I do apologize that it took a little longer than usual to have the rolloff box picked up and about the confusion with which location handles the area that you live inThis time of the year they are very popular with many people doing cleanouts and constructionUsually *** would be
the location you would be dealing with but they may have not had any availability so they sent you to ***, who has more trucks and rolloff boxesAs far as your invoice goes, you were only charged for the time that you had asked for the boxYou were not charged any rental past the point that you had asked for it to be picked upThe additional charges were from the tonnage overage of tons over the ton limit that you have originally paid forThis amount has nothing to do with the amount of time the box was at your location or the second box that you had requestedTherefore no refund will be issued and you are expected to pay $by 7/30/2017. We do apologize for the inconsistent serviceI have mailed out a check for $on 6/to your home addressAs for the recycling, I do not understand how they could mix recycling and trashThe trucks in your area are automatic one arm trucksThen another truck must come out to pick up the
recyclingThe only way this could have happened is if they had used a dual packer that has trash on one side and recycling on the other sideWe have used these in the past but they have been replaced with new trucks that pick up the toter themselvesThe landfill also penalizes us for mixed recycling and trash so I doubt they were mixing or I would have received some warning from the landfill, which I have not. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Our company disagrees with Kris W.’s responseTo
address MrW.’s first comment, we decided to keep the removal service up
until July 7th, because the services provided had not faltered
much at the time. As stated in our original complaint, it was after continuous
calls to the office staff and a mutual agreement between both parties, we then
decided to cancel services altogether due to no resolution.
In regards to MrW.’s second comment, we would never
intentionally block the container for trash removalWe called Feher Rubbish
Removal, Incwith a solution to this in order for them to complete their
services. As for the location of where the container had been placed, it was placed
in an appropriate location that was out of the way for us to safely conduct our
business operations. We are a growing construction business with an extensive
variety of large machinery equipment and many vehicles on hand which leaves
limited space for the dumpster’s placementTo reiterate, it was mutually
agreed upon that the Feher Rubbish Removal Inc.’s drivers would communicate
with an employee of our company if something needed to be moved. As MrW
stated, the drivers returned a few days in a row and never communicated that
anything was obstructing the dumpster for trash removal. This is a clear
example that their drivers DID NOT make a solid attempt to contact a member of our
facility. We understand that a specific day is arranged per account for removal
services. However, in order for our
employees to perform their daily tasks in a safe matter, we are not always able
to have our machines and equipment out of the way of the dumpster This being
so, is why we conveyed to Feher the importance of having drivers ask to have
the obstruction removed
Lastly, we have taken the necessary steps since the
beginning to clear this matter up without any other sources having to be
involved We have contacted the Revdex.com to
help resolve and bring attention to Feher Rubbish Removal Incfor the poor
customer service received and lack of accountability on their part. Clearly, we
are not the only ones who has had issues with the processing of bills and their
servicesMrWhas failed to resolve any of the concerns mentioned above. Instead he has made one excuse after another
which is the exact reason that this is the correct forum to handle this matter
I find it unprofessional that MrWstates that MrN., “has not
been a pleasant person to deal with” I find this to be ironic since it has
been unpleasant to not only receive poor service but have had to address the
same matter on several occasions without any corrections. Our company has paid
expecting quality service and timely pickup when in reality we were receiving substandard
work and unpleasant customer service

This matter has been taken care of this morning between Mr*** and Joe, the manager of the Geneva locationThe issue was the trash toter was being missed because it was not accessible to be picked up by the robotic arm that is used to dump the toterThe other issue was Mr*** was putting out toters, one of ours and one personal toterWe will only dump one toter under his current pricing structureAnother toter would be an increase in his quarterly feesIf Mr*** has any issues in the future he should feel free to call the manager Joe, who will ensure they are taken care of quickly

There was a remaining balance of $on the account located at *** *** Road, ***, NY *** (account under *** ***). Upon reviewing the account, there were missed pick-ups. Upon the second, the customer requested that their serviced be ended asap. There was an error
on the account that made it look current. Remaining balance was removed. *** was notified by the office and was happy with the resolution

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
That being said, they should reevaluate the horrible fleet of trucks that they have on the roads of Central New YorkThey are totally unsafe and are an accident waiting to happen.

