I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] & [redacted] ASI Hastings response did not address the majority of issues. Complaints to the Revdex.com were supposed to be about a business failure to perform in some way. All ASI Hastings is doing is repeating the racial card of accusations. That resolves nothing. Today I received the following from my son who has a solar installation, about 'privacy and passwords". My system has a wireless puke
which collects the information from the 32 inverter and communicates
with [redacted]. I did not set it up so I am not sure how it works, but I
can say I did not give [redacted] my Home password, which has been changed
several time and
it still works.
You should not have to buy equipment to make your system work right. Get someone out from the place who installed it.
That was the 3rd, as for the second, again that seems ridiculous to me and $$$ out of your pocket.
Seems Warn is your best resource since he has the same system and referred you.
I'm at pep boys right now
checking on my tires so this is not a great time for me to do research, I
can try an look at it when I get home, I would be going to the
installer or [redacted] for a solution!

ASI Hastings refused to anything the above, "monitoring of my system" which is inclusive of my purchase.What have you to say about all the times I tried to get them and they ignored me? Perhaps ASI Hastings and Revdex.com, being block neighbors, with ASI Hastings Fourier loaded with torch awards from you is a clue.Last, do you read complaints?Do you take them seriously?Do you just forward complaints to the party and forward them back and forth until someone quits?How does Revdex.com let San Diegans like us know about business that are out of line?Perhaps [redacted] might want to see how Revdex.com and ASI Hastings operate. With all due respect, this complaint is very
reflective of the type of communication that we have seen from this homeowner
throughout the course of the installation. The only appropriate response
to his tirades regarding white, Mexican, black, administrative versus fields
staff, our commercials, etc. is no response. So, yes, there were numerous
times that we did not respond to an email or phone calls. How do you respond to a message that only
states “I thought I hired the White Glove Guys, why did you send Mexicans?” Or
to an email that simply states “Phooey on you.”
However, since this homeowner has stated that he didn’t expect to hear
from us regarding a complaint that could possibly damage our reputation with
the Revdex.com and community, I will respond. Your
racial slurs and lack of respect to our team members has been appalling.
Regarding your issues with the installation,
your signed proposal is very clear regarding the down rating of the breaker and
the process for that. It is also very
clear about the [redacted] inverter.
Regarding the desired settlement; I will
state this one more time, as we have been stating to you regarding this. No
Wi-Fi internet connection can be established in your home without a password. This is not something that ASI is requiring
it is a requirement for Wi Fi internet connection. As we have stated, we either need to use your
cell phone to establish a connection which you refused to do, or we can use our
own device and have you enter your password (not provide it to us) which you
also refused to do. There is no
resolution without establishing connection which does require a password.
We will gladly and happily pick up our sign,
please let us know when one of our team members has your permission to enter
your property.
Had we known the proclivities of this
homeowner prior to actually starting work at this home, we would have exercised
our right to refuse service. It is
apparent that ASI is not a good fit for this homeowner. I have marked his account in such a way that
while we are committed to standing behind our warranty, we will not perform any
additional or future work for him.
Finally, I would respectfully ask the Revdex.com to
remove this homeowner’s complaint from our record.
