Quality customer service and knowledgeable honest staff

After contacting many roofing companies ASAP came out and inspected my home with the insurance company They walked me through the whole project what was most important was the time it took to roof the house Many homes around me the roofers were there for to days and they finished mine in Kaleab *** and Alex explained everything and made sure I was happy with the work and how things were going I will use these people again

This customer sent me an email inquiring on the status of her order which I responded with an update within 15 minutes of receiving her inquiry. Her order is on it's way to our warehouse from LA and will be received by mid next week.

In reference to [redacted] complaint, she SPECIAL ORDERED the sleeper in a custom fabric and color. It was delivered in good condition and signed for by her as such. She later reports "clunking noise when she sits on it" and that the "...fabric is all puckered around the...

seams.." Essentially, we do understand that sometimes there can be issues with a product as in this case with [redacted] Sleeper as she stated. In that regards, the product is typically covered under the manufacturer's warranty for any defect(s). The factory does have a protocol to follow in regards to handling any defects or issues with their product. The initial step is to send a technician to inspect and decipher if the issue can be repaired, or if the product has to be replaced. This was the case with [redacted] and when the service technician tried to contact her to setup an appointment for 12/6 or 12/9 this was the statement from the technician's report "...I gave her a few dates ( 12/6, 12/9)  and she refused to set anything up, she didn't want to wait that long for service. Before I could explain if we get a cancellation before then I can call her, she said she's calling the store and hung up."The manufacturer simply will not replace a sofa without a technician going out to inspect the customer's complaint. As a result, since [redacted] is not cooperating with the factory's protocol to solve her issue, the service is on "hold" and they cannot do anything unless she is willing to setup this appointment. Evidently, the manufacturer is trying to solve [redacted]'s issue and this is their normal protocol for them to send service technicians to inspect and determine the next course of action.However, we do understand and regret [redacted] has to go through this with her Sleeper Sofa, and at Roy's we do want our customers to be satisfied with their final purchase. As a result, we made an exception and offered [redacted] to return the Sleeper minus a restocking fee (even though it was a Custom order and all sales are typically final as noted in our invoice contract that she signed). Allowing her to return a customer order or any returns in general, based on manager approval, will include a restocking fee (as this is not a product we anticipated to keep in our inventory however, we are willing to help solve her issue by  issuing a store credit for the difference). [redacted] was offered this option of returning and receiving a store credit (minus a restocking fee) and additionally she will not be without a sleeper if she wants to re-order another sleeper. We will allow her to keep the sleeper and use it until her new arrives then we will exchange the new one and pickup the one she claims is defective. This was an offer from Roy's if she did not want to follower the manufacturer's warranty process of having a technician sent to her home to inspect the furniture. To this point, [redacted] has declined both options and not willing to work with us to get this resolved.Tell us why here...

The bed ordered has been delayed and will be shipped late July/early August which has been communicated to the customer. Please note we have delivered the rest of the furniture order months ago. We have no problem issuing the refund and...

cancelling the bed that was delayed. We apologize for the delay, we sometimes do not have control over the manufacturers. The refund has been issued and spoke with Anthony [redacted] who is the person on the order that the issue has been issued. This issue has now been resolved.

Great company. Very knowledgeable about the roofing systems . They have a very knowledgeable staff ( My guy was [redacted]). He was on top of everything and did exactly what he said they would do. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up before they left everyday. I highly recommend ASAP roofing company.

I worked with W[redacted] and he was able to get everything I asked for. The roof was completed in a day and the gutters done the next day. Everything looks great! When I had a concern W[redacted] immediately with out skipping a beat assured me that he would take care of it and did. Excellent customer service, very responsive and available when I called. They also took care of the insurance side of things. Good job ASAP!

I had my roof replaced on Tuesday and now I am ASAP Roofing's biggest fan. Very professional, always on time, excellent work and clean up around my home. I could not be any happier and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement. Klint K[redacted] is the best.

We had a great experience with ASAP Roofing, after having a not so great experience with another roofer in the Tyler area. We had a new roof put on mostly based on price. I decided to have it inspected by ASAP Roofing and Klint came out and showed me several things that were done incorrectly. I was very upset. I even got several other opinions and, sure enough, Klint was right. I didn't trust the previous roofer to get on my roof after what he had done, so I asked ASAP Roofing to do the repair work. He came out several times to make sure everything was done correctly and exceeded my expectations. I only wished they had put the new roof on from the beginning. They're reliable, efficient, and the expertise is unmatched. I will be using them in the future. If you're reading this looking for someone you can trust, you found it!

2 names....Mr. Taylor Bang and Mr. Tuan Tinsley..... what class acts are these 2 gentlemen. Extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, deep thinkers, all the while exhibiting ethics, integrity and morals. I am so pleased with the work done on my home! Austin came out and took off my old gutters and put new ones on my home. He did an excellent job and made sure the entire area was clean of all the old gutters, nails, and screws. I highly recommend ASAP roofing!

I highly recommend ASAP Roofing. They were honest, dependable & did quality work. Klint took pictures as they repaired my roof to show me exactly what was done. He also came out the following day when I had a question.

I recently used ASAP Roofing to perform an inspection and repair on my roof. They were very quick, courteous and really went above and beyond explaining what my issues were and how they were going to fix them. The customer service was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Additionally, all of the work was performed for a very reasonable price. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the fact they were true to their name and got the job completed ASAP.

Absolutely great service. They did a wonderful job fixing my leaking skylights. Very professional.

We have had a great experience from beginning to end with ASAP roofing. Mr. Taylor Bang commands great professionalism and knowledge. My wife was extra concerned about getting the work done as she runs an in home child care and needs the work done quick and clean. We were very pleased to see ASAP roofing follow through with their word to get the job done quick and to leave the site as clean as they did.
