I'm shocked to here what Mrs [redacted] is claimingIt is completely inaccurate! We never told her we serviced the property for the former owner, I have recordings to prove itWe treated her property on 10/01/2015, it rained shortly after so we came back out on 10/08/2015to respray at no additional charge.? She was home and watched us spray her propertyWe also treated her property on o4/14/and we haven't spoken sinceThis is the first I'm hearing of thisIf she had any doubts or questions I really wish she would of called in and brought it to my attention so I could of set the record straightEach time we treated her property she gave us the authorization to do soThe flag that was left in her lawn from the association was for a completely differentservice from what we doThe fact that she claimed she doesn't think we did anything and just left a bill is an insult to me, my company, and colleagues.There is no reason whatsoever to make a claim like that, especially considering she was home during last years visit and watched us spray.Please have this information removedIf there was any truth to us practicing these absurd methods we wouldn't have the superb ratingwe have with you the Revdex.com and we wouldn't have the thousands upon thousands of have happy customers that we have for the past yearsThanks, [redacted]

Hello, I recently spoke with Mr [redacted] after reading this complaint and as we discussed in the past He brought to my attention that when we treated his property the insulation in his crawl space was damagedWe normally don't spray his kind of crawl space but Mr [redacted] was really concerned and wanted the crawl space sprayed, we agreed to spray it for himUnfortunately he didn't mention anything about insulation being in the crawl space so when my tech sprayed it the insulation was damagedBack when this initially happened I offered Mr [redacted] a free service to make good on the problem but he declined and wanted someone from my company to come fix itI explained to him that my company doesn't do insulation work and I wouldn't want to risk causing further problems from someone with no experience in that field attempting to fix itI again offered him a free service which he declined so I asked him to let me know if there's anything else I can do to make good on the problem, that was the last I heard from him until this complaint Since then I made multiple attempts over the past several weeks to reach Mr [redacted] to check on the situation but I couldn't reach himOne of the several times I called I left a message with his wife and didn't hear anything from him until this complaintAfter speaking with Mr [redacted] last week I asked him to hire a company to fix his insulation problem and to send me the bill and I will pay for itI wish Mr [redacted] would of called me called so we could of resolved this matter without getting you guys involvedI hope after reading this, the complaint will be removed Thanks, [redacted]

Aspen caused damage to the insulation in my crawl space, I have called them and written a letter to ASPENN, Manager [redacted] asking for the repair or their insurance company to settle my damage, they have not answered. The damage was looked at by their field man and stated they caused the damage.

I was never contacted or a message left on my answer machine, also I sent them pictures of the damage and received no answer, I was offered a free spray but I have a lot of damage, as a disable Vet, I could not do the repair, the whole crawl space was damagedThis could have been settled if they offered to repair the damage they caused, when I asked to have my crawl space sprayed, they should have said they don't do that, everyone knows you have insulation in your crawl space, my crawl space allows you to go down and spray the foundation, not the insulation

We serviced Mr***'s property on March 29, and the weather conditions
didn't prevent us from doing our workWe only service our customers properties
on days where it would be effectiveSince March I made several attempts to contact him
but Ive
spoken to Mr*** only once, and he didn't mention anything about not paying his bill or that he had been attempting
to call us, we had a pleasant conversationOnce I read this complaint I checked my database
that monitors all incoming and outgoing calls in the office and I have no records of Mr***
calling us from any of his numbers we have on fileI recently contacted him to figure out
what number he was calling to reach us but he didn't have an answerI credited his account balance
and gave him the same contact info that i've been mailing to him at the beginning of every year
since Upon reviewing this I hope to have this complaint removed because I have no records
showing the customer tried contacting us and I do have records showing that we've been attemping
to contact him multiple times throughout this year

Hello, Mr*** was scheduled to have his property treatedyesterday for a free respray but unfortunately our truck broke down andwe couldn't make it to his property I called thecustomer to inform him what happened but I got the answermachine, so I left him a
messageWe initially treated his property backon 06/24, he called me later that night claiming he left his house for abouthour and when he came back we had treated his property and left him a bill.He stated he didn't think anything was treated because nothing was wet and hedidn't witness itAfter speaking to the driver that everything was treated his property I calledMr.*** and assured him that his property was treated as agreed upon, and nothingwas wet because our product only takes about minutes to dryMr*** continuedto claim that we didn't treat his property so I told him I would be more than happyto have my driver come back on 06/to perform a free respray he then thanked me.Having a truck break down is an unexpected event, if that didn't happen we would of treatedMr***s' property yesterdayI credited his bill from 06/and I'm still willing to perform a free respray at his property whenever is convenient for the himUpon reviewing thisI hope it's clear that we have made several attempts to due the right thing for this customerand I hope we don't get a negative review because of our truck breaking down. I recently bought a condo in BrickI was formerly a home owner and not used to the condo servicesThis company called me shortly after I moved in and told me that the former owner ( name given ) used their services and the lawn was due for treatment They supposedly showed up and performed service and billed me $a sign was placed on my lawn ( I share a lawn with other units) I foolishly paid them and later asked the condo association president next door neighbor if this was not something included in our common chargesShe assured me it was and that the previous homeowner never used themShe contacted the previous homeowner who agreed he had never and would never as it was common property Clearly this company looked up recent sales and Scammed me out of $ I seriously doubt anything was done The same day they came out there was already a sign stating lawn treated from homeowner associations contracted landscaper They had to see that sign
No neighbor saw any

I am rejecting this response because:Both times I questioned whether or not I needed this application since I live in a Town-home where this is doneBoth times I was told the previous owner used them and was very happyI questioned my association president and was told that the outside is taken care of by the association. She contacted the previous owner right in front of me and he said he never used Aspen for anything that I was given the wrong informationI feel I was taken advantage of, as I questioned the person both times about needed this done

Company was to apply grub control on lawn the amount of product used wasn't even enough to cover the dimensions of my yard and charged I called and complained to Mario who said he would take care of it and remove from systemNow we are getting bill in mail
