ASAP Restoration

We had a hot water tank burst. Called [redacted] in the PM on 12/20. They were out that evening until Midnight starting on the tear down and putting fans in to start the drying process as water had gone from the garage into a bedroom. They made several visits over the next week (Christmas week) to check on progress and restore our house to pre-accident condition. We would highly recommend ASAP for any project.

What an amazing company, so professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. If you are having issues with mold or any other type of restoration this is the company to use.

I had a wonderful experience with ASAP Restoration. The owner, [redacted], was incredibly prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable, and he was my contact person throughout the entire process from mitigation through reconstruction. He made my emergency a priority and had a mitigation team at my home within three hours of my initial call. They stayed until 2:30 in the morning to do a quality job getting everything set for the drying phase. [redacted] then spoke with me regularly to help me understand the insurance process, troubleshoot the problems that arose with my air conditioner, and explain my options along the way. He had a great team of professionals get my house put back together quickly - I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this company! Each person I met from ASAP was friendly, knowledgeable, patient (I ask a lot of questions…), hard working, skilled, and trustworthy. You can’t tell that I had water damage in my walls or ceiling – they did such a great job with reconstruction. This company is truly top-notch!

A tenant cut a hole in a wall in one of her bedrooms, called and told me that she may have found some mold in the wall. I was at work and was unable to handle the situation myself so I called around in search of someone who could handle this delicate situation during my lunch break. No one could come in the same day to do an inspection as it was already past noon. Eventually I found ASAP Restoration’s information on the Revdex.com with an A+ rating and they were able to fit me in their schedule.
[redacted] answered the phone and even though he was busy in Scottsdale, he came down to South Phoenix to look at the rental and was there within 45 minutes of my call! He was thorough, calmed my tenant down (who was very worried about the situation), and gave me a breakdown of his fair charges. Through [redacted]’s hard work we got our test results the next day and I couldn’t be happier to hire him.
His professionalism, comprehension, and dedication are at the highest level and I would recommend any landlord to use his services.

I talked to [redacted] to get some information about a possible mold issue in a car that I had purchased. He was very helpful. Even though I wasn't going to use his services, he still took the time to clearly explain the various tests that can be done and their effectiveness. It was nice that he spent a good 10-15 minutes explaining what I might be dealing with so that I have a clear understanding of my situation and options... all without any obligation or sales pressure. I'll definitely call him if I have a need in the future.

I was having a severe allergic reaction and found that I was allergic to mold. I called ASAP they had someone over within hours to test my home and then got results the very next day. I could return to my home and rest assured that I was safe.

We experienced major water damage to our entire house due to a reverse osmosis system failure. I phoned ASAP and [redacted] was there before the close of business that day. He immediately started the water mitigation process which was a huge endeavor. His crew was in that night and worked thruout the night to pack the entire house out, demo the water damaged areas, which was extensive, and place the necessary equipment to contain and remove the remaining water. He and lead contractor [redacted] were equally diligent in their rebuilding of virtually the entire house. [redacted] and the various crew that [redacted] contracts with did an exceptional job in all aspects of this process. ASAP Restoration comes with high marks!

Asap restoration did an excellent job. A one stop business that handles everything needed to get the repairs done. All workers were polite and professional. Excellent results. Highly recommended.

If not for the honesty of [redacted] I would have spent about $15,000 for a mold remediation of my [redacted] home that was not needed. The original company has been proven to be less than honest. I contacted ASAP Restoration some time ago and they did an excellent and thorough inspection on my home for mold. The service was affordable and all my needs were met.

I called ASAP at about 9 PM expecting to leave a message or talk to an answering service. The owner [redacted] picked up the phone and was at my house within an hour of my call. He assessed the situation and after I agreed to what needed to be done he jumped into action. He left a few fans and a dehumidifier for a few days to dry things up and he called each day to be sure things were going well. A few days later he collected the gear and gave my former flood area a clean bill of health!

[redacted] was very conscientious about everything he did. When he removed the bottom part of the drywall he measured as to leave straight cuts, simplifying the future repair. He also cleaned up every single piece of debris and vacuumed the area when he was finished. Nobody wants a flood but when it happens you want ASAP to clean up afterwards!

We called ASAP Restoration due to possible mold from a flood. The service was great and [redacted] refused to charge us for any unnecessary tests. He went above and beyond. Great company, great guy!

This company was called in to remove water from a sewage flood on mother's day. In my opinion the owner was very unprofessional and the job was not handled appropriately. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!

He didn't believe that we needed to remove kitchen cabinets in our brand new kitchen (unlike the other company that came out to give us a quote).. He was also very helpful with recommending [redacted] - the Gardener Guy - to help us solve the cause of the problem. We were also very pleased with the careful, quick work provided by [redacted] & [redacted] at [redacted] to rebuild the room.
