BAIT and SWITCH, Do your research before ordering from this company!
I bought a phone thinking it would be what was actually listedInstead I received a completely different phone which was also an older modelI didnt receive what I had ordered! This is only a scam to get your money and try and slip one past youI called immediately upon opening the box and was told that they were sorry and it was an accidentThey dont actually have the product that I ordered in stock or ever had it in stock, they only listed it by mistake!!! How are you going to sell an item that you do not have and send an older model insteadPLEASE do not waste your time with this company as I have, pay a little more and use somebody reputable like amazon, I will never make this mistake again

I had purchase an ice machine from ASavings through *** some months back An issue arose with it and I was able to make contact with a gentleman named Sam and then a Customer Service Specialist, Erin They resolved my problem in record time, I was contacted within days and everything taken care of in a week Their response was speedy and totally satisfactory Erin was a joy to work with - keeping me informed every step of the way I wish all companies valued their customers the way this company does Thank you Sam and Erin!

Espresso Machine Saeco model HD8327
I bought this Espresso machine through Amazon and it was sent to me be your company.
The problem is when brewing coffee the pressurized filter holder pops off and doesn't hold firmly.The handle only makes a quarter turn, unlike on the diagram where the handle make a half turn. My previous Saeco machine lasted over 10 years, I know this manufacture produces a quality product, what is your best advice? Sincerely, E.N. Manalo
