Asos is Not to be Trusted, they did a bait and switch on me, I bought clothes from them, and then they ask me to wright a review and then they would give me a 10% discount promotional code on the next item I buy from them, but when I put in their 10% promotional code on the item I wanted to buy, it said "This promotional code is not valid on this item"This company pulls con jobs like this on customers, and they are Not to be Trusted

Placed two separate orders for this company which were supposed to arrive within days, however, I've yet to receive themFor one of the items, the tracking information won't even load, it keeps showing that there's an errorASOS customer service are extremely unhelpful and have exited out of the live chats while I was trying to get assistance
Furthermore, I placed these orders days ago and now the items are 10% off, I tried to ask ASOS for a price adjustment, however, it's very hard to get in touch with their customer service reps

Terrible customer service and won’t give me my refund

I ordered two pairs of sandals from this company
I've traveled to China many times and visited the markets where they sell knock off goods for cheap (bargain prices) The sandals that I purchased from ASOS certainly came straight from China
They were awful; poor quality, wrong size (I ordered a US 7, for one pair, they sent me a 38, which is a US 8), and looked nothing like the photos
They were in no way worth the $and $I paid for them
I tried on one of each and immediately put them back in their original bags, even left the protection tape on them, and sent them back
ASOS is refusing to refund one pair ($68) due to "hygiene" issues "determined by the warehouse" and I've been told there is "nothing else that can be done." I also haven't received the shoes back from when I shipped to try to return them
This company is a fraud; don't waste your time or your money buying from them Awful

I have not received my itemsI reached out to both the parcel service and ASOS and was told that an investigation would be started After several days, the parcel service reached out to me personally and notified me that the parcel was lost I made ASOS aware of this Fast forward several days, I still have not received a replacement nor a refund When I email ASOS' customer care, I continue to be told they're looking into it The package is lost There is nothing else to look into except a resolution for the customer

I ordered two items on January *** and paid for express shipping and handling for it to get to me on the *** of JanuaryI checked the status of the carrier and nothing was updated and they didn’t tell me anything about my orderThey emailed me a refund receipt for the order and wrongfully accused me of returning the order when I never even got it, nor did it make it out of LondonThey refunded me an amount that is less than what I paid them and charged me for the shipping and handlingI contacted customer care through online chat and the employee was absolutely rude and did not resolve anything nor did they even try to help me outThey stole almost $from me and ruined my shopping experienceI needed those items for a new job that I’m starting on Tuesday and now I have to wait 5-business days for my money and I won’t have my items that I needIt infuriates me how they do not care about their customers and do not provide any professionalism nor ethical resolving skillsI h

Long story shortI received the wrong item times in a row, still waiting on the correct sizeSpent numerous hours talking to multiple customer service reps and was not offered any sort of compensation or token of appreciationWorst part is I paid extra to become a Premier Delivery customerThe worst!

I DNT mean to be rude but my first email was sent on Aug * You guys had sufficient time in a week period to figure this out
This had been very disappointing and unsatisfactory as a company
I am furious because if I didn't contact you today, no one would have never got back to me when your first email stated give 48hrs for a response
If you check your system as a whole with my email address you can see how much money I've invested with your company
And this is not a good look

I am highly unsatisfied with this businessI placed an order with them, and was brought to the confirmation screen that says "Thank you for your order!" I rightfully assumed that I was all set to goI check my email an hour later, and they had canceled my order due to my paymentWhen I went to repurchase my order (one hour later), both of the items were out of stock and I was left with nothingI am very capable of affording and paying for these dressesI talked to customer service, and they were very unhelpful and ended the chat on meIf something was wrong with my payment, then I should not have received a "Thank you for your order!" That is VERY misleading, and they will refuse to reprocess my order

As other complaints have noted, I made a purchase for my wife's birthday from the Asos.com website and never received a package
After multiple back and forth emails with customer service the issue is still not resolvedThey keep insisting I check with neighbors, check the post office, and check around my house
The problem is Asos cannot provide a tracking numberWho ships items without tracking numbers? They cannot even verify the item has been delivered or prove to me in any way that its been delivered, yet are insisting I check with neighbors or the post officeMy neighbors have never touched my deliveries and the post office can't do anything without a tracking numberIt seems after reading complaints here they tell this to many peopleThat seems fraudulent to meIf you cannot provide a tracking number, even internally, there is no proof for anyone that anything has even been shipped

