Review: Online business a fraud. I ordered merchandise 8/22/2014. I knew it was a risk after reading all the complaints on social media and online. I decided to order merchandise with hopes the written blogs were just misunderstanding. When requesting the merchandise that was ordered never received and responses. I've emailed, called, left messages, and no follow up. Prior to the ordering she mention a huge sale. This brought in many honest customers to only find out and read from a blog the funds were used to open a studio. I still never heard back from any of my correspondances or never received my merchandise. She has cut off all communications.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I purchased at painting for $16.69 (which included shipping) on the ashthepainter.com on September 25, 2013 and was given a delivery date of 6-8 weeks. I have contacted the vendor several times via email and FaceBook but have not received any response in reference to delivery of the product or a full refund. The vendor has posted on the Facebook page that she would be closing November 26,2013 but stated that all customer who had purchased up to that date would receive their items by December 25,2013. However, on December 2, 2013 a new announcement was made on the FaceBook page saying that the business would remain open but nothing was said about orders that have yet to be delivered. The business FaceBook page is m.facebook.com/ashthepainter.Desired Settlement: I would like to a have a refund at the stage of the process. I have been patiently waiting to hear something from the vendor about receiving product or a refund but have heard nothing since the date of my purchase September 25, 2013.

Review: I have purchased artwork from AshthePainter in July and I have not received my piece yet. I have receieved several emails and made several calls with the assurance that it will be received. As of October, I received a photocopy again with the assurance that my artwork (original acylic) is on it's way. It is now January of 2014 and I would like to be issued a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of $58.60

Review: On June 30th 2013, I ordered 2 works of art from ashthepainter.com, a custom order and print order entitled marilyn Mon"fro". I reached out to the customer service via phone and email numerous times, I spoke to Jo on the phone at the end of August to communicate this request and was told to text her and that she would get back to me. I have not heard from her other than one email. I have left 5 total voice mails and 8 total emails and they have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I would love to still receive the print "Marilyn Monfro" that I ordered.

Review: I placed an online order with Ash the Painter on September 3, 2013 for the amount of $78 which was immediately withdrawn from my Paypal account (transaction #[redacted]). On September 24, 2013, I received an email stating my order had been delayed but I should receive it in 7-14 business days. On November 1, 2013, I sent an email to the customer service rep, Marqqus Chappell, inquiring about the status of my order. On November 5,2013, I received an email directly from the artist [redacted], stating, "I am experiencing a delay on certain items but if you give me a chance to work it out I will." I did just that.

I waited until the holiday passed hoping my order would be fulfilled but still nothing. On January 17, 2014, I sent another email inquiring about the status of my order and have yet to hear a response.Desired Settlement: I would like Ash the Painter to provide feedback on this issue. If my order cannot be fulfilled, I would like a full refund, immediately.

Review: Item ordered never received and buyer has been ignoring my inquiries in regards to this saleDesired Settlement: On Aug 18, 2013 17:22:44 PDT, I purchased two items at the total cost of $22.96 USD from AshThePainter. Payment made via [redacted]. Receipt No:[redacted]. I have tried calling the buyer...Sending a message to the business email...and contacting the buyer via [redacted]. She is very active on [redacted]. She has deleted all of my inquiries I left on her page regarding the status of my order. This leads me to believe she is purposely ignoring me.

