I wish I had read this before buying from Asavings. I bought a new Breville Espresso machine in March 2017 on eBay. Within two months I had to send it back to manufactures and they kindly repaired it under the one year warranty. In December 2017 it started leaking water very badly. I contacted Asavings because Breville told me that I would no longer be under warranty because Asavings was not an authorized vendor...help! No way would they help, they said 90 days was up and could not help, send it back to Breville. Told them repeatedly I could not send it back. I only wanted it repaired or replaced but no such luck. I am a senior and out of $499 but they don't care. Please do not do business with them.

Review: I purchased a new international phone in December 2014 from a$avings on [redacted] for $224.99; [redacted] order [redacted]. There was no mention of warranty information on the invoice; the MFG warranty states one year. After seven months the phone is unable to charge. I did some research and found (from [redacted] US) the phone was manufactured in Africa and I would have to go through ASavings to assist me with the international warranty. I have left calls into ASavings (the seller) but they haven’t called me back. Right now I have a college student 150 miles from my house without a cell phone and find it hard to pay another $225 for a phone when the current one is under manufacture warranty.Desired Settlement: Would like a replacement phone for my daughter either from [redacted] or [redacted].

BAIT and SWITCH, Do your research before ordering from this company!

I bought a phone thinking it would be what was actually listed. Instead I received a completely different phone which was also an older model. I didnt receive what I had ordered! This is only a scam to get your money and try and slip one past you. I called immediately upon opening the box and was told that they were sorry and it was an accident. They dont actually have the product that I ordered in stock or ever had it in stock, they only listed it by mistake!!! How are you going to sell an item that you do not have and send an older model instead. PLEASE do not waste your time with this company as I have, pay a little more and use somebody reputable like amazon, I will never make this mistake again.

Review: I purchased headphones from this company through the [redacted] Website in September. Yes, their policy states refunds for 30 days but I opened the product about 60 days after purchase to find they were shipped to be BROKEN. I contacted the company and they told me they cannot do anything. I also contacted [redacted] and because of their policy, I cannot return them. I don't even want the headphones since they are broken and this company will not do anything about it. Who ships someone a broken product and then will not assist them because it is passed the date. It is not like it is 1 year later. It is 2 months later and I opened them to find the plastic snapped/broken so one ear piece dangles.Desired Settlement: I just want to return the headphones and get my money back. I don't want them and I know it is "only" $14 but I work hard for my money and I don't expect to be shipped BROKEN products.

Review: Well pretty much I filed a dispute via [redacted], for the reasoning of, the product itself when I received the Mohu antenna, I figured I was getting a deal when they are involved with the cutthecord union, nevertheless, once I received the product only 8channels came, which wasn't the issue of the 8channel none of them showed a clear picture, I'm not sure if that was the nature of the location I am in, or if it was a defective product upon shipment. So once I filed the dispute based on the statement prior, the company denies it, and writes a message in [redacted], stating I can return the item, but didn't issue any kind of resolution in the correspondence via [redacted], so I called them expressed to the representative [redacted], my issue with the product, and she issued me an RMA number, so normally when you are issued an RMA# a label come with it... Not in this case, so I called the next day 7/**/2014 1:28pm CST, and believe I spoke with [redacted], or someone who sounded similar, but I told her I did not receive a label, and rudely she says we do not issue labels for customers not being satisfied with the product, there I reiterated that the channels did not come in clear, so therefore, the product is defective, and apparently the representative only took notes on one of my issues that being the 8 channels, so she states I have to pay shipping, no big deal, but I was questioning if I pay USPS shipping to ship to the establishment, then would I get the full amount of the refund, she says it company policy that you, the customer pay shipping to ship to us, and then you are issued a refund, where another fee for shipping is deducted, so in essence your paying shipping 2xs on an item that was advertised a free shipping which makes no sense.Desired Settlement: I want an apology issued from this company, and if my claim is unsuccessful via [redacted] then I would also like a full refund.

Review: I ordered a music keyboard from this company via [redacted].aSavings send the keyboard but neglected to send a package containing the power supply and a foot peddle that goes with the keyboard. This is a an additional package of hardware that doesn't typically come with the keyboard (you have to purchase it separately) However, they clearly stated that this package was included as part of the sale. I brought it to their attention and the attention of [redacted]. [redacted] has been acting as a go between. And I am still waiting for a confirmation from aSavings that they did in fact send it and a tracking number for the package which they have refused to provide. Their customer service reviews are terrible. Unfortunately I did not know this until I had already done business with them. This extra package they were supposed to have included is part of a present for my ** year old for Christmas. I simply want what I was promised in a timely manner before the month is over with. I am out of the office the week of Christmas and was hoping to get it sometime between the days of Dec [redacted] thru the [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like what I paid for and was promised in the description of the merchandise website. I would be happy to include my copy of the receipt indicating that this package (called a survival kit) was supposed to be included as part of the sale. And I would have liked it before Christmas. That is why I ordered it on the [redacted] of December.

Review: Bought a Cuisinart DGB625BC grind and brew 12 cup automatic coffee maker /brewer on [redacted]. #[redacted]2.from customer service specialist [redacted]. I emailed her 16 times, on getting half my money back. Paid $64.99 & item damaged the auto brew does not work. All I want is $32.49 transferred to my bank account. Because seller did not advertised the item was refurbished, if I have known it was refurbished I would not have bought it. Also [redacted], will do nothing more about this problem.I filed a possible Freud, and false advertising with seller. Was told to give them 8-10 day's, but not even 24hrs. They emailed me,and from the email they are residing with seller. Don't know what else to do.and yes, I emailed seller told her I was going to file a complaint with the B.B.B. so she knows. Thankyou.Desired Settlement: To transfer $32.49 back in my bank account. And I'm to keep the coffeemaker, no questions asked. Also to stop emailing me.

Review: Dea Sir., I bought the product " LeapFrog LeapPad2 Explorer - Pink ( [redacted] )" from asavings on Nov,[redacted],2012 through ebay. They sent the product, but because a delay in getting the product in Brazil, the brazilian post office sent that back to the sender. After that I sent several e-mails to this asavings without any answer from them. I tried to call them but the time response is too long and the international calls in Brazil are so expensive. so I would like to establish a communication channel with this company to solve this problem; Thanks a lotDesired Settlement: To receive an e-mail from them and talk about the way they will resend the product to me.

I had purchase an ice machine from ASavings through [redacted] some months back. An issue arose with it and I was able to make contact with a gentleman named Sam and then a Customer Service Specialist, Erin. They resolved my problem in record time, I was contacted within 2 days and everything taken care of in a week. Their response was speedy and totally satisfactory. Erin was a joy to work with - keeping me informed every step of the way. I wish all companies valued their customers the way this company does. Thank you Sam and Erin!
