I had a very good experience with Citruso Carpet Care. The customer service over the phone was very friendly and helpful. The man who came to clean the carpets was very friendly, courteous and thorough. The price was good too as we took advantage of a special deal that we heard on the radio.
Citruso has always done a great job for me in the past. I moved to a different location and hesitated to call as this house has mostly hardwood except for 4 carpeted staircases and only 2 bedrroms of carpet. I must say they did an excellent job and now can I appreciate how nice this carpet is.

Citruso cleaned several carpets in various areas in our house
just before the MLS listing for sale. Even the worst spots
in our living room were gone. The carpets showed like new.

We were very pleased with the service: The technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional and gave advice about drying times and how to speed up the drying process by leaving turning the heat up and leaving the windows ajar. The carpet was cleaned well, and disposable shoe covers were left for the owners to use while the carpet was drying.

This company charged for cleaning they did not do, worked 2.5 hours and charged $720, held back our Air Miles, deceptively misrepresented facts, applied fabric protection to upholstery not cleaned, soaked the carpets so they were wet for over 12 hours, created a huge circular stain in the middle of our carpet, killed our garden plants, and stained our driveway with oil. The company tried to get us to sign a paper saying service was complete when it had actually refused to redo the carpets and did nothing to repair or compensate for the damage, and a month later much of the dirt is returning to the surface.
Citruso Carpet Care does quality work. When they came to clean my carpets, they explained everything thoroughly, and worked efficiently. My carpets look great, and that's why I continue to use them year after year.
The company did exactly what they said they would do and that is bring our carpets back to their original state. James the tech was a real pleasure to deal with and took great care with moving the items that had to be moved for him to complete the carpet cleaning. This company was recommended by our daughter who does professional house cleaning and they did not disappoint and we will definetly be using them again and recommending them to our friends and colleagues. A job well done - A+.