Review: I ordered 3 t-shirts from this business on June 28, 2013. Today is September 16, 2013 and I still have NOT received my order NOR the refund I've requested after the 6-8 week shipping time had expired. I received email with apology for delay and notification my order would arrive by August 23, 2013 about a week earlier. Then I received a subsequent email asking for patience and forgiveness in the delay of delivery due to the overwhelming amount of orders and not enough staff to keep up. I oblidged and waited another 2 weeks and still NOTHING! I'm constantly seeing updates about orders going out on Face Book by this artist. I've voiced my complaints publicly on her FB page and still NO RESPONSES. Today I even saw that someone who ordered in August, 2013 was on her shipping list for today. Review: I ordered 3 pictures from this business on September 25, 2013. It said that it would take 3-4 weeks. It is now week number 7. I have tried contacting this business through an email and have YET to get a response. I have also tried contacting through FACEBOOK, which the business owner is constantly on considering the fact that the owner is traveling and sharing with the world her experience rather than working on the issues concerning the art many people have still NOT received. and also have yet to get a response. Also, whenever I check back to the posts I have "commented" on, the comment continues to be removed. Since my success with FACEBOOK is useless and I don't receive emails back, my next plan was to try to contact AGAIN through the website info. BUT when I clicked on the link it states: Bad Request (Invalid Hostname).. I.E. the website has been taken down.After 12 days I FINALLY got a response and then I was told I would receive a phone call and I still have not received one after 6 days. Then I get back on her website and it says that all shipments have been postponed until THANKSGIVING. Which would result in me having to wait an additional 2 weeks which in total is 9 weeks.Desired Settlement: I would like to know why I have been charged on my credit card and haven't received my shipment on or before the set shipment date. Which stated 3-4 weeks. I don't feel that growth of business in a short amount of time & being overwhelmed is an accurate response. Considering that this artist had been traveling and doing paintings in other states.Since I have waited this long, I would like these prints delivered now. As well as something to compensate for my prolonged delay.

Review: I ordered artwork back in July and was told I would get it in 6-8 weeks It is 11-23-2013 I still have not gotten my purchase nor the refund I was promised. Paypal will not get involved because it has been more than 45 days. This artist needs to be shut down for taking peoples money and not delivering the items not refund. Will not respond to phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money.

Review: I have tried without success to rightfully receive the items that I paid for via PayPal in the amount of $33.76 to Ash The Painter on August 18, 2013. I have been kind, patient and more than understanding, however, I have never received my merchandise nor have I ever received a refund as promised. After several unreturned calls and many email attempts to try to resolve this issue by patiently waiting for the promised merchandise, I am left with no choice but to file a complaint. My PayPal transaction ID was [redacted].Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to receive a full refund for the items that I purchased but never received. At this point, I am no longer interested in the shirts that I ordered since I was no treated fairly or respected as a supporting customer.

Review: I order a t shirt from Ash the painter and she failed to supply me with the paid item. I purchased it and never got it. I contacted the seller and they told me due to a large demand that they are trying to get it out to me when they could. I contacted them many times and they told me they would send it. I then moved to dispute the sell on Paypal but the sell was over 45 days old and they closed the case.Desired Settlement: To get my money put back on my pay pal account or money order sent to me. I do not want her to send a personal check because she cannot be trusted as a vendor

Review: I order from ash the painter on June 6, 2013. At the time she was on [redacted]. Her estimate delivery time was 6 to 8 weeks. By mid August I had not received anything. I emailed her several times a week to know the status of my prints I ordered. In September I finally revived an email apologizing for the delay. She asked me to leave detailed information about my order and she gave me a phone number to call just in case she hadn't contacted me. I didn't get an email back that month either. However, I called several times and I've left very detailed messages about my order. I never got a response. Today is November 1st and I just would like to be refunded.Desired Settlement: 25.00

Review: Ordered a painting from ashthepainter etsy Web page. Waited the required 8 weeks did not receive painting. Contacted that paintings were backed up was told on 3 separate occasion that either my painting was shipped already or shipped in a week. Several more months passed in which I did not receive and contact was ignored! 11 months later and still have not received product or refund along with many others!Desired Settlement: Return Purchase and shipping payment!

Review: On August 11, 2013 I ordered 16 [redacted] and a [redacted]. On September 24, 2013, I received an email reheating my order and advised it would be sent in 7-14 days. I emailed, sent private messages on [redacted], and even spoke with [redacted] in October. Finally, on 10-30-2013, I received a package placed in a bag with a postage of $3.09 (keep in mind my shipping costs were $19.00) that contained an [redacted]. NO PRINTS! Review: I purchased artwork from this merchant on 9/7/2013, and I never received what I purchased. The merchant promised it would be delivered in October, then again by Thanksgiving, and it's now a new year. The merchant has not responded to phone calls, emails or facebook post or messages. There are a lot of us consumers that have purchased art from this company as early as April 2013 and nothing has been received. There is a lot of negative feedback on the merchants facebook page from disappointed consumers, all waiting on our purchase or a refund, and a response to why we haven't received anything would be great.Desired Settlement: I want what I purchased or give me a refund including the shipping and handling that paid for.

