We received the [redacted] move out notice for move out date 6/20/ Inspection notice attached which included PO Box as forwarding address.Deposit refund check was cut on 6/29/and mailed to forwarding address provided - copy of check attached This is only days following move out.Address was not valid and deposit was undeliverable - see attached.New forwarding address was obtained and security deposit check sent via overnight - tracking information attachedThe security deposit was refunded within days and mailed as per attached Thank you

Complaint DetailsThe gutter above my townhouse has been broken for several monthsI have asked the management to replace because just bending it is not stopping the rain water from overflowingThe mulch is washing down from landscape on my walkway to my front doorThere is so much mulch and mud, my family and I have to walk in the grass to avoid bringing mud into house

We sent the check in the mail yesterday,

Per the request of Ms*** we have attached a copy of the Final Account Statement mailed to Ms***. In addition, we have attached a copy of Ms***’s ledger which reflects the $payment. As stated previously, Ms***’s account has been placed in collections with FCO. Thank you so very much for getting this situation resolved for me It's really unfortunate that I had to get the Revdex.com involved in a situation where a company wasn't not doing what they said they were going to do and refused to return my calls and the money that was owned to me Thank you for all that you do, the Revdex.com was my only hope in finally getting what was owed to me Along with the check they submitted, it really wouldn't have hurt for them to apologize for their negligence as wellI'd like to know what they would have done if I would have paid the rent, months late. Good Afternoon, I'm writing in regards to a complaint we received from Dakota Ridge Apartments from [redacted] case ID [redacted]. First of all, I would like to apologize to our resident for the lack of customer service she experienced with our staff.  I contacted the resident first thing this...

morning, upon my return off work, and left her a message in regards to the garage situation and her concerns while I was off.   She returned my call a few hours later and we had a conversation in regards to her concerns.   I apologized for her inconvenience and her dissatisfaction with how the situation was handled as she was on the waitlist for the garage attached to her apartment.   I informed the resident she was and will be getting the garage before a new resident as she was originally promised.   The garage attached to her apartment will be vacating on July 31st with the current resident and will be available the first of August to rent.   The resident stated she was thankful and appreciated my call to her.   I again apologized to her for the misunderstanding and hoped that I had resolved her concerns.    Thank you again for your time and please contact myself with any further questions or concerns you may have at 317-780-9820 or via email s[redacted]@flc.com. We had a manager change in the office which caused the error on account. Account has been adjusted and refund will be sent out Monday April 24,2017.In addtion we did not have forwarding address.
