I recently purchased surface mount lights for my truck Upon unboxing I noticed that the wires were very thin I compared the wires to some lights I purchased years ago from ETD and confirmed the thickness was much thinner than the years before I drilled holes and mounted the lights on my truck After wiring the lights I applied power and found that only some of the lights worked Having some years or so of vehicle wiring experience with lights, camera systems, and other emergency vehicle equipment I determined that the wires were to small to effectively place onto my wires and establish an effective ground I took the wires off the truck and reboxed them to ship back I called the company several times to no avail I finally got someone to answer the phone I relayed my issues and complaints I was told that the only thing I could do was email someone I sent the email I received an email back The person emailing requested photos of my wires and my power sourceThe person emailing me also told me that thier thickness of wires has never changed ( at this point I picked up the new lights and the old lights in my hands and saw two totally different sizes of wires, like I said in the first complaint ) A few more emails later it became clear to me that we were going to send emails back in forth to try to trouble shoot my issues I asked to speak with someone on the phone, but was told that technical support issues were handled through email only I was also told that I could not returned my used and unused products I have plus years of experience in emergency vehicle wiring and this company wants to troubleshoot my issues over email???? The products and customer service through this company is deteriorating every time I have to call in for an issue

I can't understand how this company stays in business Flashy website and after the initial "we got your order and are charging your card NOW" email, there was silenceNobody answers the phone, nobody replies to emailsAfter a week had passed [redacted] tried to contact them daily (phone and email as requested on their phone message) for weeks without success

they had the best price! boots showed up in a timely manner! the boots were exactly as I orderd tess, the live chat person, was very nice and helpful Thank You very much

I ordered lights from this company back on and only just today (21.01.2015) received an email from stamps.com saying that ETD have sent me a packageeven after days they still charged me for shippingThey also HATE answering the phone, they have phone numbers of which were hard to find, but after calls I was actually only answered twice, which ended up costing $on my phone bill as calling the U.S from the land down under inst cheapthey also never respond to emails, even ones from police email domains, as I emailed back in august to enquire about international shipping and since I have sent emails to date and none have been responded to

They never answer the phones, have yet to respond to an email, and if you try to get any help from their facebook page, they simply delete your comment! Buyer Beware! Find another company to do business with!!!!

Worst online shopping experience ever! Place and order for sets of grill police lights, receives no confirmation or order, no shipment informationI finally emailed requesting a shipment tracking number and was told that they sent me an email stating that they will be sending me my shipping info in 2-daysI waited a full week and emailed Aspire again requesting my shipping infoI received a response stating that the lights are on back order and will be arriving to their facility late in the Aspire also statedo that they emailed me a notification that the light was on back order which is not true! I did not receive and emails relative to the back orderIt is not Dec and I refuse to waste anymore time with this company! It's completely horrible!

The box I ordered which said "would work with all light bars" did not I'm an electronic engineer so modifying it to work with the light bar would be no problem for me All I asked for was a wiring diagram to speed the redesign to make it work for me This is the reply I got backmoronread the auctionit clearly states dont if you are STUPID,,,like you !! WOWdidn't asked to be ridiculedBTW I have a BSEE & BSME degree Stay away from these people

On April 2015, I bought almost a dollars lights and almost months later I'm still waiting on my order but I couldn't get in touch through either emails (3) and/or by at least (10) phone calls until just recentlyI couldn't cancel the order either because I couldn't get in contact with no one that worked for the company ." Worse experience ever!!." " Would never buy from them again and I will let every law enforcement officer I know in the state of Texas to not buy from them either!!." On July 23, at 2:p.m., I spoke with a customer service repand I asked to spoke with her supervisor I got on the phone with her supervisor (***) and he informed me that, "the items I ordered months ago where only delayed because of no color being chosen for the lights and also that the lights where a free item." I just thought he used poor judgement and poor wording to tell a customer that has been waiting on lights from his company for as long as I been waiting patiently

