I do apologize for the treatment that you have receivedI was made aware of this by your [redacted] post and I had contacted Al and Jack yesterday to make sure that this would be taken care ofJack called me at 3:in the afternoon to tell me that his employee had just returned with your toters The employee that was sent to pick them up had signed off on the paperwork that they were picked up and Jack took his word for itIt seems that the [redacted] location was picked up but not the [redacted] St for some reasonToday I had run the GPS reports on the driver and it turns out that he did not go to the [redacted] St location, but stated that he didI sent two drivers out today to ensure that it was picked upThe driver from yesterday was let go for not performing his jobAs for the meeting, the manager had an issue to deal with and was assured that it would be taken care of that dayJack and Al have both received corrective actions over this incidentNo customer should have to deal with this level of dissatisfactionI will have your refund done on MondayIf it was paid by credit card I will credit your cardIf it was paid by check then I will cut a check and mail it on MondayMy sincere Apologies, Kris WHR Manager

There was a remaining balance of $on the account located at [redacted] Road, [redacted] , NY [redacted] (account under [redacted] ) Upon reviewing the account, there were missed pick-ups Upon the second, the customer requested that their serviced be ended asap There was an error on the account that made it look current Remaining balance was removed [redacted] was notified by the office and was happy with the resolution

After reviewing the account with the Office Staff, it was found that there were many times where there was a report of a missed pick-up, but the trucks GPS indicated that they were in fact at the customers home They also reported that there were times when there was additional trash that was left that was not a part of the service offered These additional pick-ups would have incurred an additional fee, as well as there was hay left for pithat is not able to be disposed of with regular refuse because it is considered yard waste At the time of the incident of the removal of her personal toters, the drivers did mistakenly think that they were meant to be disposed of due to their poor condition (broken and cracked) Upon discussing the issue with the customer, she did admit that they were over years old Due to the condition of the cans at hand, the customer was offered a replacement fee of $37.50, of which she declined We are still willing to make this offer at this current time

I am replying to case ID [redacted] reported by [redacted] I have recently not responded to this complaint due to the nature of the caseThis is a contract dispute where the customer does not feel that he needs to complete the contract terms that he agreed to and signed for on a contract*** states that we would not show up to pick up his trash but in fact we were there and the dumpster was blocked by vehiclesThe Fact is that [redacted] is friends with another trash hauler that was finally servicing his area and this friend cut him a deal so [redacted] wanted to end his contractThis matter has been sent to our collections lawyer and be handled in courtMike Feher recently left a message to try to work the issue out but his call has not been returned Thank You, Kris WFeher Rubbish Removal Inc

About a month or two ago I filed a complaint through the Revdex.com due the fact that my trash was not being picked upSomeone from Feher Rubbish Removal emailed me and said they fired that person and put a more seasoned person on the routeI did not need to know someone lost their job without coaching them firstNow on Sunday evening, July 30th, I put my trash receptacle and recycling at the curb for the Monday pick-upit is placed in the same location as it is every week for the past yearsMonday, July 31st, the other Feher customers on my street were picked up except for mineI called and asked to speak to the manager and was transferred to JoeJoe said he had someone in the area and that they will stop and pick it upTuesday, 08/01/I had to call again because the garbage was still sitting thereI was told they had picked it upSo I had to explain that the garbage was not picked up and that it had not moved since I put it there Sunday eveningI was told that they will look into it furtherWednesday (TODAY) 08/02/I get home from work at 7:PM and see the trash that has been backing in the sun for the past three days is still sitting at the curb.1) I want to know why I am lied to that someone is always in the area and they will be by to pick up the trash2) I want to know why am I being denied service when I have been a customer for over yearsYou pick up the trash directly across the street from me so you are literally right thereSomeone picks up my recycling so I know you know where I my house is3) I want Feher Rubbish Removal to pick up the trash and take their trash / recycling tote as I will no longer be using their serviceI think it is sad that a business could lose a customer that has been with them for such a long time

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My garbage was always put out first thing in the morning, 7:00AM Despite what the drivers want to say, my fiance is always home until he goes to work at 2:15pm The drovers never get to our road earlier then noon on Tuesdays Also, I have physically called the Utica office and was always given an excuse for why *** ***, the entire road (three neighbors also go through feher) was missed and was always told in a very unprofessional manner, stories about men getting fired and new men being trained and just be patient with them If it was in fact because my trash wasn't out, would they not just make me aware of that? Also its hilarious that your Utica manager reported my trash as not out yesterday for pick up because it was ACTUALLY picked up Despite these accusations I do appreciate the actions you've taken to resolve the issue Yes, at one point there was a stop on my account when I first tried to resolve the issue of a can replacement and had similar problems as I been having I wasn't going to pay until the problem was resolved and I did pay once it was resolved however your stop dates are inaccurateI am willing to stay with the company and avoid the hassle of switching to a new company at this time as long as I can be promised that the Utica office has been spoken to and I will have no further issues when it comes to my service I also can compromise and although the utica office is sadly mistaken about my trash not being out in time, I will put it out monday eveningRegards, *** ***

Upon reviewing the customers account, it was discovered that there were missed pick-ups on the account. The first missed piwas credited $for the week (Standard practice is to only credit for service missed. The weekly price includes not only service, but operation fees, etc
In this case, we refunded above the standard practice). After the missed pick-up, the customer requested cancellation of their services which we did oblige. During the review, it was discovered that we did not credit their account for the second missed pick-up. At this time we will be issuing the customer another $for their second missed pick-up. We are also in the process of re-structuring our customer service department to decrease missed pick-ups throughout the company

I have personally spoken to MrNand other employees multiple times about this issueThey had requested to cancel their contract multiple times because they claimed that they did not need the service any longer when they had changed locationsI had then given them a price to liquidate their
contract and they had decided to keep the serviceI have attached all of the emails, a signed contract, and pictures of the location that the container was locatedThe container was in a fenced in yard that is quite large and there was plenty of space that the container or the equipment that was blocking it could have been moved toI believe that the container was intentionally blocked so that he could have a reason to cancel his contract-even though it states in the contract that it is the customers responsibility to make sure the container is not blockedMy drivers went back to the location the next day to see if the container was not blocked on two separate occasions, but it was still blockedThey had knowledge of the pick up day and should have known to keep the container clearThis is just another attempt to break a contract and I am in no way releasing MrNfrom having to pay a penalty for breaking a contractHe states that the signature on the contract is not his, which is another attempt at saying the contract is invalidHe has not been a pleasant person to deal with and this is not the proper forum to even take care of this matterThis client has already been sent to our collection lawyer so he can contact them to settle his debtIf you have any questions please contact meThank You, Kris WFeher Rubbish Removal Inc