Review: I have brought items from the Ash the Painter website on two separate occasions. The first being July 8, 2013 in the amount of $25.98 and the second was on July 28, 2013 for $12.14. The website stated to allow 4-5 weeks for delivery so I've waited patiently. The first email I sent about my order was on Aug. 29, 2013 stating I was still yet to receive my order and was wondering what was going on. I received a response from "[redacted]" stating that my order will be sent out "Tuesday of the following week" (which would have been Sept. 3, 2013) but one of the items I ordered ("10,000 curls") would take longer because the shipping tube was on back order. Sept. 13, 2013 comes around and I have still yet to receive the order, so I sent another email requesting a refund. A few days later, I got another response from the "AshThePainter Team" stating that my order will be sent out in the next few days. The email also explained that the delay was due to "extreme growth in sales, staffing, and relocation of their studio". Oct. 2, 2013 and yet still no order I sent an email demanding a refund and not the items. Oct. 13, 2013 there was a mass email sent out to all of her customers from "Ash The Painter" herself again explaining the issue with customers not receiving their orders. In the following weeks I would get responses to emails I already sent. The emails was as if the same response was sent to all customers who had complained. "AshThePainter" then reached out to me on social media after I posted it had been over 3 months since I ordered and still nothing. She told me to text her and then assured that my order will be sent right away. She even gave me a call. I was hopeful but weeks later still no order. Another social media post was sent out from her (around the being of Nov.) saying no orders will be sent until after 11/28 and to request a refund via [redacted] if you can not wait. on Nov. 8, 2013 I requested a refund for $38.17 and now on 12/27/13 the refund is still pending. I would like an immediate refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund sent via [redacted] in the amount of $38.17

Review: On Aug 11, 2013 I placed a order on www.ashthepainter.com website for $38.76 via pay-pal. During that time she had issued a statement that do to the increase of orders it would take 4-8 weeks for delivery because she hand paints all of her paintings. Then on September 16, 2013 I received an e-mail from a [redacted] (Manager of Operations), stating that my order had been shipped and I should receive it in 7-14 business days. Then on October 13, 2013 another mass email was sent out explaining she would be doing art shows in various cities and her new studio address was [redacted], Yakima WA 98902. I then sent an email on October 24, 2013 stating I had not received my product and I also called the number provided on the website and left a message, to date I have not received my paintings.Desired Settlement: $38.46

Review: I purchased "art" from this "business" September 25, 2013, that totaled to $30.87 USD. I tried contacting the seller multiple time and after months I was finally told that my shipment would be on its way soon and that she seller was overwhelmed and "sick" and was in the hospital. After nearly 2 years I tried contacting the seller again and she stated that she would be working on my order and sending it ASAP. After A month I contacted the seller again and she stated that she was not filling my order and I could get a refund. I then stated that I wanted the product that I have been waiting for, for nearly 2 years. She then told me I was getting an attitude and said that she would file a harassment claim on me through Revdex.com. Although I'm not sure why because I was only asking about my order that I paid my hard earned money for.

I am not the only one she has done this to. Many other women and men around this country are still waiting on orders from at least 2 years ago. This girl needs to be shut down so she cannot continue stealing the money of American citizens and continue to get away with it. You could simply type her name into google and see many reviews of her not sending products and supplies. During a phone conversation she also mentioned that Revdex.com has shut her down once and she opened a new page under a new name so that she could continue business (check into that please).Desired Settlement: Full Refund, Complete shut down of business, Revdex.com needs to pursue legal actions against this con artist & scammer.

Review: I ordered painting prints and a t-shirt via the ash the painter website. After paying in full I never received my painting prints. I did however receive my tshirt. And after trying to contact her via the website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email and by phone I have gotten no response.

I received emails on 10/6/2013, 11/5/2013 & 11/8/2013 and never heard from her again.

I was directed to your page by a [redacted] who also had issue with receiving art work and never received a refund wither.
