Placed an order on April *** My order should have been delivered by May *** at the latest based on their estimated delivery time on the confirmation emailI contacted them on May *** &*** and chat with an agent and said he was fwd my situation to the delivery investigation team and to wait 48hrs for a responseOn the *** I contacted them again to ask for a response and have not gotten a reponse yetIs very frustrating that they are a web based company where you cant contact anybody for responses and either they are understaffed and cant deal with the demand or they dont care for their customersI purchased a pair of sunglasses that were for my sisters birthday gift and had to buy another thing as I have no clue what the situation is

I purchased a jacket online and when I had it in my cart and even going through checkout all the way through to payment the cost was shown as approxAbout an hour later I get an email saying I was charged approx Unsure of how or why I'm getting charged an extra amount I proceed to make a complaint to customer service to cancel my orderThey told me that the prices changeSo the price changed when I pressed submit to pay and then changed back to as soon as I paid? It makes no senseAlso they told me that me contacting them an hour and minutes after I submitted the order meant they couldn't cancel it as customers are only given an hour to cancelI thought I could trust this site and I thought wrong! Be careful they will overcharge you and then say you should have read the fine printI'm disgusted and will never shop on here again

I placed order *** ($250) on Sept***It arrived to me on Sept***I tried all the items on- they were all very small except for I packaged the entire order (except for the dress that fit) and dropped it off same day Sept***I used the return label that was provided on my original package for the returnIt has now been over days and still no wordI followed up with them and keep receiving the canned responses that make no actual senseI want to know where my refund is? I have emailed them the past days and the continue to say they are looking into it

I would give them zero starts, but they finally issued me a refundI ordered internationally and the estimated delivery date was March 21stOver a month later, still no deliveryI contacted customer service no less than (FIVE) times to resolve thisThey told me that the actual estimated delivery time was early AprilI told them I never would have even ordered if I knew thatThat's just deceptive to advertise faster shipping times than what they actually deliverThey told me multiple times that they didn't have a tracking number, but then told me that the package was with my local postal serviceEvery time, instead of offering to help track or replace the order, they just asked me to confirm my shipping addressWhich I didtimesIN THE SAME EMAIL CHAINThey also suggested that maybe the mailman left it on the doorstep or a neighbor had received itI explained times that the mail service in my country requires a signature and ID with all international deliveriesThey clearly can't read or didn't read what I sent them, because they AGAIN responded asking me to verify my shipping address and telling me to check with my neighborsUnbelievably bad customer serviceJust trying to get you to give up and go awayI started this interaction as a reasonable human being and due to their incompetence I was so frustrated, no one wants to be in that situationI ultimately will leave them starts because I got someone on live chat who refunded my orderAfter several weeks and multiple useless communicationsWhatever, if you're going to offer international delivery, make sure your estimated delivery times are accurate and that you can track the shipment

I placed an order with ASOS (not my first) just a few days ago Today, I received an email with a link to track my package It has been "delivered" to an unspecified address in Massachusetts All that it says in the email is "Delivered Ship to address: Reading, MA, 01867" I live in Maryland and have only one address on my ASOS account, the same that I have always shipped my packages to I don't even want to begin with the back and forth that other customers have with this company when it comes to shipping issues

Order *** was placed *** and according to the web site, was sent on *** with 4-day shipping The company did not provide a tracking number, thus it is impossible to know where the package is, or even if it has been sent The company has suggested that I go to my local post office and ask it for help with tracking down the missing package--and when I informed them that my post office needs a reference point in order to assist, I was told that they could do so only with my shipping address Clearly, these people are clueless, which is odd, because looking at social media and this site--this is a common recurring issue for them

I ordered a bridesmaid's dress from ASOS and was sent the incorrect sizeI contacted them and was sent a replacement and was told that because I already paid the customs clearance fee that they would indicate on the paperwork that it was a replacement so that I wouldn't be charged againThey however did not do that and I was forced to pay the duties twice (dollars X2)When I contacted them they had NO CARE for this and basically implied it wasn't there problem/they could't do anything about customs (even though I called my customs and they stated if ASOS indicated it was a replacement they would have never charged but since they did not there is no proof and they will not release it without the duties being paid)When I finally received my replacement dress it was a COMPLETELY different dress (not even the one I ordered)Again when I contacted them, they did not care and told me that because they haven't received the items I returned yet(which they told me to use the least expensive shipping option) that they cannot send me another replacement and it could take atleast two weeks for them to receive and processEVEN THOUGH they are the ones that made the mistake TWICENow I am the only one in the bridal party that does not have a bridesmaid's dressIf I could give them zero stars I wouldNow I am being told that because they did not receive the first incorrect item (which I sent back with the least expensive postage option because ASOS told me too) that they cannot send me a replacement for the new WRONG dress that I was sent and that it could take a few weeks to for them to receive and process so I was told that if I do not want the dress going out of stock I should order the dress AGAIN and pay for it and wait for a refund when they receive the incorrect itemsThis is honestly the most ridiculous situation I have ever been in and the WORST customer service I have ever receivedAgain ASOS really deserves zero stars

ASOS has repeatedly sent me the wrong size for my order then tried to blame it on meThey keep passing me off to different customer service personal who say I ordered the wrong size, despite the fact that my receipt CLEARLY states that I ordered the right sizeI even provided screen shotsThey are a UK website, so I ordered a UK 32GThey keep sending me US 32FsThey referred me to their sizing guide, which didn't help their cause because it states "ASOS own brand bikini tops come in UK sizing, please see chart below for conversion to EU and US sizes"Therefore, if I order a 32G, I expect to receive a 32G, no matter where I liveEnd of storyI tried to refund and re-order as they suggested, but they STILL managed to send me the wrong sizeTWICE!
Yesterday, I asked to speak to a managerThey said they would have someone call me this morningStill waiting! Pretty sure they are blowing me offAll I want is to receive my order in the correct sizeTHAT'S ALLI don't understand why this has to be so difficult!!
If you are looking to receive your order exactly as you ordered it, I would NOT recommend doing business with this companyUpdate: Only after I started posting public reviews on *** did they finally call meThe guy one the phone was super rude and condescending, saying I was wrong because I lived in AmericaWhat it came down to is they didn't have the size that was advertised as I had ordered, so they figured they'd just send me a smaller size insteadNope!