This company has to have the worst customer service everI have called for over a week to get replacment parts for one of their products and they just will not answerThey are more than happy to take your money and ship your orderThe sister company, extremetacticaldynamics.com is no betterI had an order that I had returned due to my error in ordering and it took them months to get the lights back to meI was even in the area and figured I'd stop in and just pick it up while I was waiting on my order and tried to find their "showroom" but it was no where to be foundFinally one day after calling literally hundreds of times with no one ever answering the phone and rarely answering my emails the order arrived
Pros: takes your money quickly, shipping is reasonably quick, lights are bright
Cons: Almost non-existant after sales service, never answers the phone, never returns messages, rarely answers emails, problems getting warranty coverage, hard to exchange to return lights with no phone, email, or customer support of any kind
Suggestions: get an auto dialer if you ever want to attempt to get them on the phone

Don't do business with these people if you expect ANY customer service at all They don't ever answer their phone, their phone recording tells you to send them an email and then automatically hangs up on you, and then they won't respond to emails despite multiple attempts
It's no wonder that they are not Revdex.com accredited Spend a little more money and buy from a company that stands behind their products

This Company has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered from any company in any country n my entire adult life
* They mislead you on shipping times If the time frames can't be met then they need to let you know Its pretty simple to update your shipping times on the website or doer confirmation
* They NEVER answer their phones I called probably times over the course of days The result was always the same - wait on hold, listen to a spiel, get a recorded message to send them an email and then, WHAM, it automatically hangs up on you Super awful customer experience
* So, I send them an email - which they cheerily say is the best way to get someone to help you (REALLY!??) and I get no response So each day I send them another one Same result
At this point I am wondering whether this company has either gone out of business or is simply a scam
Finally, I get someone to respond to a chat app I can only assume it is outsourced since no ETD employee seems either interested in or capable of answering a phone or an email
I was so spooked and angered by this interaction that I cancelled the order If there is an issue with the product I can not imagine I would be getting any warranty or follow up service with this outfit so it is not worth the risk Plus, how long can a smallish company survive with this kind of service approach - so I'd be left with no recourse if the product was defective and they had folded up
To make matters worse, they billed my credit card on the order date, not the shipping date, which is a clear violation of the MasterCard Merchant Rules So as you can imagine, I will be following up with MasterCard and also anxiously awaiting the credit to see if I have to end up disputing this charge
All in all, you could not have designed a worse customer experience if you tried I will certainly make sure that all of the other Fire and EMT folks in my area, as well as the installers who we work with, know to steer clear of these guys I just wish I had looked at their reputation on Revdex.com before I ordered and had seen the remarkable consistency in their abysmal customer service approach and the extraordinary number of complaints filed against this business

I have recently setup an account with Signal USA and placed an order with themI setup my account and placed my order via telephone with no difficultyA person answered the phone every single time I calledOnce my order was completed and shipped the positive experience stopped there
Upon receipt of the package from them I found that it was missing one of the four total items I orderedFurther, the lights came with no instructions or guidance whatsoever on installationReally, it's not hard to wire the lights but it would be nice to know which wire was the sync wire, which was the pattern jumper, etc

Ordered a pair of Reebok boots in July...they were too small and could not exchange because I wear the biggest size they carry. Returned them and waited for my refund...and waited...and waited. Now is FEBRUARY and Im finally getting a refund...minus restocking and shipping. Cost me $40 to try on a pair of boots.

Don't trust the rating system they use shopperapproved.com which they pay for so they can pick and chose whose ratings get published.

terrible, horrible, will never ever do business with again. Hope this saves someone a little money and alot of frustration.

Ordered 2 packages of lights. Only 1 was delivered. Can not get ahold of anyone to find out where the other one is and I paid $300 for it. No one answering phone calls. No response to any of my emails. Live chat does not show up. I now have no idea how to even get my lights...
