the owner) was "out of office" and would contact me in two days. 5 days passed and still nothing so I tried calling again and the number was disconnected - how very professional. I emailed again and said I needed a response or I would be contacting the authorities. This got me a response which said something about how everything is made by hand and that it was in the painting phase. No other info as to when I could be expecting it. I just got an email today that said the medicine cabinet was being shipped- no tracking info or approximate arrival date. I put in the order April 21 and the email saying it was being shipped came today May 23. They should really have something on their website that says it will take approximately one month (or more) before you order is even shipped to you. I do not think this is a professional company at all and do not plan on using them again.
Review: I ordered a custom cabinet on 9/28/14. I paid $404 via paypal on that same date. I was told it would take 18-21 days to make. A UPS label was made on 11/17 saying that my package would arrive on 11/20. UPS never received the package from the seller and the seller never let me know that he didn't actually ship the cabinet. The seller has poor communication. He finally responded to one of my many emails and told me that the cabinet was the wrong color and it had to be repainted. On 11/26/14 he said that the cabinet would be done that weekend. Another label was made on 12/7/14 but again nothing ever made it to the UPS store. Today it's January 2, 2015 and I still have not received the cabinet nor gotten a refund as I am now requesting. I have not heard anything from the seller since Dec 11 when he said he was in the hospital and would ship out the cabinet early the following week. I have sent out 2-3 emails every day and sent several requests of payment via paypal.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund of $404 made to my paypal account. I have sent several requests for the amount from him.
Review: I ordered a custom Medicine Cabinet on August 20, 2014 and paid for it via [redacted]. Was told it was being created and a UPS label was created for this item but the item never left the UPS location. UPS had no record of ever receiving the package and asked me to get with the vendor. [redacted] was shocked and said he would make a new cabinet immediately. I am still waiting for this new cabinet to be made. He stopped communicating with me. Won't respond to emails. It is too late to get my money back from either my credit card company or [redacted] and I am disheartened as this is the last item I need to finish a bathroom remodel. I would like to think that he had some personal issues that took him away from his business but I am not sure.Desired Settlement: I would like my cabinet or a refund of my money. I assume the money is long gone, please just deliver my cabinet so I can finish my bathroom.
Review: I ordered a medicine cabinet on line from [redacted]. My credit card charge went through. However, to date, no cabinet, lies from the company as to production and delivery. The owner went to far as to give me a ficticious federal express tracking number and then acted surprised when I found it wasnt valid. We built our bathroom with the proportions of this cabinet. Now I'm stuck.Desired Settlement: I want this cabinet.
THE perfect cabinet! We are having our bathroom remodelled with subway tile. A+ workmanship! A+ attention to detail! A+ just as describe and more. The proportions are spot on! The price was fair. We searched and searched and each time we came back to this cabinet. We are very happy customers. Delivery did take 5 weeks. Because it was custom made in the U.S.A., it definitely was worth the wait.
I have ordered two medicine cabinets from this seller and they are both exceptional products. Hand made and beautiful. They took a little longer to receive them but they were worth the wait. I was notified that it would be a little late arriving but that was fine as my bathrooms were not completed yet.
Review: The company failed to deliver a medicine cabinet ordered on 12/29/14 and it is now 3/21/15. 2 weeks after the order I sent an email to find out when to expect the cabinet (shipping times were listed nowhere in emails or on their site), I received an email that the cabinet would be done in a little over a week. Almost a month and a half after the order I was told it was in the paint process. Two months after the order I asked if it had shipped. No response. Two and a half months after the order I sent an email to cancel and give me a refund if I didn't get the order in the next couple days. The day after that email I received an email that two days later I would receive a UPS tracking number. I emailed back asking if that meant it would be sent that day (a tracking number doesn't mean that something is being sent, it can just mean they printed a label). No response and 11 more days have passed. I think that the man I have been dealing with keeps stringing me along so that it will get to the point where it is impossible to get a refund. I have filed a claim with both Pay Pal and my credit card company. This has been a pain. Also, they do not respond to emails through their website and don't list a number on their website. The phone number Pay Pal has for them is disconnected.Desired Settlement: Refund and this company should not be in business as it seems like a scheme to get money.
Review: I first contacted Art Juler Cabinets in November 2014, which culminated in my ordering a custom cabinet. I provided all the specs and received a quote from [redacted], the apparent owner of the company. I sent my payment to him via [redacted] on December 30, 2014, after which he estimated that he would complete the cabinet in about three weeks time. Now, three months later, I still do not have the product and it is extremely difficult to reach [redacted]. He seldom responds to my queries, but on March 4, he apologized for the delay and said the item would be done within the week. I have not heard anything since then, and my attempts to find a phone number or valid address for the company have failed.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product I ordered or a full refund of $252.54 that I paid for the cabinet.