I placed on order with this company on 3/*/At the time the had a discount with unidays offering 20% off instead of the usual 10%I place my order and the discount somehow did not calculate properly so I contact their customer service immediately through chatI was told it wasn't a problem and I would be refunded **I was fine with thatAbout an hour goes by I get an email stating the refund was processed and I would see it in 5-daysTime goes by about a week I contact customer service again stating I have yet to receive the refund I am then told oh we don't offer refunds you received the correct discountI then showed proof of the original conversation and the email stating I was entitled to **And this was done after dealing with several reps because every time I would respond a different rep seemed to get my emails that alone made me angrySo one of the reps tells me my refund was sent to my credit card manuallySo a red flag goes up I paid with *** how can you bypass *** and refund it to my card I did not have one on file with them! I asked the rep that very question and was told it can be done and to wait the full daysSo on 3/**/I contacted customer service again because I still have no refund and once again I have to deal with several reps before getting a concrete answerI am then told by one of the rudest reps there it hasn't been days only Now I know I can count and I insist it has been sinnce this started in 3/*He in turn says they are counting from 3/* and the 10th day is 3/**He also requested I send my bank statement me for that time period to show I did not get the refund which I thought was odd but I compliedOnce I sent proof I was then emailed again oh you have to wait til after 3/** and if it still isn't there to contact them againAt this point I'm pissed all this over **but I was determined to follow this through it has now become about the principleI then open a transaction error cause with *** explaining what's going on just seeking further assistance in this matterSo I go ahead and wait til 3/**/and contact asos customer service againBefore doing so I attempted to log into my account and I get an error message you account has been blocked of course I am now confusedWhy would I account be blocked??? I contact customer service through chat and the rep tells me I see it's blocked but I have to have another rep contact youI asked well can you at least tell my why the account it blocked? The rep says noI then contact customer service through email on the same email thread I had been using asking about the refund and the account blockI get and email back stating they are looking into it and that I dont need to send anymore emailsSo fast forward to today 3/**/I get an email saying the account was closed because I opened the case with *** stating fraud and *** determined it was fraud and the company took a financial loss because of thisAny orders I place in the future will automatically be canceled with no notice, WTF??? Now I'm livid I check *** and the have not determined fraud and have not made a final decisionI was not given a refund for the **and instead of asos figuring out what was going on they just decided to block me from future purchaseI have never been so disgusted with a company in my lifeAll this over **So recap I still don't have the refund, my asos account is blocked and I am no long allowed to make purchasesHorrific, terrible and most unprofessional company every I would recommend no one ever shop with them again if they can be this petty over **imagine what they would do over a higher dollar amount

Don't waste your money or time!!! I placed an order a month ago and every time I contact customer service (three so far) they refuse to refund or resend the missing itemsThey keep telling me to wait more days! I ordered maternity clothes that I would like to wear while I'm still pregnant!!!! This is the first and last time I will order from themIf I could give them stars I would without hesitation!

I have ordered a pair of leggings on separate occasions, same price, item number, etc and received different types of leggingsOn the first order I received the legging pictured in the advertisement on the website which is copied above for reference and also described in the 'should have received' boxThe advertisement described a faux leather feel and panelling but on occasions, as mentioned earlier, I have received a lighter and sheerer polyblend legging that has a shiny panel insertI sent an email into ASOS about this issue on June to figure out what was going on with this pair of pants I was trying to order and received back a reply that I had in fact received the right pair once and the wrong pair twiceThey had also said they would touch base with their warehouse to see what was happening as I did clearly want more of the correct pair of pants

I ordered a swimsuit on 7/** , it arrived and I sent it back for an exchangeThey state easy returns , just pack it up with the label provided and send it offWhich I didIn the meantime I ordered another of the same on 7/*** It arrived and the threads were coming apartI contacted them on chat that this was extremly unacceptable and unwearableI told them I was in a time restraint and the rep "Lara" told me send it back for a refund and ended the chat! Rude So I emailed them, sent them photos of the damage and told them I needed both of my refunds as im leaving and have no time to reorder or any reason to send back this damaged one.they answered me , saying return my first orderWhich I already did! Now they do not respond at all, I have not recieved my refund from either orderSo they basically stole $from me

I ordered two dresses off of ASOS website, I never received an e-mail confirmation and my order did not show up as a "recent order" on my accountWhen I contacted ASOS, as to why a confirmation e-mail was not received, they informed me that my order had not gone through since my credit card company denied the chargeI expected to see the pending credit card charge from ASOS reverseINSTEAD, the charge POSTED, proving the customer service representative LIED about the charge being deniedWhen ASOS was contacted again via their "chat" feature, they would not replyThis company is a FRAUD and I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from here

What an absolutely atrocious company to deal with!
I placed an order for items ($91) that were never deliveredI should have known something was wrong when the tracking number I received was tied to someone else’s order that had been “in transit” since the previous month(!!) I’ve contacted them via chat and email and you are only given the run aroundI was told to wait minutes for tracking to update (never did) and that “next time I will need to confirm my shipping address” multiple timesI dealt with their inept customer service and “specialist team” for over weeks nowI decided to go directly through my credit card company after being told for the 3rd time that I had to once again “wait days for a specialist”It’s really too bad, because I really liked their clothes!!

I contact ASOS due to the problem i'm facing with your shipping serviceI placed an ordered from November ***, was promised to delivery by *** which days (even its 4-day delivery as website stated)On November ***, days before i'm heading for Alaska trip to visit my family, so I bough new clothes and a leather jacket to keep me warmUnfortunatly, I have not recieved any package, the tracking system is very difficult to use because i'm not very similar to itBut as promised by ASOS by delivery day, I do not recieve any package from anybodyI did check mailbox, porch, backyard even of my friendly neighbor that they always willing to accept my package but there is nothingI'm getting little bit of worry since it's not a small amount of money especially i'm a student on last year of collegeAs now, I have to go to local shopping mall and buy stuffs that I need for a trip which I ran out double amount of pending, i'm totally disappointed and dont know
