Perhaps the only redeeming feature of Aspen Dental's Elizabethtown office is their dental hygienist (while brusque in attitude, she at least does her job correctly)Besides her, there is not much to praise about the practiceTheir past dentist, DrP***, was a godsend and made me feel extremely at ease, but since she left I have been stuck with DrN [redacted] N [redacted] has a somewhat poor bedside manner and, at my last visit, failed to file down a composite filling properly, negatively altering my biteBesides those rendering the actual dental services, those handling administration and reception are nothing to write home about eitherWe have been quoted prices only to have those prices altered upon payment, and a certain receptionist became very snarky when my mother did not have the extra two dollars to cover the altered paymentIn addition, the last time I had an appointment, we arrived on the proper date (9/28/16) and thirty minutes before our a.mappointment timeWe were then told that we had not been put on the schedule for that day, even though the appointment had been scheduled two weeks priorThe time before we also had trouble with scheduling; DrN [redacted] had been double booked for p.m., and I only got to see DrN [redacted] because his actual o'clock cancelledThese incidents speak volumes about how attentive Aspen Dental's staff is and how seriously they take their professions

branded practice, owned and operated by [redacted] DMD PLLC, I certainly do apologize for your experience at the [redacted], KY Aspen Dental office.
I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com, I have reviewed it along with your Aspen Dental account. The reason for the additional $92.70 cost for your extraction was due to the treatment changing from a simple extraction to a surgical one. The original charge of $119.70 was the estimate for a simple extraction. As you indicated in your complaint comments, the procedure became more involved and difficult hence more costly.
In response to your dissatisfaction and as a courtesy, on January 06, 2017, your account was credited for the $92.70 amount. A refund check for $92.70 has been mailed to you.
I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. I am available for any further questions at the below contact information.

On June 28, 2016, I had teeth pulled and new dentures made. After a few days, I realized the new dentures didn't fit properly, especially the "bottoms". Aspen realigned them once; they still didn't fit. After several visits and adjustments, they still don't fit. I can't eat with these and would like to get my money back. I am very dissatisfied with the product and would like my money back.

I went to them signed an agreement form to have some work done was told by one of the dentists Dr. Foit that was very rude, that the occlusal adjustment couldn't be done because, I said was to close to a nerve, was charged for the work anyway. He also said that I didn't pay for the denture that I did pay for, I told him I wasn't satified with the way one of the teeth looked and he said that was the way it was suppose to look, he was such a rude dentist and cared about nothing I had to say, then we got into and argument and he told me I didn't have to see him anymore. I told them I would not see him again. Then Dr. Newbern very nice did grind on the tooth a little and left it so sharp it cut my tongue I had to file on it when I got home with a nail file. I tried to get an appointment because the Dr. Newbern said to come back if I was still having problems I tried to get an appointment had to wait week and half.I ask her if there was anyway I could get in sooner, she said no and I won't cancel anyone else to give you an appointment, I was not asking her to do that. I was hung up on . His staff is so rude if you have a complaint they start over talking you, they won't allow you to voice the complaint . I have ask to speak to Dr. Newbern,a number of times. They say I will leave him a note, not sure if he will have time to call you or when he will. On the appointment issue they told me the dentist that owns the place has nothing to do with the appointment staff, on the issue of my bill today I ask to speak to the head dentist she said he does not work in the billing dept. Their insurance payment did not coinside with the EOB statement that I recieved from insurance, they had less than what my insurance paid. I said I would not pay the bill until I talked to the dentist in charge of the place, she said do what you want but if you don't then collections will take it over, I said I will make sure the word gets out what kind of business they run, she said I will not sit here and be threatened by you, I said if you consider that a threat then I consider yours a threat to me as well .That was the second lady I talked to today the other one hung up on me. NOT a good place to do business with. So nice until they get your money and then they are a totally different crew.
