I'm shocked to here what Mrs*** is claimingIt is completely inaccurate! We never told her we serviced the property for the former owner, I have recordings to prove itWe treated her property on 10/01/2015, it rained shortly after so we came back out on 10/08/2015to respray at no additional

Both times I questioned whether or not I needed this application since I live in a Town-home where this is doneBoth times I was told the previous owner used them and was very happyI questioned my association president and was told that the outside is taken care of by the association. She contacted the previous owner right in front of me and he said he never used Aspen for anything that I was given the wrong informationI feel I was taken advantage of, as I questioned the person both times about needed this done

I am rejecting this response because: The company's rep. Mario called my house on 7/1 at 1:46pm and did leave a message, The day after the truck breakdown. Unfortunately his operator told me that I wasn't scheduled for a re-spray. Not sure what is truthful here? I assume they called after my complaint was filed. Why not call me the day of the supposed appt. To let me know the truck broke down ? The driver owns a cell I'm sure. I am not comfortable with this explanation.
I attempted to contact Mrs. [redacted] a few times over the past week to rectify the situation. I had no luck getting in touch with her so I left a message with my contact info
and haven't heard back from her. If she will call me so that I can fully understand in full detail what's going on and have the opportunity to address any of her concerns
I will gladly give her a refund.

[redacted]I was never contacted or a message left on my answer machine, also I sent them pictures of the damage and received no answer, I was offered a free spray but I have a lot of damage, as a disable Vet, I could not do the repair, the whole crawl space was damaged. This could have been settled if they offered to repair the damage they caused, when I asked to have my crawl space sprayed, they should have said they don't do that, everyone knows you have insulation in your crawl space, my crawl space allows you to go down and spray the foundation, not the insulation.

I recently spoke with Mr. [redacted] after reading this complaint and as we discussed in the past
He brought to my attention that when we treated his property the insulation in his crawl space was damaged.
We normally don't...
spray his kind of crawl space but Mr. [redacted] was really concerned and wanted the crawl space sprayed, we agreed to spray it for him. Unfortunately he didn't mention anything about insulation being in the crawl space
so when my tech sprayed it the insulation was damaged. Back when this initially happened I offered Mr. [redacted] a free service to make good on the problem
but he declined and wanted someone from my company to come fix it. I explained to him that my company doesn't do insulation work and I wouldn't want to
risk causing further problems from someone with no experience in that field attempting to fix it. I again offered him a free service which he declined
so I asked him to let me know if there's anything else I can do to make good on the problem, that was the last I heard from him until this complaint.
Since then I made multiple attempts over the past several weeks to reach Mr. [redacted] to check on the situation but I couldn't reach him. One of the several times I called I left a message
with his wife and didn't hear anything from him until this complaint. After speaking with Mr. [redacted] last week I asked him to hire a company
to fix his insulation problem and to send me the bill and I will pay for it. I wish Mr. [redacted] would of called me called so we could of resolved this matter
without getting you guys involved. I hope after reading this, the complaint will be removed.

I would just like to add that Yes, the company handled the situation and I am satisfied. I just want to state the reason I had contacted Revdex.com before hearing back from the company. The reason was because this was the second time dealing with this issue and now my credit was on the line this time. I just wanted to make sure the situation got handled before my credit was destroyed. After thinking this issue was done the first time I did not have much confidence in the company that it would get handled. So that is why I simultaneously left a message with the company and contacted the Revdex.com. However, the sales man and his manager called me back and handled the situation professionally and that's nice to see especially with good customer service dwindling in so many companies. They even offered me a free service which further impressed me of their handling of the situation. I understand that mistakes happen and I am glad this got handled before my credit got hurt.

