The customer service they provided me was fantastic I have been to this auto shop a few times and every time I walk in the door, I am greeted with a friendly smile and support I can always get in for an appointment and they are willing to take me to and from home with the shuttle they provide

The Apsen Auto team has been in charge of my oil change package for awhile They have taken the time to show the work to me they are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do and want to help their customers They have made me a long time client

I like the shop because the environment is very friendly and clean the fact that it was very personal and everyone seemed to care, made me feel very comfortable I like that there was no pressure to have other issues taken care of right away

They have excellent ownership I had issue in the past, but they took care of the issues with poise and professionalism They provide excellent customer service, to make sure everything customer is satisfied

As a female, it is sometimes stressful to take a car to the mechanics I trust Aspen Auto to provide me with correct, honest information They allow me to make decisions on repairs with any pressure They staff I worked with at the front desk were helpful, friendly and fun

I love the way this auto shop figured out, on both of my vehicles, the problems and were able to get them fixed right and affordably

the communication here is a major emphasis During the oil change I had done, they showed me some issues to be considered for safety and long term car of my car I appreciate the feedback they gave me to be aware of any issues

I love they way they stand by their work If something were to go wrong with the parts or the work, they re-fix it They provided great customer service by explaining all the work to be done and keeping me informed during the day

They have awesome communication, so I was able to understand at a lay mans level the service was great, but the updates in the service and the interaction made things spectacular

I have been coming to this shop for several years Everyone, especially the service manager, is always very courteous, helpful and do a great job

They are affordable when it comes to all of the general repair services and provide great customer serviceI would not take my BMW anywhere else

I went for a oil change, left my car for hoursThey did not call me to let me know they could not open my hood for the oil changeI went to pick it up with out any work done, they were didn't say a word to meThey did not try to make it rightI told them that it was *** that they couldn't do my oil change and said that they lost a customer for lifeI walked out to my car where the manager followed me and told me I wasn't allowed back for cussing in his shopThen he proceeded to cuss me out in front of his storeHe essentially tried to "fire me" when I "quit." I argued back, with the petty manager, in the end I left shaken, angry, and threatenedI would like to see formal action against this manager for verbally accosting a ex-customer

Was told they could get me in immediately,I sat for hours went up to desk ask *** about status of my car he says " oh there was a problem with the auto before you"but that wasn't what he told me intially .he said there were no cars ahead of me.I think a friend came in and they put them ahead of me and just let me sit there for hours thinking my car was getting done.When I first came in I explained I had another appointment to deal with later he made a stupid joke about itI should have just left immediatelyt!!!! NEVER AGAIN.!!! What a waste of hours!!!offered to have me come back for free check up,YEAH RIGHT.This isn't the first time a shop has done this where they tell you they can get you right in,which they do then your car sits on the lift or somewhere till they have the time to get to it

I always have a good experience with this repair shop I have found them to always be honest on the work they are doing on my car The prices are fair and competitive and the quality of work they do is exceptional

I have been to this repair shop a few times and receive great service and great pricing I have been able to schedule my appointments, which gets me in and out in a reasonable time I really appreciate the time they spend on my car to make sure everything is perfect

The front desk service people were great with their customer service They provided me with several estimates and were very professional
