Upon full review...

of the customer’s recent sale, it was determined that the customer only paid for 4 chairs rather than 8.  The store discussed the sales tags and receipts with the customer.  It was determined that there was miscommunication when it came to our packaging.  The customer seen the 2/CN which only indicates the way we package and ship the product.  It did not mean the customer was purchasing 8 chairs. 
 
Due to the miscommunication, the store has agreed to provide the customer with the 4 additional chairs at no charge.  We feel this is a good faith effort to overcome the misunderstanding with the packaging.

customer’s claim, we have contacted the store manager and the store will be refunding the delivery fee of $75.00. The customer has a scheduled delivery date for a new sofa on February 6th.  We invite the customer to contact her local retail store with any questions or concerns.

Upon receiving this complaint, we have been working with the store's upper management. They have made multiple attempts to contact the customer, but have not been successful in speaking with her. The store is unsure if the base is still in Illinois or if it was moved to Arizona as well. If the base...

is still in Illinois, the store is willing to give the customer full credit for the base and provide a flat foundation since the customer is not happy with the base itself.  We feel this is a fair resolution. However, if the base is now in Arizona, the customer will need to deal directly with Tempurpedic and let them send a tech to her home to see what can be done. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My mother [redacted] and I have been attempting regular contact with Ashley representatives. While Katie from Ashley left me an email saying she couldn't reach me earlier this week, we both attempted to call her back 6 times in a single day without success, each time leaving voicemails. We finally talked to them on Thursday, which is the day before this response was sent. We have even reached out to Ashley via a different phone number, a different email address and via social media. They begin to respond then they stop.  They continue to push store credit and not a refund as we wish to have. Again, I must ask: why would we wish to buy more furniture from them when we have seen what happens to it? Any pieces we purchase would not match the ones we would be replacing, and who is to say the same problem will not happen to the remaining pieces soon? We are very reluctant to receive store credit and purchase more goods from Ashley.

If a good rate a 0. My experience with this store was a nightmare. I just relocated to the Dallas area per my job. I chose this store because it was closer to my new place. I dealt with store representative Valerie, who was at first very helpful and friendly. I explained to her my expectations for delivery because of my schedule with moving to a new city. She set the expectations that it would take 2 weeks which was understandable due to the holidays. Afterwards she explained that sometimes the shipping comes quicker and "all of my order" should defiantly come before the second week of December. That was completely wrong causing a huge conflict. The only thing that arrived was my bedroom set. Setting an appointment is horrible they don't let you know until a day before the time frame that the truck will arrive. I finally took the stand to contact the store manager and got the assistant manager to complain about my experience. Sadly he wasn't any help, promised to call back, it’s been two days and I haven't heard back from him.

continues to stand by our initial response in that we would be willing to enter
a reselection for the entire bedroom set under the understanding if the
customer chooses furniture more expensive than what is in their home they would
be responsible for the difference of the cost of the furnitureI have also
reached out to the store and we have decided that we could also offer to send
out a technician to try to round the corners on the bedroom at no guarantee
that they will be as rounded as you prefer