Review: Aspenn called said that previous owner used there service. I told them to talk to me before they started any work. On day they agreed they left a green flag in lawn and time when they were here in mailbox. We were up and home, never saw a person or truck spraying any product around house. There were three adults and two children home at
That time. Told me in not not to rush any payment. Called in another month and said it was time for next treatment. Told them unless they showed me how they could put treatment down without anyone seeing this. Told them I would not pay bill and do not come again. Upon reviews for this company people said they had to call police. Now they are adding late fees and threaten further action. I would like some assistance how to stop these people from calling and sending bills for work never done. I asked them to come and show me what and how they dis this. Please advise.Desired Settlement: Stop arrassment by people.

the business did not send written confirmation, but the manager called me and said that the billing wil be cancelled. And a free treatment to be given. Thank you with the help to resolve.
Review: The company has sent us a few bills for one service we already paid for and for a service we did not request and canceled. The service was never performed because we did cancel it and then they charged us. In fact I never stated I wanted the service that I cancelled. They took it upon themselves to just order the service. We were already told once or twice that the bill will go away and be taken care of. However, we just received yet another bill now threatening us with collections.Desired Settlement: I want the entire bill to go away because we already paid what we owed. I do not want to be falsely brought into collections. I want the bills to stop being sent to our house.

credited a bill was already mailed to him. When he recieved the bill he got upset and
instead of calling me he contacted you. As soon as I saw this complaint I
contacted the customer and explained to him the situation. He was very understanding,
and happy with the customer service. We're going to his house on 09/18 to peform a service,
and i'm looking forward to working with this customer for many year's to come.

Review: I was canvassed by this company to provide spraying services. I waited for the appointment on 6/23/15 for the 4 hour window and they were a no-show. I received a call after 7 pm that night saying they would return the next day but no hours were offered. When I called the # back the mailbox was full. I was home the following day 6/24/15 and left my house to shop at 12:30 pm an returned at 1:30 pm only to find a sign on my lawn that reads "they sprayed and were gone by 12:50 pm." I saw no traces of spray, no wetness, no residuals of the servicing except a sign. I called to complain and was told I would get a callback from Mario very shortly as he was away from his desk, that didn't happen. I called again an hour later and was transferred to Mario by the operator. We discussed the servicing and He assured me that the tech sprayed but I disagreed with only a little yellow sign and a bill on the door for $150.64. He offered as a courtesy to re-spray my property on 6/30/15, same time frame 10am-2pm. I waited again for a tech today on 6/30/15, another no-show. I called and the operator said that I wasn't on the schedule and offered to have Mario call after his meeting. I said don't bother because I have given up 8+ hours already waiting for their company. I also said that they would wait a long time for their money to pay the bill . I still don't believe that they sprayed nor could they resolve the issue. My time is as valuable as theirs...I am not paying for a service that I did not witness.Desired Settlement: I am not paying for a service not witnessed by me. I sat at home for 8+ hours. My time is worth something too.

Review: Aspenn provided insect control services for my loan for the last 12 years. Normally, they would cancel the service on the rainy day, because chemicals will be flashed away by rain. This spring on the Saturday they performed service right at the beginning of the rain. It was earlier in the morning, so by the time I woke up and went outside to talk to the technician, he already finished the job and left my property. I called the company and complained about this service and indicated that I will not pay for this. They promised to get back to me and never did. They keep sending me a bills with penalties. I refuse to pay for the service which was not performed. I left tons of messages, but nobody called me back to settle this matter. Can you please help me to settle this matter?Desired Settlement: I want them drop the bill.

Hello,
We serviced Mr. [redacted]'s property on March 29, 2014 and the weather conditions
didn't prevent us from doing our work. We only service our customers properties
on days where it would be effective. Since March I made several attempts to contact him but Ive
spoken to Mr. [redacted] only once, and he didn't mention anything about not paying his bill or that he had been attempting
to call us, we had a pleasant conversation. Once I read this complaint I checked my database
that monitors all incoming and outgoing calls in the office and I have no records of Mr. [redacted]
calling us from any of his numbers we have on file. I recently contacted him to figure out
what number he was calling to reach us but he didn't have an answer. I credited his account balance
and gave him the same contact info that i've been mailing to him at the beginning of every year
since 2003. Upon reviewing this I hope to have this complaint removed because I have no records
showing the customer tried contacting us and I do have records showing that we've been attemping
to contact him multiple times throughout this year.
