Review: ORDER NO. [redacted] FOR LACE CURTAINS WAS PLACED IN JANUARY 2014. PAYMENT BY [redacted] HAS BEEN MADE. UNABLE TO CONTACT DIRECTLY. RECORDING INDICATES THAT BAD WEATHER HAS DELAYED DELIVERY. WE ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN AN ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE AND NOT ABLE TO REACH THEIR REPRESENTATIVE. IF DELIVERY CANNOT BE MADE IMMEDIATELY, DEMAND REFUND.Desired Settlement: EITHER DELIVER OR PROVIDE REFUND.

Review: I placed an order with Decorating With Lace, a company that is part of Artifacteria on 2/27/2014 and to date I have not received my product. I was able to call 215-791-7046 on 4/30/2014 and leave a message to cancel my order due to delivery taking too long. This number along with their website "decoratingwithlaceoutlet.com" has now been discontinued. I have not heard a word, received any product or received a credit back to my paypal account. I need to get this resolved!!! My order # is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want my money credited back to my [redacted] account.

Review: I ordered two lace window curtains in Jan 2014 and never heard from then again. order number [redacted]. their phone does not work.[redacted] order # [redacted]Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

Review: On March 5th, 2014 I purchased a lace table cloth from this company. On March 6th my bank account was debited the amount for the table cloth. I have tried contacting via email 3 times for a shipment date. I have received no response. I have called and left three voice mails and have received no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered delivered by April1, 2014 or a full refund.

Review: Ordered from the business online January 31st paid via [redacted]. Monies were immediately taken by the business for my order yet nothing shipped. Cannot call or contact anyone. Receive an out of office reply when you try to email. Receive no answer when you call. Below is the email I received. Go on [redacted] you will see SEVERAL complaints from many people. They still have a website and they are still taking people's money. Shut them DOWN! Call their phone number... ###-###-####

Decorating with Lace OutletDesired Settlement: Refund of my money immediately to my pay al account in the amount of 162.70 what I paid for the product and the non existent shipping and handling.

Review: Two Lace panel curtains were purchased and the color was not as expected. Cost $88.00

I sent them back with a return authorization (#[redacted]) received from them for an exchange.

After numerous telephone messages left for them requesting the exchange or the credit on our CC, we never received a call back or either.Desired Settlement: Refund on our Credit card

Review: This is a summary of the problem with the company called Artifacteria / Decorating with Lace in [redacted], PA. There has been no contact from them / response from them / action from them ... even though I have tried to reach them by mail + phone + internet + email. These attempts have gone on since March 2014. The contact with this company previously has been Pat B[redacted]. There is now no working phone number ... even though the new phone message recording at their number says there is a new phone number. The new number is not in service.

We are waiting for a credit for four semi sheer curtains .... of which only three of four that were ordered were delivered to us. We needed four panels for a specific room. (two windows) I was in communication with this company (Pat B[redacted]) about this in the spring (March 2013). Pat was helpful when I ordered the curtains from the company and she and I talked on the phone. I have ordered curtains from this company in the past with good results. This has been a totally different story.

The three panels that arrived - along with other lace curtains in the order - were seriously musty-smelling and I worked hard to get that smell out of these curtain panels. I let Pat B[redacted] know right away that there were only three of four panels ordered in the 'Peony Semi Sheer 45x91' panels and that the order wasn't complete. Via a forwarded email from her of a search result in her company, it appeared there were only three panels in their storeroom. They said they had four on their website / I ordered four / I paid for four panels / I was sent three.

I returned the three panels of this pattern / style with a request for a credit to my Visa card for the complete set of four 'ordered-and-paid-for' panels.

I have yet to receive credit and 'zero' follow-up communication. There are no messages returned from my emails or from my calls. I was initially disappointed / surprised .... then annoyed ... now, I am very aggravated and at a loss for a solution so I turned to you all.

