Services were not completed on job he was paid for, when offered reduced payment for labor he refused.
In January *** Dixon was hired to put in sewer lines and holding tanks to existing septic system on site. He was paid cash in full for job and left without back filling soil over lines. In February he was subcontractored for additional work to said septic drain field and additional temporary driveway install. He was paid $4800.00 for materials and told when he finished the first jobs back filling the remaining balance of the $7450.00 would be paid in full to date he never come back. Claimed he wasn't call to schedule the job. I acted in good faith paying him more than half of the balance so he could pay the venders he got supplies from, because they weren't part of the first jobs neglect. I offered him $1650.00 because the job was already finished since I waited months for him to return. He refused and said I would be paying more than that for a lawyer.

All services were contracted by husband of complainant, not complainant listed.
All septic tank work was completed inspected by *** County Environmental Health Department and passed. I was paid in full for that job.
Contacted in February by husband, not complainant, to install permanent driveway, put in a water line, had topsoil brought in for drainfield of septic system b/c husband wanted more soil on drainfield of septic system because of substantial amount of water standing on drainfield.
All work was completed and I was paid a partial payment of 4800.00 on a balance of 7450.00. by the husband with complainants check. Was told by husband to give him a week or two to procure the remaining balance of 2650.00. Was not told that customer was not happy with job. Told via text by husband on March 23 that hopefully he would have payment within the week. Never heard back from him.
Complainant only offered 1650.00 on the remaining balance after she was notified that I had put a lien against the property for the balance.
This information is incorrect and I have pictures as well! I am having cocomputer issues and have too call to sleek to someone. The storm has effected me directly and I am sorrru I just got power on. I will call in the morning!
