Hello, all jerseys shipped from the off shore factory take 5-12 business days to be delivered. We appreciate your patience and will be sending an additional free jersey upon your receival and review, thank you.

Mark, this order was refunded already as we could not make the Halloween deadline. We also provided you with $20 in store credit for not being able to meet your deadlines.

Hello, please read our FAQ, once a jersey has been altered from the original package we cannot refund it as we done these items to charity. We cannot resend a jersey to another customer that has been sent to someone else.

We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jerseys, we offer a full refund.Send us an email to [redacted]  or call us at ###-###-#### explaining your issue with the jersey and we will take care of the rest.We take all the risk out of ordering by offering an unmatched satisfaction guarantee. We'll always do our best to take care of you.The jerseys were never worn.  Neither package was opened.  I received the jerseys after the date I needed them and returned them right away.  There is no way you returned the money into "my account" a few months ago, because they were only returned less than a month ago.  You received them on Nov. 29th.    Your policy clearly states you will offer a full refund, nothing about a store credit.

I am rejecting this response because:1) it’s ridiculous to order 23 days before Christmas, and then still not receive the...

order after 33+ Days. When no where does the website say it will take that long. All the while sending advertisement emails stating to order by Dec 20 for arrival before.2) I do not find it acceptable that the owner/founder, Sean, wanted to continue to argue with me stating that my items were indeed shipped, and not once was I provided evidence of this with a tracking number. Then he wanted to argue that I Had been given a tracking number. But as I pointed out, all you have to do is read all of the emails to/from.... no tracking number was provided.
Thank you for the refund, as it is fair for not receiving my items. But my complaint will remain on record.
