The company was very efficient in processing my booking. They explained prices and options clearly. The fellow that cleaned my carpets was very polite, took care to explain the procedures and was fast and efficient. I would use Citrus-O again.
I have always had good service from Citrus-O Carpet Care technicians. They have always been pleasant and have left my carpets clean and looking great. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
The technician came on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The carpet being cleaned was in a rental unit with the original 42 year old shag carpet. Majority of stains came out and the carpet was left with a much fresher fragrance. I would certainly use Citruso again without hesitation.
We had arranged to have them come and clean carpets(Oct 2015) the day before we moved in to the house and a few days after to clean all the ducts and two dryer outlets. We have used them before and have been happy with results. When he got there he advised the carpets had just been cleaned (not by them) and suggested a carpet treatment at a much lower cost . Did a great job as did the duct cleaning person later. We use again for sure!
I've had my carpets cleaned by Citrus-O for several years. I'm happy to recommend them because every one of their workers who has come to my house has been competent and energetic, and the office people on the phone have been helpful.
It's important to me that their products are non-toxic. They get my carpets properly clean and leave a pleasant, non-harsh scent behind. Also, they do not endanger my dog's health as he lives closer to the ground than I do.

I have used Citrus-O for carpet cleaning a number of times now, the latest yesterday. I have found the customer service while booking the appointment to be excellent, friendly, quick and thorough, the follow-up regarding timing the morning of the appointment to be right on schedule and helpful for me in planning my day around the carpet cleaning. And the carpet cleaning was right on time, done by a friendly and knowledgeable technician. The carpets looked great afterwards and everything smelled fresh. I'm very happy with Citrus-O and will use them again, the next time I need carpet cleaning.

I really appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of the gentleman by the name of Simon. He was thorough, communicated well and it was very apparent he had a lot of experience with carpet cleaning. My home smelled so fresh and clean with a nice Citrus scent.
Citruso was right on time, spent time going over the carpet with my Wife to point out spots he was going to spray by hand before using the carpet machine.
The job went very well as we had already removed the furniture from the front room.
The carpet was dry in four hours, so we were not inconvenienced for TV watching in the evening.
They removed dirt that we were not aware of, we have vacuumed and spot shampooed since the carpet was laid two years ago.
One issue I have is, as we are Pensioners both of us in our 70's moving furniture was hard on us, maybe Citruso could include a "bonus" for us older folks and remove the larger pieces
