Great job by ASAP in a stressful situation. They came in the same day I called them, did exactly what they said they would do on a mold remediation job. Worked with an Environmental Specialist to make sure everything was done properly and according to protocol.

If I ever have another plumbing leak while I am out of town for a month that leads to excessive water damage and mold, I will call ASAP without hesitation.

It was a Fri. and I was in desperate need of a co. to solve my extensive mold problem in a house I was selling. I was having difficulty finding a co. that would respond quickly until I found ASAP Restoration in Scottsdale. The owner [redacted] helped me with insurance issues, did his inspection on Sat. and began work on Mon. His team removed all the damaged cabinets and walls, cleaned up the area and sent post-remediation air samples to a lab to ensure the house was free of mold within three days.

I called [redacted] and his team in on short notice to address damage from a water leak at my Condo. [redacted] was very responsive and quickly jumped into action to address the issue. His team worked very quickly and got the job completed in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend ASAP Restoration for anyone in a similar situation.

[redacted] was nothing but professional, kind, and top of our condo unit this year when it flooded. He responded within hours and was on site with all of the equipment he needed to get started. Working with him from start to finish was easy, smooth, and the communication was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the real estate business as well as friends & family! There was never a question unanswered or a job unfinished when it came to ASAP Restoration.
