Review: I placed two orders last year and have not received my products or an update about when I should receive them. I have called and sent several emails and haven't received a reply. I am unable to ask paypal for a refund because it is past its refund policy.Desired Settlement: I would like my products or my money back.
Review: I purchased a print from this business on September 10. At that time the website stated that there was a delay in shipping but I should receive my order in 6-8 weeks. When I did not receive my print I contacted the business through email on November 14 requesting an update on my order. I received a generic email from the business stating that there was a delay and orders were shipped and should be received by November 28. I did not receive my print by this date and I contacted the business again on December 9 to request a refund. I have yet to receive a response from them. This business was using paypal for sales, I believe this business had no intention of honoring the sale and purposefully delayed delivery time and responding to customers to avoid having customers file a complaint about them through paypal (you have 45 days to file a complaint).Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.
Review: On May 25, 2013, I ordered a print from Ash The Painter. I had to pay for the print along with shipping. Their site noted that it can take 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. Today is August 19, 2013. It is now 12 weeks and three days since that order and I have not received my print nor a refund. I'm not getting a response to emails on Facebook or via her gmail email account and when I posted on her Facebook page about it, she deleted it and blocked me. She also has not returned my phone call. I simply want a refund or my print; however, I'm not able to get either due to her lack of response, professionalism, and customer service. I am not able to get my money back via PayPal because you only have 45 days to dispute a charge.Desired Settlement: At this point, I feel as though I deserve a refund as well as my print. I should not have to wait two times the time period for a simple print. Nor should she not be responsive to my requests for a status update, especially when I am the one who lost out on money and the desire to support online businesses.
Review: On August 8, 2013, I paid Ash The Painter through PayPal for a total of 3 pieces of her art. After waiting over a month, I did not receive the art work and so I contacted her through the email provided on her confirmation email on September 16, 2013. I later received an email stating that they were backed up from the growth in orders on September 24, 2013. I also received an email from a different address on that day ([email protected]) apologizing for the delay but stating that my order had been shipped. On October 24, 2013, I emailed the team email address to request the status of the order and received a message that that email address no longer worked. On November 8, 2013, I received an email asking if I had been helped and apologizing. I responded back the same day stating I had not. A week later, I emailed again asking when I should receive the art. On November 17, 2013, I received an email identifying the process for her customers to receive the art or a refund. I emailed her back that same day with the information needed to receive the art. On November 30, 2013, I emailed her again asking about the status of my order and did not receive a response. On December 2, 2013, I emailed her requesting a status, that I would like to avoid requesting a refund, and stating that her phone number provided on the original order was not working. I did not get a response. On December 7, 2013, I emailed her again asking for a refund or the art I ordered and, again, did not get a response. To date, I have not received the art or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $18.66 (the amount paid).
