There will be $placed back in Mr [redacted] 's account within the next business days This is the amount of the month he was billed and did not have the unit The complaint states $that is not the monthly rental he paid

The balance on this account is $144.69. There has been interest charges due to the length of time with no payment. I have never been ask for a dump ticket before and I searching for it now. Since this was in March they are achieved and this could take some time.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The company has responded with informationThe company did not advise us of any such overbooking with any ample timeAs a matter of fact, on 8/25/I confirmed the order once againI was assured that the delivery would be made on 8/29/The company had my email and my and my daughter's cell phone numbersI started calling all of the numbers given from the company on 8/29/when delivery had not shown up before the wedding rehearsal dinnerI kept getting answering machines and left messagesI continued to call on the day of the wedding, 8/30/14, and left messagesI never got a return call from the companyI called again on 9/2/and finally got a live personBefore I decided to file this complaint, I also emailed the owner of Arwood Waste, Inca couple of times, explaining the situation and got no response The company should be able to supply proof of so called dated emails and phone records to back up the response that "Arwood called and emailed multiple times to advise." I am not looking for anything tangible because there is nothing tangible to get (luckily we did not pay up front)I am simply looking for the company to own up to their mistake, stop responding with information, and for this to get PUBLISHED for anyone who comes to the Revdex.com site to seeI do not want another bride, her family and their guests to be at a rehearsal dinner and wedding for and there be no working restrooms at the venue! I understand that I am just a little fish in a big sea but this is not the way that you should do business with anyoneYou have no idea of the anguish it caused Regards, [redacted]

I just tried to call the number that was supplied [redacted] and received an automated voice mail. After looking at the account I see that the dumpster was originally set up for removal on 12/12 and after Ms. [redacted] called in the removal date was changed to 12/22. The dumpster was removed on 12/23/14. You have a zero balance we extended your rental with no penalties per your request. I am not understanding exactly what you are wanting me to do.I sincerely apologize that this has escalated.

All of the bank information giving has been destroyed as well as deleted out of our internal system There was not ever charged or taken from the bank account
