We apologize for the confusion. We did not send the customers any messages. The message the customer recieved was from their credit/financing company. We had nothing to do with the credit company.

We're not sure who this person is; upon typing in the number and address provided, I was unable to locate a customer of ours. This is probably in reference to a customer who owes money for [redacted]. The calls are certainly not coming from this company (we never make calls to collect money - all monetary...

disputes are taken directly with the credit card companies or through legal procedures).

Upon inspection, the technician found that the merchandise was not defective; therefore, no service will be made.

We sincerely apologize for the delivery fee mishap. As of December 22, 2015, the customer was refunded the $150.00 delivery fee.

We apologized for the prolonged delay of the merchandise. The customer was able to reselect for items that were in stock. As of 11/19, the customer was delivered the merchandise. We hope this was a satisfactory outcome and thank the customer for their patience regarding the matter.

Customer was given the difference of the item she says was sold above the sale price. It has since been picked up. Regarding the refund, the customer is welcome to come and get the remaining $3.04.

Regardless, the zippers are not covered under the manufacturing warranty.

As a courtesy, we will gladly exchange the mattress. However, we are not paying for the inspection because we reject the idea that the bed bugs came with the mattress.
