My experience with Dr. *** Has been remarkable. 1 day after placing an inquiry to the mesothelioma website, materials arrived in mynmail with a very informative educationan booklet to assit my learning about mesothelioma. Two days later I received a telephone call from Dr. Snehal *** . We spoke about the realitres and approaces the foundation could help us with. She was very empathetic and quite knowledgeable.

My thanks to Dr. *** and the team at the Mesothelioma Center. They have been phenomenal in providing resources and support to help our family understanding the challenges we will be facing as my dad battles with this disease. Dr. *** has been understanding and very informative and has been an excellent resource, especially in understanding treatment options and how to work with our local doctors to develop a good relationship and be informed. There is comfort knowing we have an independent ally that can help provide perspective along the way.

Because of their guidance, I was able to navigate getting my mother into MD Anderson when her case got put aside by mistake in all the Covid craziness. Vanessa was amazing and I can't recommend enough reaching out to them. I thought it was a gimmick to get you to hire a lawyer, but I was so wrong. They truly seemed to want to help meso patients and KNOW what you need to ask and do in order to get help.

The kind caring people there have helped me and my family on this difficult road are invaluable!! Just to know we can reach out to them with questions or guidance is such a help!! We say THANK YOU !!!

This site has been hugely helpful with helping me learn more about my unfortunate situation and the different treatment options, including clinical trials that are available.

The mesothelioma center is an excellent resource for people suffering with mesothelioma. Dr Smart was wonderful. She is so caring and compassionate. I really appreciate everything that she did for us.

my husband was told he was exposed to asbestos after a cat scan of his chest. The dr mentioned mesothelioma. so we asked for information. we got a lot of calls and e-mails. my husband saw a pulmonologist who said it was minimal and he'll have a follow up in 6 months, we'll go from there.

Shocked, as most families are when they hear a diagnosis of mesothelioma, we scoured the net looking for information. We landed at asbestos.com and what a blessing it has been. After we communicated by email back and forth one day we found a huge package over-nighted to us by Amy. I was in disbelief that she acted so quickly! Amy has been in touch with me since October, emailing once or twice a week to give us support and to answer any questions we might have. She introduced us to Danielle who was as caring and willing to help as Amy. She explained the process of filing a claim and set up telephone and home interviews. We did not have to go anywhere for the meeting. The investigator came to us. I cannot thank Amy and Danielle enough for how they have embraced our family and provided support. My mother passed away just 3 months after diagnosis at the age of 88 years. Prior to that, she was a very active senior. If you need help as we did, please contact asbestos.com. I am so impressed with this organization! I asked for information, expecting a brochure or something like that..however Amy P went above and beyond! She sent me a big file folder with so much I was so happy. Our family appreciated all the information. My Uncle was excited with the bracelets. After receiving word of a family member's mesothelioma diagnosis, I began researching internet articles. After only a few articles, I began to notice Daniel K's name showing up as an investigative journalist with Asbestos.com. I sent him an email to request help looking for information about steel companies' knowledge of the dangers of asbestos. I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from him in less than 24 hours. He connected me with the P, who also emailed me with links for more articles to read. I was most impressed with the level of compassion and concern all of them had for me and my family. The depth of their commitment as advocates for victims of exposure to asbestos shows throughout their organization and their resources they provide hope and knowledge for patients. I am most grateful for the personal contact and I feel confident that they will be available for future support as the disease progresses. Thank you to all who work to make a difference for those suffering from asbestos linked illnesses.

My husband's diagnosis of mesothelioma was a shock to us, as well as the doctors who had been treating him at M. Looking for information in the Internet, I found out this disease can only be caused by exposure to asbestos. I then filled out a questionnaire on asbestos.com and not only received a wealth of information but also started talking and receiving emails from Amy. In a time of great darkness, she provided a ray of light. My husband is now in treatment, receiving world class medical support and Amy still continues to call, email and check in. Both of us feel a debt of gratitude to her and the organization she represents.

I contacted the Mesothelioma Center online and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded to me in person! Danielle called me the same day! She is amazing and has a perfect balance of professionalism, compassion and knowledge, which really helped me understand this illness. She also sent us a wonderful packet of very helpful information including diet, doctors and support groups. My brother was recently diagnosed with Mesothelioma and she provided great insights and advice for him and our family on how to deal with this and the best next steps to take. Danielle also follows up with me regularly to see how my brother is doing, and to answer any questions we may have. It is great to know she is there as we maneuver through this challenging time. I am very blessed to have found Danielle and appreciate all of the support.

Hearing the news about my mother's diagnosis was heartbreaking. I felt lost, I didn't know how I could help or where to seek the best medical care. I started researching specialist online and shortly after Dr. S reached out to me. She has been extremely helpful, diligent and encouraging, throughout this entire process. Even though we aren't located in her area she has helped us get in contact and set up appointments with the best doctors/specialist nearby. She has always been available for any questions that we have and she even sent us a binder full of helpful resources.The patient advocates are amazing and true to thier title. Dealing with this is not easy but knowing that we have someone like Dr. S in our corner is reassurring and we are so grateful for her and the Mesothelioma Center.

I didn't know where to start when my brother was diagnosed with Mesothelioma. I googled "asbestos' and Asbestos.com came up. I opened the website and filled out the little questionnaire.
Within a day, Danielle from the Mesothelioma Center contacted me. They are AWESOME! Friendly, warm, knowledgeable, understanding of your anger and sadness; sympathetic, and they don't let you fall through the cracks. When they say they will follow up with you, they do it! Danielle, Karen and Dr S made me feel that someone cared that my brother was exposed to Asbestos and that there are people and an organization out there, who care and are doing everything they can to make the companies accountable for this. They don't pressure you to do anything, they simply provide you with the information you need. Be it doctors who specialize, attorneys who specialize in just mesothelioma cases, or just listening to you vent.
