I placed an order and paid on line. They don't reply to emails I send on order status. They don't answer their phone ever, it shuts off if you press zero to get customer service. Worse customer service I ever dealt with I my life

Worse customer service I've ever had to deal with. They don't answer there emails or phones. Tried to cancel and order for a strobe light and get a different one before they sent it out. After 15 plus phone calls and 4 emails (Witch they claim is the best way to contact ). And still no answer back. I would hate to see how hard it is if you had a bad product or warranty. Just trying to help someone not make the mistake I did. There is a lot of other places with the same products.

The Worst customer service ever. Three of my 10 items ordered were out of stock since May 01,2015. Never answered phone, never replied to my emails or messages on their website. Was not informed of out of stock items. Was finally able to chat online with someone Today (almost 7 months later) who checked and saw my items where in stock and told me they would be sent out today. I don't think I would have ever received them had it not been for the miracle of getting a hold of someone through chat online after nearly 7 months of trying to get a response.

I ordered a traffic advisor from this company and never have I had such poor follow up support. The product was decent and the price was right but a module in the bar failed a few months in and needed to be replaced. I contacted support in June and got an RMA. I sent in the module and they said they'd send me a replacement. A month later I heard nothing so I called them. They said it had been back ordered and would ship out soon. Weeks later still nothing. I call again and get told it is shipping get out the next day. A week later still nothing. I call again, same answer still nothing a week later. I call again same answers still nothing a week later. I email support no answer. I write to their Facebook account and get told they will tell the manager my situation. No answer. I write to Facebook again and the next day I get an email saying it will send out soon. That was over a week ago. STILL. NOTHING. how can a business run like this?? Never buy from this company. Good product. Good price. Horrible support and after sales assistance.

Been trying for a month to order a flasher. Left several messages and called numerous times. They must be out of business as no returned calls and now no VM. Tried to submit an order on their website and it would not take. BEWARE, they have something going on...out of business or shut down. 10/30/2014

they had the best price! boots showed up in a timely manner! the boots were exactly as I orderd. tess, the live chat person, was very nice and helpful. Thank You very much.

The website allows you to order items that are back ordered without your knowledge of such. I ordered over $400.00 worth of lights for my personal vehicle as I am a volunteer fire fighter. After a few emails sent to find out when my order will ship (they almost imediatley withdraw the money) I got a response. (Days later) after recieving my package only half of my order was present.

I reached out via facebook, email(which is a joke), and phone, (absolute joke and shouldn't be an option) and facebook messages was the only way to get in touch. "It will ship monday." Then, "It will ship tomorrow." Finally, they quit answering messages. Never again in my life will I do business with them and I will be sure to let every fire fighter I know to NOT do business with this company. (Going on almost a month and still no products)

NOW THEY DONT WANT TO TAKE THERE OWN STUFF BACK BT THANKS TO PAYPAL THEY ARE HANDLING EVERY THING SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK

I recently purchased 10 surface mount lights for my truck. Upon unboxing I noticed that the wires were very thin. I compared the wires to some lights I purchased years ago from ETD and confirmed the thickness was much thinner than the years before. I drilled holes and mounted the lights on my truck. After wiring the lights I applied power and found that only some of the lights worked. Having some 7 years or so of vehicle wiring experience with lights, camera systems, and other emergency vehicle equipment I determined that the wires were to small to effectively place onto my wires and establish an effective ground. I took the wires off the truck and reboxed them to ship back.

I called the company several times to no avail. I finally got someone to answer the phone. I relayed my issues and complaints. I was told that the only thing I could do was email someone. I sent the email. I received an email back. The person emailing requested photos of my wires and my power source. The person emailing me also told me that thier thickness of wires has never changed. ( at this point I picked up the new lights and the old lights in my hands and saw two totally different sizes of wires, like I said in the first complaint ) A few more emails later it became clear to me that we were going to send 100 emails back in forth to try to trouble shoot my issues. I asked to speak with someone on the phone, but was told that technical support issues were handled through email only. I was also told that I could not returned my used and unused products.

I have 7 plus years of experience in emergency vehicle wiring and this company wants to troubleshoot my issues over email???? The products and customer service through this company is deteriorating every time I have to call in for an issue.

Worst online shopping experience ever! Place and order for 3 sets of grill police lights, receives no confirmation or order, no shipment information... I finally emailed requesting a shipment tracking number and was told that they sent me an email stating that they will be sending me my shipping info in 2-3 days. I waited a full week and emailed Aspire again requesting my shipping info. I received a response stating that the lights are on back order and will be arriving to their facility late in the . Aspire also statedo that they emailed me a notification that the light was on back order which is not true! I did not receive and emails relative to the back order. It is not Dec 30 and I refuse to waste anymore time with this company! It's completely horrible!

I bough almost a 400 dollars light is almost 3 week and I cant get in touch either by emails or by phone so far I dont know whats happening , I cant cancel the order either because I cant get in contact with no one worse experience ever. Would never buy again from them

The worst or I say no customer service. After days and hours of trying to confirm my order
no response and they never answered my phone calls stay away - I don't know how they are in business. I had to ask my credit card Co. to get my money back. on a scale of 1 to 10 they are a - XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

I ordered 2 lights from this company back on 10.12.2014 and only just today (21.01.2015) received an email from stamps.com saying that ETD have sent me a package. even after 40 days they still charged me for shipping. They also HATE answering the phone, they have 3 phone numbers of which 2 were hard to find, but after 87 calls I was actually only answered twice, which ended up costing $89 on my phone bill as calling the U.S from the land down under inst cheap. they also never respond to emails, even ones from police email domains, as I emailed back in august 2014 to enquire about international shipping and since I have sent 6 emails to date and none have been responded to.

I can't understand how this company stays in business. Flashy website and after the initial "we got your order and are charging your card NOW" email, there was silence. Nobody answers the phone, nobody replies to emails. After a week had passed * tried to contact them daily (phone and email as requested on their phone message) for 2 weeks without success.

The box I ordered which said "would work with all light bars" did not..
I'm an electronic engineer so modifying it to work with the light bar would be no problem for me
All I asked for was a wiring diagram to speed the redesign to make it work for me.
This is the reply I got back... mn. read the auction. it clearly states dont if you are STUPID,,,like you !!.
WOW.. didn't asked to be ridiculed. BTW I have a BSEE & BSME degree..
Stay away from these people..

They never answer the phones, have yet to respond to an email, and if you try to get any help from their facebook page, they simply delete your comment! Buyer Beware! Find another company to do business with!!!!

Ordered a full size light bar and received within one week. One of the alley lights did not work so I called and they were more than happy to send out the individual module with no questions asked. Didn't even ask me to send back the defective module. I did offer to send it as a courtesy since they were so helpful. I would give this company a chance despite Revdex.com grade, as I believe they are trying to improve their service.

Very bad service called # several times for several days every time it rang and just hung up I emailed to cancel my order and deny access to my account.thay ignored my request and took money from my account anyway.never received order.I've reported it to Revdex.com and contacted attorney generals office as a frued.basically in layman's terms crooks targeting military personal.should be arrested and incarserated