I am replying to case ID *** reported by *** ***I have recently not responded to this complaint due to the nature of the caseThis is a contract dispute where the customer does not feel that he needs to complete the contract terms that he agreed to and signed for on a contract***
states that we would not show up to pick up his trash but in fact we were there and the dumpster was blocked by vehiclesThe Fact is that *** is friends with another trash hauler that was finally servicing his area and this friend cut him a deal so *** wanted to end his contractThis matter has been sent to our collections lawyer and be handled in courtMike Feher recently left a message to try to work the issue out but his call has not been returned Thank You, Kris WFeher Rubbish Removal Inc

The only truth in their response is that they did indeed take my trashcansThe reason their GPS says their trucks were nr my home is that my neighbor doors down contracts with them, the driveways are less than yards aparti did take pictures and will try to upload them to you, of the cans full and waitingthis whole mess started when their automated truck for the large gal toters "went down" per Rafael at the Utica officefrom then on collections were missed, Edith extended service for a month to compensate for the NON pickups, and Norm loaned me smaller toters to use to help clear the backlog, so everyone in the office knew there were continual problemsto say that I reported no service when I had service is a liethey were in breach of contract and to offer less than $to replace four large *** tufftotes - which btw I never told anyone were over yrs old - another lie, is an insult and ridiculous

I have investigated your account and see that there have been issues with your account since you had signed up on 8/13/Our Dispatchers noted many times that the trash container was reported not out by the driverthe container was noted not out on 8/23/16, 10/25/16, 11/1/16, 12/10/16, 1/10/16,
5/9/17, and 5/17/I also see that we did have a stop service on your account due to non payment from 1/18/until 2/15/We have credited the amount that was due and brought you to a zero balanceI also sent the manager to your house today to personally pick up your trash but it was not outPlease let us know if you would like your service to be canceled by calling ###-###-#### and speaking with one of our representatives in the Syracuse divisionI am sorry for any hardship this may have caused

I have read your complaint and fully understand your frustration with Feher Rubbish, *** DivisionOur *** Division has run into a multitude of issues over the past year as far as management, equipment, and staffingI know that no one wants excuses, but I do want to let you know that we are in
the process of fixing these issues to ensure better service to our customersThe Assistant General Manager, Ryan V., is permanently assigned to the *** Division to clean up all of the issues that have been occurringWe have added two trucks to this division, hired a new office staff that will take care of issues instead of make excuses, and we have had corporate staff in this division to ensure that their standards are that of the companyWe still lack a few drivers and are in the process of hiring at this timeA driver for our company must be an experienced CDL licensed driver with a clean driving record and background check, and must meet our safety standardsThis has not been easy to come by in our *** Division and we have been staffing *** with temporary drivers from our *** Division in order to get the jobs completedThis is what has bee causing delays in the routes being done. I am able to offer you the next months of service at no charge, as you had requestedI will do everything within my power to get this division fully staffed so that you do not have to experience delay in the futureThank You for your feedbackKris W

I am sorry that you have experienced issues with our Feher Rubbish Utica DivisionYour account was closed as of 7:am when we had received your email sent through our website that requested your account be closedI did look into your account and on a weekly basis they showed that the trash was
not out on pick up dayThere must have been confusion with the address or where the can was being put outBut I do have the request to refund $and the check will be cut and mailed this coming week

Upon reviewing the customers account, their last payment was $after months of free service. After their last payment they continued to have issues with their piand requested a cancellation. Due to the issues at hand we will be issuing a refund of their last payment $90.05. We are also in the process of re-evaluating customer service procedures to diminish the number of missed pick-ups throughout the company
