Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have received my tree way to late and have been asking how I get a full refund for over a week but no response was ever given. I have called several times a day all times of the day for...

two weeks and have yet to talk to a single person and yet to get a message returned.   It is now 5 days from Christmas and I do not have a tree that works and when I return it I will not have one at all. Sincerely,[redacted]

 After our trees have been released, it will be trucked to our facility in Richmond, VA by this Friday....


 
 Shipping will start with the earliest orders first via FedEx and continue every weekday thereafter.

Hello, it appears the 4 ft trees did not arrive for the May 21st ship date.  We apologize for the delay in shipping.  We are issuing a refund via check to the address on file.  We will send you an email to verify the mailing address of the refund check.

Our trees will be released by port security tomorrow and will be trucked to the warehouse the same day. We will be shipping starting on Monday 11/14. But if you still prefer a refund it will have to be in the form of a check sent to the following address:
