[redacted] called from the business stated that the consumer is going to fulfill 2 training sessions. She will be billed no further and the contracted has been canceled.

[redacted] membership has been cancelled as of 9/24/17 per her request. Although cancellations require 30 days notice to cancel, meaning she would have been responsible for the 10/15/17 monthly dues payment, this has been waived. Her membership is cancelled effective immediately.