Thank you for any help that you can give us.Desired Settlement: We are waiting for a refund for the amount of [redacted]$180.00 ... [redacted]plus shipping costs that we paid for the shipment of four Peony Sheer Semi - Sheer 45x91 lace curtain panels to us [redacted] plus the shipping costs to return the three panels that were sent to us but weren't a complete order. [redacted] Only three of the four curtain panels were received. Communication with the company in March 2014 confirmed that there is not a fourth panel in the company's inventory and they incorrectly had indicated that they had four panels on their website. We returned the three curtain panels that they had sent to us ... and asked for a full credit for the four panels we were billed for. We would like the reimbursed amount to include the $180.00 for the four panels **plus** the shipping for these panels from Decorating with Lace / Artifacteria to us **plus**the shipping of the panels back to the company reimbursed to us as well. We would like that reimbursement in either an immediate credit to our Visa card or a money order (not a check ... as we no longer trust this company.) We want to hear from the company via an email or a phone call that they have taken care of this.

We would like immediate action on the part of this company. We have gone another route for the curtains for the windows in this room by this point.

Review: I ordered from Artifacteria on 12/27/13. I called to check on the status of my order and was told Artifacteria was backed up but my order would ship with in two weeks. It did not. I left another message and got no response. On 2/13/14 I emailed to cancel the order and asked Artifacteria to respond with a confirmation. They did not. I ordered from another source to ensure I had the goods I needed by a particular date. On 2/20/14 Artifacteria emailed to say my order had shipped. I immediately replied that I had cancelled the order. I got no response. I returned the order to Artifacteria, unopened, within the time frame for returns. On 4/22/14 I emailed to follow up on my refund. I got no response. On 5/10/14 I emailed Artifacteria one last warning that I would file for a refund with [redacted] and with the Revdex.com. [redacted] will not credit me back because it is more than 45 days since I placed the order ... but that is because Artifacteria was so late in their original delivery.Desired Settlement: I just want Artifacteria to credit me back my $191.50.

Review: I have dealt successfully with Decorating With Lace, a division of Artifacteria, for a few years. On 02/22/14, I submitted a purchase order #[redacted] for lace valences and curtains - [redacted] Scottish Lace. A total of $391.00 was deducted from my credit card on 02/27/14, the total amount for the purchase.

I checked the Decorating With Lace website frequently for an order update. The order was listed as "In Progress" until the end of April. When I checked again last week, neither the Decorating With Lace and Artifacteria websites were available.

I have left voice phone messages, beginning 05/24/14 through today, 05/28/14 to no avail. I have sent an e mail to a [redacted] contact e mail site I found online with no response.

There is no excuse for no communication, there is now certainly something seriously amiss in customer service or financially with this company.Desired Settlement: Since I no longer trust this vendor, I would like my credit card amount of $391.00 refunded.

Review: I placed an order with Artifacteria via their website, decoratingwithlaceoutlet.com, on 03/30. On 4/3 I received an email stating they could not fill my order and directed me to another site however I have yet to receive a refund for the order I placed which was paid in full on 3/30. I have attempted to call the business several times but there is never an answer and their voicemail is full. I have sent 2 emails as well but have not received a response.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund in full for $73.50

Review: I purchased $52 worth of products on Feb 23, 2014 with my credit card. I still have not received my items. I have been trying to make contact for 3 months and the company has not returned calls or emails. Now their phone number has been disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded via my credit card

I have asked the order to be cancelled, and for my account to be credited, this has not yet happened. No correspondence from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the amount of the order.

Review: I ordered a curtain from this company four weeks ago. Since I have called several times, only to be told they are behind and will process my order shortly. The phone number on thier site (decoratingwithlaceoutlet.com AKA Artifacteria is ###-###-####. Now when you call that number it shows it's been disconected. I did find a number on the Artiacteria site which is ###-###-#### that number says to call ###-###-####, and once again there is only a recording. I'm given no option to speak with anyone. They have charged my card as well, but still no materials have been shipped to me and I don't have a way of contacting them. I've also used their site and sent in a complaint to them a few times, but I have not gotten a response. Also ironiclly my bank has called me to advised someone from the [redacted] PA area has tried to use my credit card for a few expensive items on line. I don't know if this has anything to do with them or not.Desired Settlement: I wish for them to send me my materials I have ordered, and be given a good customer service number for future uses should I have and additional proplems.
