sorry to hear about the [redacted]’s dissatisfaction of the quality of the furniture in their home.  Ashley is continually trying to improve the strength and quality of their furniture.  Our quality team has been advised of the poor support under the Cal/King Sleigh bed rail system.  The store will also be processing a $100 credit to their Synchrony account so that they will not need to cancel any part of their Protection Plan. Please be advised that it may take 2-3 billing cycles before this credit will appear on their statement.   Thank you once again for the opportunity to assist the customer.  We do feel that we were able to reach a satisfactory resolution with the [redacted]’s.     Regards, Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. If paid by cash or check ( as it states on the back of the customers invoice) refund checks can take up to 15 banking business days plus mailing time.
A refund check has been issued and mailed out to the customer.

We have contacted our customer to discus resolutions.

I did not receive my lamps July 24, 2017 as Ashley Furniture said that I would. I called today and spoke with  [redacted] and she said that [redacted] said that there has been an issue with the UPS scanner and I will receive my lamps August 10, 2017. She said to call back if I do not receive the lamps.

concerns, we do apologize however we are not able to assist with his claim that was filled with Guardsman.  Per our Sales Terms and Conditions that Chad had acknowledged and agreed to at the time of purchase, it states the we are not affiliated with nor do we back or support any plan offered by the protection plan vendor. This matter is between Chad and Guardsman.  Chad will need to contact Guardsman and follow the policy procedures that Guardsman requires.  Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. does not cover accidental damages or incidents that are caused by the consumer.  We do however cover any manufacturing defects within the first year of purchase.  Chad’s warranty expired on 3/25/2016. The total for $250 restocking fee plus $250 desk plus two lamps at $20 each plus $199 delivery fee plus tax on the purchase items is $768.00. Ashley charged me total of $1485.00 on my own credit card plus the Ashley credit card. They owe me $714.00. Attached, I submitted my receipts and evidence of my purchase to support my calculations to resolve this issue.Regards,[redacted]

After review of Mr. [redacted] claim, we have reached out to management at our retail store location again. They have advised that they will be processing an exchange of the armless recliner. so a resolution can be reached in a timely manner.The customer accepted delivery on 8/20/14 of the mattress set.  On 9/9/14 the customer called in and we scheduled a technician. The technician was out to the customer's home on 9/12/14 and at that time the mattress had no manufacturing defects. We have a no return policy on all mattresses.

[redacted]  I was never contacted by Ashley Furniture regarding the delivery of my product for Saturday and nor was a time provided in their official response - do I have to give up my entire one day off for this delivery. I have already missed countless hours of work calling Ashley Furniture for a status and just now through the Revdex.com did I ever get any action on my missing product! Only yesterday evening did I receive a phone call from [redacted] of the Ashely Furniture Long Beach store did I find out that the store manager expressed his apologies through his assistant and his assistant stated he authorized a $500.00 gift certificate from Corporate towards future furniture at Ashley Furniture; therefore, where did this $100.00 offer come from?? I called again to my sales rep [redacted] and he confirmed the $500.00 gift certificate but wasn't sure when my furniture would be delivered as the system could not provide him any information. Can someone please figure out what is going on and why I have been getting conflicting information from Ashley Furniture. I need someone to send me an official response about my missing furniture and the true gift certificate amount that Ashley Furniture Long Beach manager already confirmed to me through [redacted]. Please advise.

I have attempted to contact customer several times to address concerns with no success. I have left mulitple messages . I will continue to try to reach customer and offer a resolution .
