They did a great job on my car with reasonable prices and a super friendly staff They were not overly talkative yet very polite and informative I am on a budget and Aspen Auto has provided me with the information needed to keep my auto operating, without trying to sell me unnecessary items

On 1/25/14, my ex-wife contacted me regarding an urgent repair needed on our daughters Hyundai Santa Fe diagnosed by Aspen Auto Clinic, in the amount of $for power steering issuesI contacted Aspen Auto Clinic on 1/26/to find out what repairs were needed and was advised by*** (who works with *** - the guy who originally quoted the work) that two power steering hoses needed to be replaced and the power steering system needed to be flushedThe actual $quote still seemed extremely highI did some investigation on the parts Aspen said were needed and called them back the next dayWhile speaking with*** I questioned the parts charges which he said totaled near $When I looked up OEM quality parts available from Gates, a proven company, all parts needed for this job came in under $200.00.***'s response was, "Well anyone can order cheap parts online." Really? Then I asked what their parts markup was, and all he would tell me is "that is determined by corporate." I've advised my ex-wife to not take any of her vehicles there anymore, and I would caution anyone who chooses service here to be prepared to spend much more money than is reasonableThis repair shop was fully prepared to charge the unknowing person twice what they should "reasonably" expect to be paid, and that is not rightIs this business engaging in activities that are worthy of a negative review? The Apsen Auto team has been in charge of my oil change package for awhile. They have taken the time to show the work to me. they are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do and want to help their customers. They have made me a long time client.

The front desk area is very nice. The shop looks more like a spa or massage area than an auto shop. It is actually nice to go to a shop that is presentable and relaxing to be in.
