My concern is that I have been told several times in the past that this would be taken care of. I would like to keep my complaint open until I see the credit reflected on my account and receive a replacement table.

After further review of [redacted] situation, we have found that parts had been ordered for the chair and a Furniture Technician is scheduled to go out on 9/28/17 to install those parts.  It has also been noted in her claim for the service technician to bring out extra foam to put in the chair as we are unable to order the foam as a replacement part. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I need an email with a detailed billing statement that shows each credit and debit from my account starting in June of 2014 to my current bill. Once I receive that bill and can review the information and verify that it is correct, I will at that time decide if I will accept the response. Also, I had asked that the bill for the chair in question for which your company has wasted so much of my time on, that my bill should be credited for that amount.Regards,[redacted]

It seems consistent with the overall lack of Customer Service found in a number of retail outlets. We will never buy or recommend Ashley Furniture again.... Great products (Arrogant and condescending Management) and especially the gal that answers the phone when you have a problem....

Thank you for the update on [redacted]’s complaint.  We have reached out to our upper management team regarding Ms. [redacted]’s complaint.  Our Upper management team has reviewed her claim along with the pictures our technician took when he was there.  The damages in question are surface scratches.  Surface scratches are not a manufacturing defect.  We have already replaced material for one cushion on the loveseat.  At this time per our upper management team, we will replace the material for the sofa cushions and schedule a technician to install those parts.  For those parts to be ordered we invite Ms. [redacted] to contact our customer service line at ###-###-####.  Regards, Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. Ms. [redacted] was told that the Company is willing to return the sectional however the cus[redacted]er would be responsible for incurring a 30% re-stock fee which is a part of the policies and procedures. The cus[redacted]ers are made aware upon the initial sale that for any reason they choose to return the...

A furniture Technician has approved the merchandise for return and as stated the Company is willing to accept a return of the furniture with the 30% re-stock fee. The cus[redacted]ers are made aware of this policy up front and they sign their sales receipt verifying that they have read and understand the Companies policies.It is our full intent to work with the cus[redacted]er and accept a return of the furniture however the cus[redacted]er is responsible for paying the 30% re-stock fee.

I do not want this furniture repaired. The cushions are all going flat and look terrible and are very uncomfortable to sit on. I have had a problem with this furniture from the day it was delivered to my home with a burned out motor in the recliner.The sales person that sold this furniture to me lied about it. I made an appointment to go look at it and when I got there she informed me that they were out of stock of the one that I saw on line but she had some exactly like it in the show room. This is not even the furniture that I thought I was getting and I have told Ashley that over and over. Also furniture that is less than 3 weeks old should not need to be repaired it should be replaced or the money that was paid for it should be refunded. How would you like to pay $3000. dollars for furniture that the cushions are flat and the foot rest on the chair was stuck up in the air for at least 2 weeks before it was replaced. Now the sofa has holes in the side of it that just keep getting bigger every day and you say that it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the part to come in? I think your warranty is terrible I bought the extended one and I can see that I will be needing to use that many times unless I get my money back from your company which is the only thing that will make me a happy customer,but I can see Ashley has no regard to how they treat people.
