Our trees will be released by port security tomorrow and will be trucked to the warehouse the same day. We will be shipping starting on Monday 11/14. A refund check issuing being issued and the order canceled

You will have your tree by or before 11/15, we are just waiting for the DHS (port security) to release our shipment so we can truck it to Richmond, VA then proceed to start mass shipping
Sorry for this logistical delay, but all of our trees have arrived just waiting on the port security to finish
their job
