Haydon with ASAP Roofing personally walked me through the whole process and made it as easy as it could possibly be. On the day (and it only took ONE DAY for about 2500 square ft.) that his crew came out, they were there a little early and had already had the old shingles off in record time. Using quality materials that really impressed me, they had me back in the dry within 6 hours. Unbelievable. They cleaned up and picked up every stray nail and old shingle and left me looking good as new. Oh, by the way, Haydon was onsite for the whole process, inviting my opinion and showing me every step. He really, really knows how to treat a customer. ASAP is my new brag now and I'll tell everyone.

In reference to [redacted] complaint, she SPECIAL ORDERED the sleeper in a custom fabric and colorIt was delivered in good condition and signed for by her as suchShe later reports "clunking noise when she sits on it" and that the "...fabric is all puckered around the seams.." Essentially, we do understand that sometimes there can be issues with a product as in this case with [redacted] Sleeper as she statedIn that regards, the product is typically covered under the manufacturer's warranty for any defect(s)The factory does have a protocol to follow in regards to handling any defects or issues with their productThe initial step is to send a technician to inspect and decipher if the issue can be repaired, or if the product has to be replacedThis was the case with [redacted] and when the service technician tried to contact her to setup an appointment for 12/or 12/this was the statement from the technician's report "...I gave her a few dates ( 12/6, 12/9) and she refused to set anything up, she didn't want to wait that long for serviceBefore I could explain if we get a cancellation before then I can call her, she said she's calling the store and hung up."The manufacturer simply will not replace a sofa without a technician going out to inspect the customer's complaintAs a result, since [redacted] is not cooperating with the factory's protocol to solve her issue, the service is on "hold" and they cannot do anything unless she is willing to setup this appointmentEvidently, the manufacturer is trying to solve [redacted] 's issue and this is their protocol for them to send service technicians to inspect and determine the next course of action.However, we do understand and regret [redacted] has to go through this with her Sleeper Sofa, and at Roy's we do want our customers to be satisfied with their final purchaseAs a result, we made an exception and offered [redacted] to return the Sleeper minus a restocking fee (even though it was a Custom order and all sales are typically final as noted in our invoice contract that she signed)Allowing her to return a customer order or any returns in general, based on manager approval, will include a restocking fee (as this is not a product we anticipated to keep in our inventory however, we are willing to help solve her issue by issuing a store credit for the difference) [redacted] was offered this option of returning and receiving a store credit (minus a restocking fee) and additionally she will not be without a sleeper if she wants to re-order another sleeperWe will allow her to keep the sleeper and use it until her new arrives then we will exchange the new one and pickup the one she claims is defectiveThis was an offer from Roy's if she did not want to follower the manufacturer's warranty process of having a technician sent to her home to inspect the furnitureTo this point, [redacted] has declined both options and not willing to work with us to get this resolved.Tell us why here

Beware of this ASAP of Irving,Texas roofing company.....They came by the house drew up the contract ...gave them a $check to hold for a down payment to start the work
Told them not to cash the check til I Deposit the insurance check in the bank....What do they do.....Ran the check thru the bank not once but..Twice....Overdraft my account twice...in a two week period.....Then someone calls and tells me I have a returned check...That they need to collect the funds.....That's when I told them to cancel
the contract...That I Hired another Roofing Company to do the Job....Still they harassed me in the coming weeks about the retuned check....They even sent a roofing crew and the supplies to do the work...even after I canceled the contract
ASAP is like a Cancer that won't go away....they will haunt you til the end....I've gotten about different phone numbers from that company.....asking if they can run the check thru again.....Like I said after I told them Repeatly....I Don't Want their business......Yet they don't get it.....I had to Close both my checking and Debit
card accounts per the banks advice....And report them to the FBI for check fraud
Don't understand how they are still in business......Take my advice...from my BAD experience......Look else where for a roofing company....Avoid serious headaches
and having to close your bank accounts.....Have read other reviews on leaking roofs after the work was done

I had Hail Damage and *** *** from ASAP visited with me about my situationIt took all of one day of talking with *** *** that I need not worry because unlike most companies, "He really had this"!
I was not mistaken and as soon as insurance check was paid, the crew came in, about AM and they were cleaning up by 2:PM*** and *** and another ***, *** (another manager like ***) were visiting with me and they had the best personalities, humor, etc...Felt like I had known them all my life and was tail gating with friends! I have never had so much confidence and fun doing a business transactionThe hardest part of dealing with them, is when the work is over and you know you have made friends (trusted) that you won't be talking with much anymorePlease use my name if you think you need a new roofI am proud to put my stamp of approval on this company!
